図1乃至図4を参照して、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る移動通信システムについて説明する。本実施形態に係る移動通信システムとして、LTE方式の移動通信システムを例示して説明するが、本発明は、LTE方式以外の移動通信システムにも適用可能である。

Claims (8)
- マスター無線基地局及びスレーブ無線基地局を用いたキャリアアグリゲーションを行うことができるように構成されている移動局であって、
前記マスター無線基地局に対して、前記スレーブ無線基地局における混雑状況を送信するように構成されている送信部を具備し、
前記混雑状況は、前記スレーブ無線基地局が混雑している旨を報告するものであることを特徴とする移動局。 - 前記送信部は、前記スレーブ無線基地局との下りリンクにおけるスループット及び前記スレーブ無線基地局との上りリンクにおけるスループットの少なくとも一方が所定閾値を下回る場合に、前記混雑状況を報告するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動局。
- 前記送信部は、
前記下りリンクにおけるスループットが前記所定閾値を下回る場合に、前記混雑状況として、前記マスター無線基地局に対して、前記スレーブ無線基地局が混雑している旨を報告し、
前記上りリンクにおけるスループットが前記所定閾値を下回る場合に、前記混雑状況として、前記マスター無線基地局に対して、前記スレーブ無線基地局が混雑している旨を報告するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の移動局。 - 前記送信部は、各コンポーネントキャリアにおける前記スループットが前記所定閾値を下回る場合に、前記混雑状況として、前記マスター無線基地局に対して、前記スレーブ無線基地局が混雑している旨を報告するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の移動局。
- 前記送信部は、所定期間、前記下りリンクにおけるスループット及び前記上りリンクにおけるスループットの少なくとも一方が前記所定閾値を下回る場合に、前記混雑状況として、前記マスター無線基地局に対して、前記スレーブ無線基地局が混雑している旨を報告するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の移動局。
- 前記送信部は、前記スレーブ無線基地局における品質情報、設定情報、及び送信されるデータのQoSの少なくとも1つに基づいて、前記所定閾値を決定するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれか一項に記載の移動局。
- 前記マスター無線基地局より送信された前記所定閾値を受信する受信部をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれか一項に記載の移動局。
- 前記送信部は、RRCレイヤの信号を用いて、前記混雑状況を送信するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の移動局。
