着面する一端部と、
前記一端部から斜め上に延在して大腿部を支持する大腿支持部と、
前記大腿支持部から上に凸に湾曲して膝関節を支持する膝関節支持部と、
前記膝関節支持部から斜め下に延在して下腿部を支持する下腿支持部と、
前記下腿支持部に設けられた足首固定部材と、を備え、
前記膝関節を伸展させるとその伸展力により弾性変形して前記下腿支持部が足先方向に変位することを特徴とする大腿四頭筋訓練器。
