The fastening member 54 has various shapes and structures. In the present embodiment, the fastening member 54 is a screw that is attached to the housing 51.

Therefore, the fastening member 54 made of a screw is electrically connected while the heat wire 40 and the electric wire 70 inserted into the mounting hole 53 are in close contact with each other and fixed to the housing 51.

Of course, in some cases, the fastening member 54 brings the heat wire 40 and the electric wire 70 into close contact with the housing 51 so that the heat wire 40 and the electric wire 70 are electrically connected via the housing 51 made of a conductor. You can also.

In addition, the connecting member 50 is formed of a known one-touch terminal connector or the like, and when the heat wire 40 and the electric wire 70 are inserted, the connecting member 50 is automatically fixed and coupled to the connecting member 50 and can be electrically connected to each other.
The heat wire 40 and the electric wire 70 can be more easily connected by the structure of the connecting member 50.

In addition, the hot wire 40 and the electric wire 70 that are connected to each other are connected in the vertical direction by the connecting member 50 and are not bent or bent in the horizontal direction, thereby preventing overheating generated from the bent portion. be able to.
In addition, the first insertion portion 43 and the second insertion portion 44 are fixed by the connecting member 50.

More specifically, the first insertion portion 43 and the second insertion portion 44 penetrating through the through hole 31 are inserted into the mounting hole 53 disposed at the upper portion of the insulating member 30 to be connected to the fastening member 54. It is fixedly coupled to the housing 51 by the applied pressure.

The number of the connecting members 50 is the same as the number of the heat wires 40, and the one of the first insertion portion 43 and the second insertion portion 44 facing each other is inserted into the same mounting hole 53, and the electric wire 70.
In this embodiment, the said heat ray | wire 40 is isolate | separated into two and the said connection member 50 also consists of two.
Further, the first insertion portion 43 and the second insertion portion 44 that face each other are in contact with each other at a lower portion of the insulating member 30.

More specifically, the bent portion of the first insertion portion 43 at the first hot wire 41 and the bent portion of the second insertion portion 44 at the second heat wire 42 are located below the insulating member 30. The bent portions of the first insertion portion 43 and the second insertion portion 44 are in contact with each other at the lower part of the insulating member 30 so that the first heat wire 41 and the second heat wire 42 are interconnected. Thus, the wrapping paper 13 laminated on the top of the food container 12 can be thermally welded to the edge of the food container 12 in a hollow closed curve.
Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 6, the first insertion portion 43 and the second insertion portion 44 that face each other may be separated from each other at a lower portion of the insulating member 30.

In this case, the first heat wire 41 and the second heat wire 42 are separated from each other at the lower part of the insulating member 30, so that the wrapping paper 13 stacked on the upper portion of the food container 12 is attached to the edge of the food container 12. It is also possible to heat-weld to a hollow open curve that is not a hollow closed curve.

At this time, the electric wire 70 is electrically connected to the first insertion portion 43 and the second insertion portion that are separated from each other, and supplies power to the first heat wire 41 and the second heat wire 42.

As a method of electrically connecting the electric wire 70 to the first heat wire 41 and the second heat wire 42, as shown in FIG. 6A, the first insertion portion 43 and the second insertion portion. 44 may be directly connected to the electric wire 70, or may be electrically connected through the housing 51 made of a conductive material as shown in FIG. 6B.
In addition, the connection member 50 may further include cooling fins 55 that protrude from the outer peripheral surface of the housing 51.
The heat generated by the electricity flowing through the heat wire 40 and the electric wire 70 can be easily radiated out of the housing 51 by the cooling fin 55.
Further, according to the present invention, the first heat wire 41 and the second heat wire 42 are joined via the connecting member 50 without being joined by welding, so that the assembly is facilitated.
In particular, since the hot wire 40 and the electric wire 70 can be detachably coupled to the connecting member 50, not only assembly but also repair is facilitated.
Meanwhile, the present invention may further include a temperature sensor 56 and a controller 60.
The temperature sensor 56 is attached to the connecting member 50 and senses the temperature of the connecting member 50.
For this purpose, the connecting member 50 is preferably made of a conductor.
More specifically, the temperature sensor 56 is mounted on the housing 51 and senses the temperature of the housing 51 made of a conductor.
The controller 60 controls on / off of the power supply unit according to the temperature of the connecting member 50 sensed by the temperature sensor 56.
The temperature sensor 56 and the controller 60 can prevent the hot wire 40 from being overheated and causing a fire or the like.
In addition, the heat wire 40 may be formed in a single band shape as shown in FIG.

At this time, the first insertion portion 43 and the second insertion portion 44 are bent and extended at both ends of the heat wire 40, and the first insertion portion 43 and the second insertion portion 44 facing each other are attached to the mounting surface. It is inserted into the hole 53 and connected to the electric wire 70.

In this case, the first insertion portion 43 and the second insertion portion 44 may be inserted into the same connecting member 50 or may be inserted into a separate connecting member 50. In addition, it is preferable that the first insertion portion 43 and the second insertion portion 44 are separated from each other in order that the applied current moves from the first insertion portion 43 to the second insertion portion 44. .
At this time, the housing 51 is preferably made of an insulator so that the first insertion portion 43 and the second insertion portion 44 are not electrically connected to each other.
