Description
Claims (13)
- 一酸化窒素生成方法であって:
一酸化窒素前駆体を含む前駆体溶液を第1容器内に供する工程;
反応チャンバを通過するように前記前駆体溶液を導いて、前記前駆体溶液を放射線に曝すことで一酸化窒素を生成する工程であって、導かれた前記前駆体溶液の濃度は一定に保たれる、工程;
生成された前記一酸化窒素をキャリアガス流によって前記反応チャンバの外へ飛び出すように導く工程;及び、
反応済み溶液を第2容器へ流入するように導く工程;
を有し、
動作の第1のモードにおいて、前記前駆体溶液は連続的に前記反応チャンバを通って導かれ、前記前駆体溶液に作用する前記放射線の出力は、前記キャリアガス中の生成される前記一酸化窒素の濃度が実質的に一定であるように、一定のレベルに保持され、
動作の第2のモードにおいて、前記前駆体溶液はパルス状に前記反応チャンバを通って導かれ、前記放射線の前記出力は、前記前駆体溶液の個々の第2モードパルスから生成される前記キャリアガス中の前記一酸化窒素の濃度が時間とともに減少するように、前記一定のレベルに対応してパルス状にされ、
動作の第3のモードにおいて、前記前駆体溶液はパルス状に前記反応チャンバを通って導かれ、前記放射線の前記出力は、前記前駆体溶液の個々の第3モードパルスから生成される前記キャリアガス中の前記一酸化窒素の濃度が時間にわたって一定であるように、前記前駆体溶液の前記個々の第3モードパルスに関して時間にわたって対応して増加される、
方法。 - 前記反応済み溶液が前記第1容器へ再循環される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 他の前駆体が前記反応済み溶液に加えられる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの反応パラメータが、前記反応チャンバの下流の一酸化窒素濃度に応じて制御される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 酸化防止剤が前記前駆体溶液に加えられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 亜硝酸水溶液が前記前駆体溶液として用いられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記前駆体溶液が、320nm〜440nm範囲の放射線に曝される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 一酸化窒素生成装置であって:
一酸化窒素前駆体を含む前駆体溶液を受け入れる第1容器;
内部で前記前駆体溶液を放射線に曝すように放射線源と接続して前記第1容器と流体をやり取りするように接続する反応チャンバ;
前記反応チャンバと流体をやり取りするように接続して反応済み溶液を受け入れる第2容器;及び、
前記反応チャンバを通り抜けるようにキャリアガスを導く気体流入口と気体流出口;
を有し、
前記気体流入口、前記気体流出口及び前記反応チャンバは、
動作の第1のモードであって、前記前駆体溶液は連続的に前記反応チャンバを通って導かれ、前記前駆体溶液に作用する前記放射線の出力は、前記キャリアガス中の生成される一酸化窒素の濃度が実質的に一定であるように、一定のレベルに保持される、動作の第1のモード
動作の第2のモードであって、前記前駆体溶液はパルス状に前記反応チャンバを通って導かれ、前記放射線の前記出力は、前記前駆体溶液の個々の第2モードパルスから生成される前記キャリアガス中の前記一酸化窒素の濃度が時間とともに減少するように、前記一定のレベルに対応してパルス状にされる、動作の第2のモード、及び
動作の第3のモードであって、前記前駆体溶液はパルス状に前記反応チャンバを通って導かれ、前記放射線の前記出力は、前記前駆体溶液の個々の第3モードパルスから生成される前記キャリアガス中の前記一酸化窒素の濃度が時間にわたって一定であるように、前記前駆体溶液の前記個々の第3モードパルスに関して時間にわたって対応して増加される、動作の第3のモード、
で動作するように構成される、
装置。 - 気体用の容器が前記反応チャンバの下流に供される、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記反応済み溶液を前記第1容器へ戻す再循環ループが供される、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記前駆体溶液を受け入れる第3容器が、前記再循環ループ、前記第1容器、及び/又は前記第2容器と流体をやり取りするように接続した状態で供される、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 一酸化窒素用検出器が前記反応チャンバの下流に供される、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記反応チャンバの下流の一酸化窒素濃度に従って少なくとも1つの反応パラメータを調節する制御ユニットが供される、請求項8に記載の装置。
