Claims (2)
- 一対の試験歯車のうちの一方を駆動歯車とし且つ他方を従動歯車として両者を噛み合わせ、駆動歯車に任意のトルクを与えて連続運転することで耐久実験を行い、夫々の試験歯車の歯面強度を評価するにあたり、一つの歯車内の全歯の歯すじ精度に意図的にバラツキを与えた試験歯車を用いて量産歯車と近似した噛み合い状態を再現し、同等のバラツキを再現した試験歯車により試験条件を変えながら耐久実験を繰り返して各試験歯車の歯面強度を評価するようにした歯面強度評価方法であって、設計時の歯すじ形状の基準に対し歯すじ方向の片側に向け徐々に大きくなる第一歯すじ誤差を付与し且つ該第一歯すじ誤差に対し前記歯すじ方向の片側に向け徐々に大きくなる第二歯すじ誤差を加算又は減算した範囲内でバラツキが存在するように歯すじ形状を設定することを特徴とする歯面強度評価方法。
- 駆動歯車の歯幅を従動歯車より広くし且つ該駆動歯車の歯幅両端部にエンドリリーフを付して従動歯車と噛み合わせることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯面強度評価方法。
