Description
The present invention relates to a belt elongation detection apparatus and a firing furnace that detect that the elongation of a belt that moves along a loop-shaped path and conveys a workpiece exceeds a predetermined amount.
A heat treatment apparatus that heats a workpiece in a heat treatment furnace includes a belt such as a mesh belt that circulates and moves through a loop path. This loop path includes a work conveyance range from the supply position outside the heat treatment furnace to the delivery position outside the heat treatment furnace via the inside of the heat treatment furnace. The workpiece is placed on the belt at the supply position, and the workpiece is collected from the belt at the delivery position.
As such a heat treatment apparatus, for example, there is an apparatus in which a workpiece conveyance range extends to a length of about 10 m to 20 m like a continuous firing furnace. The belt continuously moves along a loop path including a relatively long workpiece conveyance range, and is heated together with the workpiece in the heat treatment furnace. Further, the belt is stretched between the driving roller and the driven roller, and moves in a state where a tension is applied.
For this reason, the belt tends to be stretched in the moving direction. Elongation in the moving direction of the belt causes damage to the belt. If the belt is left damaged, the workpiece cannot be conveyed properly. Therefore, maintenance such as truncation of the belt and replacement of the belt itself needs to be performed at an appropriate timing, but frequent maintenance is complicated.
。 In view of this, there has been proposed a belt stretch detection device that includes a pit in which a hanging portion of the belt is housed and detects that the belt has dropped beyond a predetermined amount in the pit (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
However, in the conventional belt stretch detection device, construction for providing pits is required. For this reason, there exists a possibility that equipment cost may rise.
An object of the present invention is to provide a belt elongation detecting device and a firing furnace that can reduce the frequency of maintenance of the belt and reduce the equipment cost.
The firing furnace of the present invention includes a belt, a heat treatment chamber, and a belt elongation detection device. The belt is a belt stretched between the drive stretch roller and the driven stretch roller, and the drive stretch roller is rotationally driven by a drive source, whereby the work is placed on the first region; It circulates in the loop-shaped path | route containing the 2nd area | region which is not mounted. The heat treatment chamber is disposed in the first region and heat-treats the workpiece conveyed by the belt. The belt stretch detection device is a device that is disposed in the second region and detects belt stretch , and includes a plurality of driven rollers, one or more tension rollers, a detection unit, and a notification unit. Driven roller, with contact from the lower side belts, moving in the direction along the plane orthogonal to the axial direction of the driven roller is regulated. The tension roller is disposed between the driven rollers, presses against the belt from above, is configured to be movable within a predetermined movement range in the vertical direction, and descends by its own weight as the belt extends. Detector is arranged vertically odor Te within moving range of Te emissions Deployment roller, a tension roller in the vertical direction to output a detection signal by detecting that it has lowered below a predetermined warning location within the movement range. An alerting | reporting part alert | reports a warning based on the detection signal output from a detection part. And in the conveying direction of the work by the belt, the drive stretch roller is disposed downstream from the outlet of the heat treatment chamber, the driven stretch roller is disposed upstream from the inlet of the heat treatment chamber, In the second region, it is disposed between a position corresponding to the entrance of the heat treatment chamber and the driven stretch roller.
In this configuration, the tension roller descends as the belt extends. The belt tension is maintained constant by the belt being pressed downward by the descending tension roller between the adjacent driven rollers. For this reason, until all the tension rollers reach the lowermost end in the moving range, problems such as belt damage and work conveyance failure do not occur even if maintenance is not performed. Moreover, it is not necessary to perform construction for providing a pit. Furthermore, the warning can be notified at a predetermined timing before the tension roller reaches the lowermost end in the moving range, so that the belt can be maintained at an appropriate timing.
In the above configuration, the tension roller is preferably configured to be movable to a position below the warning position. According to this configuration, since the tension roller can be lowered even after the warning is notified, the belt tension can be maintained. For this reason, a time margin can be provided so that the tension of the belt can be maintained during the period from when the warning is notified until the treatment according to the warning is actually performed.
The alarm unit further includes a sensor that detects that the tension roller has fallen below a predetermined notice position that is a notice position within the movement range of the tension roller and is above the warning position, and outputs a notice signal. It is preferable to be configured to display a notice message based on a notice signal output from the sensor.
Also, a plurality of tension rollers can be provided. By adding a tension roller disposed between the driven rollers, it becomes possible to cope with the elongation of the desired length of the belt. For this reason, compared with the case where the construction which provides a pit is performed, the extension length of the belt which can be coped with can be increased simply and at low equipment cost.
Furthermore, it is preferable to further include a fixing mechanism that can fix and release the tension roller at each of an upper fixing position and a lower fixing position below the upper fixing position within the moving range.
In this configuration, in the initial stage, all tension rollers are arranged at the upper fixing position, one of the tension rollers is released from the fixing position, and the other tension roller is fixed at the upper fixing position. The tension roller that has been unlocked is lowered as the belt stretches, so that the belt tension is maintained constant. When the tension roller that has been unlocked is lowered below the warning position, a warning is notified, so that it is recognized that the timing for performing the predetermined intermediate work is given to the operator, and the lowered tension roller is used as the intermediate work. While being fixed at the lower fixing position, one of the fixed tension rollers is released. In this way, when one tension roller in the upper fixing position is released from the fixing state, and lowered and fixed to the lower fixing position as the belt extends, the next one tension roller in the upper fixing position is Unfixing is repeated sequentially. As a result, a plurality of tension rollers move down one by one from the upper fixed position to the lower fixed position as the belt grows, and the belt is cut down or the belt itself is replaced until all tension rollers reach the lower fixed position. There is no need to perform such maintenance.
The fixing mechanism includes a tension roller rotation shaft having a pin hole in a direction perpendicular to the tension roller rotation axis direction, and an upper fixing hole and a lower fixing position through which the pin inserted into the pin hole can be inserted at the upper fixing position. And a fixing member having a lower fixing hole through which the pin inserted through the pin hole can be inserted.
In this configuration, the tension roller is fixed at the upper fixing position by inserting the pin through the pin hole and the upper fixing hole at the upper fixing position, and the fixing is released by removing the pin. Similarly, the tension roller is fixed at the lower fixing position by inserting a pin through the pin hole and the lower fixing hole at the lower fixing position. Thus, the tension roller can be fixed and released with a simple structure.
According to this invention, the maintenance frequency of the belt can be reduced and the equipment cost can be reduced.

As shown in FIG. 5B, when the

In this way, when one
When the
According to the belt
Further, by providing a plurality of tension rollers, it is possible to cope with the elongation of the desired length of the
