Description
Claims (7)
- セラミックボールを製造する第1ステップと、
前記セラミックボールの表面を銀でコーティングする第2ステップと、
前記表面が銀でコーティングされたセラミックボールをヨードと反応させて、セラミックボールの表面をヨウ化銀でコーティングさせる第3ステップと、
前記ヨウ化銀でコーティングされたセラミックボールを熱処理する第4ステップとを含む殺菌機能を有するヨウ化銀コーティングセラミックボールの製造方法。 - 前記第2ステップは、
前記セラミックボールを硝酸銀溶液に浸漬させて、表面を硝酸銀でコーティングする第2−1ステップと、
前記表面が硝酸銀でコーティングされたセラミックボールを熱処理する第2−2ステップとを含む請求項1に記載の殺菌機能を有するヨウ化銀コーティングセラミックボールの製造方法。 - 前記2−2ステップでは、150ないし210℃で0.5ないし5時間の間熱処理する請求項2に記載の殺菌機能を有するヨウ化銀コーティングセラミックボールの製造方法。
- 前記第2ステップは、
前記セラミックボールを無電解銀メッキ液に浸漬させて、セラミックボールの表面に銀コーティング被膜を形成する第2−3ステップと、
銀コーティング被膜が形成されたセラミックボールを熱処理する第2−4ステップとを含む請求項1に記載の殺菌機能を有するヨウ化銀コーティングセラミックボールの製造方法。 - 前記第2−4ステップでは、700ないし900℃で0.5ないし5時間の間熱処理する請求項4に記載の殺菌機能を有するヨウ化銀コーティングセラミックボールの製造方法。
- 前記第3ステップでは、前記第2ステップで製造された表面が銀でコーティングされたセラミックボールを気体状態のヨードと150ないし200℃で0.5ないし1時間の間反応させる請求項1に記載の殺菌機能を有するヨウ化銀コーティングセラミックボールの製造方法。
- 前記第4ステップでは、450ないし550℃で0.5ないし2時間の間熱処理する請求項1に記載の殺菌機能を有するヨウ化銀コーティングセラミックボールの製造方法。
