Claims (6)
- 内部に流路を有する金属製のボディと、
前記ボディの内部で前記流路内に回転可能に支持される羽根車と、
前記ボディの外部で前記羽根車の回転数を検出するピックアップコイルと、
前記ピックアップコイルを収容する金属製のコイルケースと、
前記ピックアップコイルの検出信号を増幅するアンプ回路基板と、
前記アンプ回路基板を収容する樹脂製のアンプケースと、を備え、
前記コイルケースと前記アンプケースが内部に断熱材を有する樹脂製のケースを介して連結されていることを特徴とする流量計。 - 前記コイルケースが前記ボディと前記ケースとの接続部分に介在しており、
前記ピックアップコイルのグランド導線が前記コイルケースの内側に接続され、当該コイルケースは内部に耐熱材が充填され、かつ前記ボディに接続されることにより、前記グランド導線が前記コイルケースを経由して前記ボディに導通していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流量計。 - 前記羽根車を支持する支持枠が前記流路に湾曲止輪で固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の流量計。
- 前記羽根車の回転軸を支持する軸受が樹脂製であり、前記支持枠にプッシュナットで固定されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の流量計。
- 前記支持枠を構成する旋回流プレートが非磁性金属を材料とするメタルインジェクションモールディングにより成形されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の流量計。
- 前記羽根車を構成する回転軸と翼部とが磁性金属を材料とするメタルインジェクションモールディングにより一体成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の流量計。
