Description
The present invention relates to a work machine such as a hydraulic excavator, and more particularly to a connector structure that relays a harness in a narrow and limited region under the machine body, such as a gap between a cab and an upper frame.
Inside the cab, which is a box-shaped operation room, there are many electrical components. Various devices such as an engine and hydraulic equipment are installed in the upper frame together with the cab, and these devices and the electrical components of the cab are electrically connected using a harness.
Usually, in the manufacturing process of the work machine, the outer frame portion of the cab is first assembled to the upper frame. In many cases, harness wiring and connection work are also performed on the upper frame to which the outer frame portion of the cab is assembled, simultaneously with the assembly of the electrical components of the cab and the devices of the upper frame.
For example,
Specifically, a cab-side harness extending from an electrical component inside the cab and a chassis-side harness extending from a breaker installed in the upper frame are connected by a plurality of connectors. These connectors are collectively fixed to a connector fixing bracket installed inside the cab.
In recent years, from the viewpoint of reducing manufacturing costs, it has been proposed to perform cab assembly work including attachment of electrical components separately from the upper frame (subassembly).
When the assembly operation of the cab is sub-assembled, the harness routed between the cab and the upper frame must be separated into two parts. When assembling to the upper frame, it is necessary to connect both harnesses with a number of connectors.
However, in this case, the connecting portion of the connector is positioned in the gap between the bottom surface of the cab and the upper frame due to the structure. For this reason, the connecting operation of these connectors is generally performed through an opening that opens in the bottom wall of the upper frame.
Since this connecting operation is performed under the upper frame, a cramped posture is imposed, and the gap between the bottom surface of the cab and the upper frame is narrow, which is a troublesome operation.
The workability is improved if the connectors are arranged in a row in the immediate vicinity of the opening, but the area where the connector can be placed is small, and if the harness protrudes above the opening, it can be raised when the excavator is in operation There is a risk that the harness may be damaged by wires or rocks.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a work machine that can efficiently install a large number of connectors in a narrow and limited area and is excellent in workability.
In the work machine according to the present invention, the machine body that performs the work operation is installed on the lower traveling body. The machine body is supported by the lower traveling body and constitutes the bottom of the machine body, and an opening provided on the upper frame that allows access to the inside of the machine body from the outside. And a connector structure disposed in the vicinity of the opening, and a first harness and a second harness connected to each other by the connector structure.
The connector structure includes a plurality of first connectors provided on the upper frame in a state where the first harness is connected and an insertion port faces the opening, and from above the plurality of first connectors. The suspended second harness is connected, and has a plurality of second connectors that can be inserted into each of the insertion ports. And each of the said 1st connector is arrange | positioned along the edge of the said opening part in the state which inclined the insertion direction with respect to the edge of the said opening part.
That is, in this work machine, a connector structure having a plurality of first connectors and second connectors for connecting the first harness and the second harness is disposed in the vicinity of the opening that allows access from the outside. . Each first connector is provided in the upper frame with the insertion port facing the opening, and is arranged along the edge of the opening with the insertion direction inclined with respect to the edge of the opening. Has been.
Since the insertion direction of each first connector is inclined with respect to the edge of the opening, even if each first connector is arranged in the vicinity of the opening, in the insertion direction, from the insertion port to its edge Can be made relatively long. Therefore, even if the second harness hanging from above the first connector is long and the second harness is greatly bent from the first connector toward the rear in the insertion direction at the time of connection, it is difficult to protrude over the opening. Damage to the second harness can be effectively prevented.
Even though the insertion port is inclined, it is directed toward the opening, so that an operator who accesses from the opening can easily identify and handle the insertion port of each first connector. Therefore, it is excellent in workability.
For example, each of the first connectors is preferably arranged so that the insertion directions are substantially parallel to each other.
Then, the contact of the second harness can be suppressed, and even if the insertion direction is inclined, both can be inserted and removed from the same direction, so that the work can be further facilitated.
In particular, the present invention is suitable for a work machine in which a cab is sub-assembled.
Specifically, the machine body includes a cab installed on the upper frame, the connector structure is disposed in a gap between a bottom surface of the cab and the upper frame, and the second connector is It is only necessary to connect to the lower end of the second harness routed through the bottom surface of the cab.
Then, the work of assembling the upper frame with the sub-assembled cab becomes easy, and the work load and work time can be reduced.
More specifically, the upper frame includes a plate-like bottom plate supported by the lower traveling body, and a frame-like side deck attached to the bottom plate so that the side portions thereof overlap each other and the cab is installed. And the first connector is disposed on a side portion of the bottom plate projecting under the cab, and a lower end portion of the second harness is located on a side of the bottom plate with respect to an edge of the opening portion. It should be located on the part side.
Then, the lower side of the connector structure including the second harness pulled out below the bottom surface of the cab is covered with a bottom plate having excellent strength. Therefore, the second harness, the second connector, and the like can be effectively protected from wires, rocks, and the like that are flipped up when the hydraulic excavator is operated, and can be efficiently installed.
According to the working machine of the present invention, a large number of connectors can be efficiently installed in a narrow and limited area at the lower part of the machine body, and operations such as connector connection can be facilitated.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. However, the following description is merely illustrative in nature and does not limit the present invention, its application, or its use. The directions such as up, down, left, and right follow the arrows shown in the drawings based on the machine body unless otherwise specified.

The
Specifically, the
In the central portion of the
As shown in FIG. 2, in the case of this
Inside the
However, in this case, the harness H that electrically connects the
Therefore, in this
As shown in FIG. 2, the upper end of the
A cab connector 22 (second connector) is connected to the tip of each
FIG. 3 shows details of the
Specifically, a pair of
In the case of this
The rear end of the

The right rear corner portion of the cab installation region RC is in a state in which the lower surface is closed by a substantially rectangular side end portion (also referred to as an
The
The
As shown in detail in FIG. 5, the

At the time of manufacturing, after the
Moreover, in a state where the
If the
Therefore, in this
In other words, each of the
The insertion direction of each upper connector 21 (indicated by a one-dot chain line arrow in FIG. 4 and the like) is inclined with respect to the
The
Therefore, since the
The length of the
On the other hand, by inserting the insertion direction of each
By directing the
And the space from which the
Furthermore, since the insertion direction of each
In addition, the working machine according to the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and includes various other configurations.
For example, the number of connectors may be two or more. The shape of the
The hanging position of the
The connector structure described above can be used for purposes other than connecting a cab harness that has been sub-assembled. For example, the inside of a machine room is often packed with devices and there is no room for space. In such a case, an opening that allows access to the bottom of the machine room is formed, and the connector structure described above is formed in the vicinity thereof. It is conceivable to provide it.
