Description
付加的には、感知信号部は増幅部をさらに含み、増幅部は、印加された駆動信号が伝達される複数のノードキャパシタのキャパシタンスを合算するタッチパネル入力装置を提供することである。
図1を参照すると、タッチパネル入力装置1000は、複数のノードキャパシタ101を含むタッチパネル100、駆動信号供給部200、及び感知信号部300を含む。ここで、各ノードキャパシタ101は、複数の駆動信号電極TX1、TX2、・・・、TXn−1、TXnのうちの1つの駆動信号電極と複数の感知信号電極RX1、RX2、・・・、RXn−1、RXnのうちの1つの感知信号電極とによって形成される。駆動信号供給部200は、駆動信号を印加して複数の駆動信号電極TX1、TX2、・・・、TXn−1、TXnのうちの少なくとも2つの駆動信号電極を同時に駆動することができる。感知信号部300は、複数の感知信号電極RX1、RX2、・・・、RXn−1、RXnを通じて複数のノードキャパシタ101のキャパシタンスに対する情報を含む感知信号を受信することができる。

Claims (7)
- 複数のノードキャパシタを含み、各ノードキャパシタは、複数の駆動信号電極のうちの1つの駆動信号電極と複数の感知信号電極のうちの1つの感知信号電極とによって形成されるタッチパネルと、
駆動信号を印加して前記複数の駆動信号電極のうちの少なくとも2つの駆動信号電極を同時に駆動することができる駆動信号供給部と、
前記複数の感知信号電極を通じて前記複数のノードキャパシタのキャパシタンスに対する情報を含む感知信号を受信する感知信号部と、
を含み、
前記駆動信号は、同時に駆動する前記少なくとも2つの駆動信号電極のうちの少なくとも1つの駆動信号電極に印加され、少なくとも他の1つの駆動信号電極には印加されない複数の時間区間を含むように制御され、前記駆動信号供給部は、前記複数の時間区間のうち一区間における前記駆動信号が印加される駆動信号電極と前記駆動信号が印加されない駆動信号電極との組み合わせが、残りの区間における前記駆動信号が印加される駆動信号電極と駆動信号が印加されない駆動信号電極との組み合わせと異なるようにするが、前記駆動信号電極に同時に印加される駆動信号のうちの少なくとも1つの駆動信号は、他の駆動信号と位相差があり、
前記感知信号部は増幅部をさらに含み、前記増幅部は、前記印加された駆動信号が伝達される複数のノードキャパシタのキャパシタンスを合算する、タッチパネル入力装置。 - 前記駆動信号が印加される駆動信号電極と前記駆動信号が印加されない駆動信号電極との組み合わせは、PRBS(Pseudo−random bit stream)コードを通じて生成され、前記位相差がある駆動信号は、前記PRBSコードに−1を乗算したコードに対応する、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル入力装置。
- 前記位相差は180度である、請求項1又は2に記載のタッチパネル入力装置。
- 前記感知信号部は、前記増幅部と連結して前記増幅部から伝達される信号をデジタル信号に変換するA/D変換器をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル入力装置。
- 制御部をさらに含み、前記制御部は、前記駆動信号供給部の出力と前記感知信号部の感知とを制御する、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル入力装置。
- 複数のノードキャパシタを含み、各ノードキャパシタは、複数の駆動信号電極のうちの1つの駆動信号電極と複数の感知信号電極のうちの1つの感知信号電極とによって形成されるタッチパネルにおいて、前記ノードキャパシタのキャパシタンスを感知してタッチ地点を感知するタッチ入力検出方法であって、
駆動信号を印加して複数の駆動信号電極を駆動するが、第1区間において前記複数の駆動信号電極のうちの少なくとも2つの駆動信号電極に前記駆動信号が印加され、少なくとも1つの駆動信号電極には前記駆動信号が印加されないようにし、前記少なくとも2つの駆動信号電極に印加される駆動信号のうちの1つの駆動信号は、他の駆動信号と位相差があるように駆動する段階と、
第2区間において、前記複数の駆動信号電極のうち前記第1区間において同時に駆動信号が印加された駆動信号電極のうちの少なくとも1つの駆動信号電極は駆動信号が印加されず、前記第1区間において前記駆動信号が印加されない少なくとも1つの駆動信号電極を含む少なくとも2つの駆動信号電極に駆動信号が印加されないようにするが、前記少なくとも2つの駆動信号電極に印加される駆動信号のうちの1つの駆動信号は、他の駆動信号と位相差があるように駆動する段階と、
前記第1区間において合算された前記ノードキャパシタのキャパシタンスに対する情報を含む第1感知信号と前記第2区間において合算された前記ノードキャパシタのキャパシタンスに対する情報を含む第2感知信号とを感知する段階と、
前記第1感知信号と前記第2感知信号とを比較して前記ノードキャパシタの各キャパシタンスを把握する段階を含む、タッチ入力検出方法。 - 前記駆動信号が印加される駆動信号電極と前記駆動信号が印加されない駆動信号電極との組み合わせはPRBS(Pseudo−random bit stream)コードに対応するが、前記位相差がある駆動信号は、前記PRBSコードに−1を乗算したコードに対応する、請求項6に記載のタッチ入力検出方法。
