Claims (5)
- 空間光通信を行う空間光通信装置を覆う半球状の透光性ドームに、予め定めた光通信用の波長帯域を透過させると共に可視光の波長帯域を反射させる機能性薄膜を形成し、通信光の波長λに対して、前記透光性ドームの透過波面精度をλ/10以下とすることを特徴とする空間光通信装置用レドーム。
- 前記機能性薄膜は、Ta 2 O 5 およびSiO 2 を含む誘電体材料をイオンビームスパッタ法によりコーティングして形成した誘電体多層膜であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空間光通信装置用レドーム。
- 前記請求項1又は請求項2に記載の空間光通信装置用レドームにて空間光通信装置の送受信範囲を覆ってなる空間光通信装置用レドームを備えた光通信局において、
空間光通信装置より出射した通信光が光学レドーム内を通過する際に生じる光路差を相殺して光学レドームの通過後に平面波となるように通信光の波面を補正する波面調整手段を設け、
前記波面調整手段により波面補正された通信光が光学レドームを透過すると直進性の高い平面波に戻ることで、通信光のビーム拡散を抑制するようにしたことを特徴とする空間光通信装置用レドームを備えた光通信局。 - 前記波面調整手段は、空間光通信装置の出射面と光学レドームとの間、もしくは空間光通信装置内の光路上に配置した光学補正板であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の空間光通信装置用レドームを備えた光通信局。
- 前記波面調整手段は、空間光通信装置に付加したデフォーカス調整機能、或いはより高次の収差調整機能であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の空間光通信装置用レドームを備えた光通信局。
