Description

The present invention relates to a packaging box for power distribution equipment for storing power distribution equipment.

Since distribution devices such as breakers have relatively low impact strength, they are carried in a state of being housed in a packing box in order to avoid damage during product transportation.

As a conventional packing box, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, one thick paper is folded to form an inner lid 101, and the inner lid 101 has a through-hole through which the operation handle 103 of the breaker body 102 passes. There is generally known a type in which a space portion 106 formed between the inner lid 101 and the outer lid 105 is used as a space for enclosing a breaker accessory.

However, in the packaging box described above, the inner lid 101 is bent downward to come into contact with the label surface on the upper surface of the breaker due to the weight of the accessories or vibration caused by transportation, and the label surface may be bent or contact surface of the inner lid 101 There was a problem such as paper dust being generated from. As a means for avoiding this problem, a buffer material may be disposed between the inner lid 101 and the label surface of the upper surface of the breaker. However, the buffer material is not preferable because the cost increases.

Further, in the above packing box, in order to reduce the weight of accessories, the terminal cover 107 covering the terminal portion is usually packed in a state where it is attached at a predetermined position, but the size of the terminal cover 107 is the agreement breaker. Since the size of each rating differs, a dedicated packing box is required for each rating of the agreement breaker, and there is a problem in that it is not convenient.

In addition, since the size of the breaker body is the same even if the ratings are different in the agreement breaker, for example, as in Patent Document 1, it is formed by bending a piece of paper material, and the terminal cover is covered with this terminal retainer. There is also disclosed a technique that can be used regardless of the rating of the agreement breaker by pressing the terminal part in the removed state.

However, the technique of Patent Document 1 is inconvenient because it is not possible to secure a space for enclosing a breaker accessory such as a removed terminal cover in a packaging box that houses the breaker body.

The object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and in a packaging box for wiring equipment formed by folding a piece of cardboard, it can be used in common with each rating of the agreement breaker and the removed terminal Sufficient space is provided to enclose a breaker accessory such as a cover, and the inner lid is bent downward to come into contact with the label surface on the top surface of the breaker due to the weight of the included accessory and vibration caused by transportation. To provide technology that can avoid problems.

The present invention made to solve the above problems is a distribution device packaging box for storing a distribution device, an outer lid that covers an upper side of the distribution device, a bottom that covers a lower side of the distribution device, A packaging box body integrally formed with a peripheral wall portion that covers each side surface of the power distribution device, and an accessory of the power distribution device that is integrally formed with the packaging box body and is located between the outer lid and the power distribution device And an inner lid that divides the power distribution device storage portion for storing the power distribution device. The inner cover has a partition wall portion that covers the upper surface of the power distribution device. A space is formed between the partition wall and the upper surface of the power distribution device, and the inner lid has a support portion formed with a step in the height direction with respect to the partition wall. A support part contacts the terminal space | interval wall part provided between the terminal parts of the said power distribution apparatus. Arranged to support the partition wall, and the inner lid is extended by bending the upper end of the peripheral wall portion vertically downward, and the folded portion connected to the partition wall and the support portion; The partition portion and the support portion are sandwiched between the folded portion, and the partition portion and a pressing portion connected to the support portion are provided .

According to a second aspect of the invention, the packaging box for power distribution equipment according to claim 1, in the partition wall portion to form a through-opening handle of the power distribution device through the accessory housing through the through hole The terminal cover is housed in the accessory housing section so as to surround the handle disposed in the section.

In the present invention, the distribution device packaging box for storing the distribution device is integrally formed with an outer lid that closes the upper side of the distribution device, a bottom portion that closes the lower side of the distribution device, and a peripheral wall portion that closes each side of the distribution device. A packing box main body, an accessory storage section that is integrally formed with the packing box main body and is located between the outer lid and the power distribution equipment, and stores power distribution equipment accessories, and power distribution equipment storage that stores the power distribution equipment The inner lid has a partition wall portion that covers the upper surface of the power distribution device, and a structure that forms a space portion between the partition wall portion and the upper surface of the power distribution device is adopted. doing. As described above, in the present invention, by forming the accessory storage portion, a sufficient space for enclosing the breaker accessories is secured, and a space portion is formed between the partition wall portion and the upper surface of the power distribution device. As a result, it is possible to avoid the problem that the inner lid is bent downward and comes into contact with the label surface on the upper surface of the breaker due to the weight of the included accessories and vibration caused by transportation.

Further, in the present invention, the inner lid has a support portion formed by providing a step in the height direction with the partition wall portion, and this support portion contacts the terminal interval wall portion provided between the terminal portions of the power distribution equipment. By being arranged so as to be in contact with and supporting the partition wall part, even when the load of the accessory stored in the accessory storage part is applied to the upper surface of the partition wall part, deformation of the partition wall part is prevented, A space formed between the partition wall and the upper surface of the power distribution device can be maintained.

As in the invention according to claim 2 , a terminal cover is formed so as to form a through-hole through which the handle of the power distribution apparatus penetrates in the partition wall and surround the handle disposed in the accessory storage section through the through-hole. As a separate member for protecting the handle that has been used in the past, the inner cover is protected without being crushed by the terminal cover even if force is applied in the direction of the handle from the outside. This eliminates the need for a core member and reduces costs.

Preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown below. A packaging box main body 1 shown in FIG. 1 is a paper material and is for housing a breaker main body 2 which is a power distribution device. As shown in FIG. 2, the packing box body 1 is integrally formed with an outer lid 3 that closes the upper side of the breaker body 2, a bottom portion (not shown) that closes the lower side of the breaker body 2, and a peripheral wall portion 4 that closes each side surface of the breaker body 2. The outer lid 3, the bottom portion, and the peripheral wall portion 4 are each bent to form a box when the breaker body 2 is packed. Furthermore, the inner lid 8 located between the outer lid 3 and the breaker body 2 is integrally formed as shown in FIG. 1 when the outer lid 3 is closed. As shown in FIG. 6, the internal space of the packaging box main body 1 is divided into an accessory storage portion 6 that stores a terminal cover 5 that is an accessory of the breaker main body 2 and a power distribution device storage portion 7 that stores the breaker main body 2. Is. By forming the accessory storage portion 6 in this manner, a sufficient space for bundling the terminal cover 5 can be secured.

The inner lid 8 extends from a surface facing the surface on which the outer lid 3 extends as shown in FIG. Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the inner lid 8 includes a folded portion 9, a partition wall portion 10, a support portion 11, and a pressing portion 12, which will be described later, and a sheet of paper as shown in FIG. 3. The cut portion 13 is formed in the material, and each portion is formed by bending at a dotted line. This eliminates the need for bonding work, enables the number of parts to be reduced, and reduces costs. The inner lid 8 may be formed as a separate member.

As shown in FIG. 1, the folded portion 9 is bent and extended approximately 180 degrees from the upper end side 14 located at the upper end of the surface facing the surface on which the outer lid 3 is extended as shown in FIG. In addition, it is connected to a partition wall 10 and a support 11 described later. In addition, since the support part 11 is formed by providing a step in the height direction with respect to the partition part 10, the folded part 9 has a concave shape.

As shown in FIG. 4, the partition wall portion 10 is formed at a height position that forms a space portion 16 with the label surface 15 provided on the upper surface of the breaker body 2, and is bent approximately 90 degrees from the folded portion 9. The label surface 15 is covered. As a result, a space 16 is formed between the partition wall 10 and the label surface 15 as shown in FIG. Therefore, by forming the accessory storage portion 6 as described above, ensuring a sufficient space for bundling the terminal cover 5, and forming the space portion 16 between the partition wall portion 10 and the label surface 15, It is possible to avoid the problem that the inner lid 8 is bent downward and comes into contact with the label surface 15 on the upper surface of the breaker due to the weight of the enclosed terminal cover 5 and vibration accompanying transportation.

As shown in FIG. 4, the support portion 11 is formed to be bent at approximately 90 degrees from the turn-up portion 9 at substantially the same height as the upper portion of the terminal interval wall portion 17 of the breaker body 2. It covers both terminal parts on the load side. Thus, even when the load of the terminal cover 5 stored in the accessory storage unit 6 is applied to the upper surface of the partition wall portion 10, the support portion 11 comes into contact with the upper portion of the terminal interval wall portion 17 and the partition wall portion 10 is It can support with respect to the breaker main body 2, can prevent the deformation | transformation of the partition part 10, and can maintain the space part 16 formed between the partition part 10 and the label surface 15. FIG. In addition, the support part 11 is shifted in the height direction with respect to the label space 15 and the like, such as the terminal interval wall part 17, and comes into contact with the step part provided in the breaker body 2, so that the partition wall part 10 is moved with respect to the breaker body 2. Any support may be used.

As described above, since the support portion 11 is formed with a step in the height direction with respect to the partition wall portion 10, a gap is formed in the portion, and a finger is put into the gap to cover the inner lid. 8 can be removed. Accordingly, it is not necessary to form the finger hook portion 108 as in the prior art shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 1, the pressing portion 12 is arranged in parallel with the folded portion 9 with the partition wall portion 10 and the support portion 11 interposed therebetween, and is formed by being bent approximately 90 degrees from the partition wall portion 10 and the support portion 11. The presser part 12 has a convex shape due to the difference in height position between the partition wall part 10 and the support part 11. Further, the breaker body 2 is accommodated such that the presser part 12 presses one side surface of the breaker body 2. By connecting the partition wall portion 10 and the support portion 11 with the folded portion 9 and the pressing portion 12, the partition wall portion 10 can be supported with respect to the support portion 11, and the space portion 16 can be held.

As shown in FIG. 1, a through-hole 19 through which the handle 18 of the breaker body 2 passes is formed in the partition wall portion 10, and as shown in FIG. 6, so as to surround the handle 18 arranged in the accessory storage portion 6. The terminal cover 5 is stored in the accessory storage unit 6. Thereby, the terminal cover 5 can be stored as shown in FIG. 7, and the packing box body 1 can be made to have a certain vertical and horizontal size without being affected by the difference in the size of the terminal cover depending on the rating. It is possible to share the packaging box body 1 between the agreement breakers, and the cost can be reduced. Further, even if a force is applied in the direction of the handle 18 from the outside, the inner cover 8 is protected by the terminal cover 5 without being crushed, so that a core member as a separate member for protecting the handle that has been conventionally used is not necessary. Cost will be reduced. The accessory storage unit 6 can also store other parts other than the terminal cover 5.

In the present embodiment, the breaker body 2 is housed, but it is also possible to house power distribution equipment such as a switch and a terminal block. Moreover, although this embodiment shall prevent the contact with the partition part 10 and the label surface 15, it applies not only to the label surface 15 but to the upper surface location of the electrical distribution apparatus which wants to prevent a damage | wound and paint peeling. be able to.
