Description
The present invention relates to a grating used as a cover or a floor board of a drainage groove or the like of a road.
There are various types of gratings used as lids for drain grooves such as side grooves embedded in the shoulders of paved roads, etc., and the grating 600 of Patent Document 1 shown in FIG. The main member (bearing bar) 610 is provided so as to be able to withstand this load. The
In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, when installing the
However, in the
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above problems, the present invention has an object to provide a grating that prevents the main member from falling down and that can be raised, and that is easy to manufacture.
The grating according to the present invention is a grating installed in the drainage groove, comprising an end member placed on the upper surface of the lid hanging portion of the drainage groove and a main member, wherein the end member is the end member. The end of the main member is inserted into the groove, and the inserted main member is positioned above the bottom wall of the end member. It is characterized by being fixed to.
According to the above feature, since the end portion of the main member is inserted into the groove portion of the end member, the end portion of the main member is supported by the groove portion and can sufficiently withstand the external force in the direction of tilting the main member. Furthermore, the main member is fixed to the groove so as to be positioned above the bottom wall of the end member, and is raised. In the grating of the present invention, the main member is inserted and fixed in the groove of the end member, and both the prevention of the main member from falling down and the raising of the grating are realized. The troublesome process of fixing the raising member by welding or the like becomes unnecessary. That is, the grating according to the present invention prevents the main member from falling sideways and can be raised, and is easy to manufacture.
Furthermore, the grating according to the present invention is characterized in that the end member has an upper wall at a position facing the bottom wall.
According to the above feature, stones and dust do not enter the inside of the end member from the upper end of the end member, and dust does not accumulate on the bottom wall.
Furthermore, the grating according to the present invention is characterized in that the end member is hollow and is surrounded by a wall portion.
According to the above feature, the end member has sufficient strength to withstand the weight and external force of the vehicle or the like passing over the grating, and the weight of the entire grating can be reduced. Moreover, dust or the like does not enter the end member from the periphery.
Further, the grating according to the present invention is characterized in that, in the lateral width of the end member, the lateral width of the portion to which the end portion of the main member is fixed is larger than the lateral width of the bottom wall of the end member.
According to the above feature, in the end member, the lateral width of the portion where the end portion of the main member is fixed is made larger than the lateral width of the bottom wall so as to project toward the center side of the main member. Therefore, the space | interval of the end members of the both sides which are supporting the main member becomes narrow. As a result, since the stress concentrated near the center of the main member is reduced, the height of the main member can be reduced. For this reason, the weight of the main member is reduced as the height of the main member is lowered, and the weight of the grating can be reduced.
Furthermore, the grating according to the present invention is characterized in that the upper end side of the end member is inclined downward.
According to the above feature, the rainwater flowing from the road surface is guided downward by the upper end side of the end member and drained to the drainage channel of the drainage groove. Therefore, the rainwater is effectively drained without overflowing the grating.

(Embodiment 1)
Embodiment 1 of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. In addition, the shape of each figure referred in the following description is a conceptual diagram or a schematic diagram for explaining a suitable shape dimension, and a dimension ratio etc. do not necessarily correspond with an actual dimension ratio. That is, the present invention is not limited to the dimensional ratio in the drawings. In addition, as shown in FIG.2 and FIG.3, the "upper" used in this specification is a direction which goes to the upper side of the perpendicular direction with respect to the
First, FIG. 1A is an overall perspective view in which the
As shown in FIG. 1A, the
Further, the configuration of the
One
Therefore, the upper surface
Further, as shown in FIG. 1C, the
Next, the configuration of the grating 400 in which the
As shown in FIG. 2A, the
Next, the
Next, a state in which the
First, the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
However, according to the grating 400 of the present invention, since the
Furthermore, according to the grating 400 of the present invention, the
In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, the
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the
In the grating 400 shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the length L1 of the inner
On the other hand, if the length L1 of the inner
Moreover, the magnitude relationship between the width of the
The
(Modification 1)
Hereinafter, Modification 1 of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In the grating according to the first modification, the configuration of the
As shown in FIG. 4A, the
Further, the
(Modification 2)
Hereinafter, Modification 2 of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In the grating according to the second modification, the configuration of the
As shown in FIG. 4 (b), the
Further, the
(Modification 3)
Hereinafter, Modification 3 of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In the grating according to the third modification, the configuration of the end member 100C is different from that of the
As shown in FIG. 4C, the end member 100C is composed of a metal end member piece 110C having a substantially U-shaped cross section and a metal end member piece 120C having a substantially U-shaped cross section. Mutual contact points are welded so as to tie them from the left and right. As a result, the end member 100C is a pipe material having a hollow inside, and has sufficient strength to withstand the weight and external force of a vehicle or the like passing over the grating.

(Modification 4)
Hereinafter, Modification 4 of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In the grating according to the modification example 4, the configuration of the
As shown in FIG. 4D, the
Moreover, the
(Modification 5)
Hereinafter, Modification 5 of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The grating 400E according to the modified example 5 is different from the
As shown in FIG. 5 (a), the
The
Moreover, the
Next, as illustrated in FIG. 5C, the grating 400 </ b> E in which the
Here, the relationship between the height of the
そして、間隔L5(図5参照)は間隔L4(図3参照)より狭いので、当該間隔L4に対応する高さH2(図5参照)は高さH3(図3参照)より低く出来るのである。
Specifically, in the grating 400 shown in FIG. 3, the distance between the
Thus, in the grating 400E, in the
By the way, in the
However, in the grating 400E of the present invention shown in FIG. 5, since the
As a result, like the
If the width L2 of the portion where the
(Modification 6)
Hereinafter, modification 6 of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The grating 400F according to the modified example 6 is different from the
As shown in FIG. 6A, the
The
Moreover, the
Next, as shown in FIG. 6C, the grating 400 </ b> F in which the
The groove formed in the end member of the grating according to the present invention may be arbitrarily selected as long as it is a processing machine capable of forming a groove by cutting a part of the end member such as a cutting machine, a laser processing machine, or a 3D laser processing machine.
