Description
This application is for a slope with a stepped slope on the downside of the ground on the road side of highways and other motorways, where the rainwater rained on the road is taken from the drainage basin installed in the drainage groove on the roadside. The existing slope for collecting and treating rainwater that collects and flows in the vertical drainage channel installed on the slope, and rainwater that further falls on the slope of the slope and flows down the entire slope. Existing drainage where the existing vertical drainage drains from the existing lateral drainage at the intersection of the existing vertical drainage and the existing horizontal drainage provided at the lower stage The present invention relates to an improved slope drainage mechanism that allows water to flow by connecting to an existing vertical drainage groove on the lower slope by bypassing the top of the fence.
When there is rainfall on a motorway including an expressway, a large amount of rainwater that has fallen on the road flows into a gutter on the side of the road and is collected in a catchment provided at an appropriate position in the gutter. When the ground is a slope that is an inclined surface such as a mountainside or a dike, the ground is drained from the drainage basin of the side groove of the road to the vertical drainage groove disposed on the slope. On the other hand, rainwater that has fallen on the entire slope of the slope that descends on the side of the road, which is the ground that constitutes the road, flows downward along the slope of the slope as it is. It flows to the part. The slope below this stage from the lower stage flows further down, flows into the horizontal drainage groove installed on the flat ground that is substantially horizontal below the lowermost slope, and is appropriately positioned in the lateral drainage groove. The water is collected in a water collecting basin.
By the way, the applicant assigns a substantially horizontal step portion, which is almost horizontally parallel to the slope portion of the slope, in accordance with the total height of the slope surface of the road side, for example, approximately every 7 m of the slope portion of the slope surface. Are provided with a plurality of locations consisting of slopes and stepped steps, and horizontal drainage grooves are respectively provided in the steps that are nearly horizontal. On the other hand, longitudinal drainage grooves are installed at a plurality of intervals at appropriate intervals on the sloped part of the slope, and further at the intersection of the lower end of the longitudinal drainage of the sloped part of the slope and a substantially horizontal stepped part. A drainage mechanism has already been developed by installing a drainage basin and connecting the multiple drainage basins installed at the lower ends of the left and right vertical drainage grooves with a lateral drainage groove in a small step. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1). In this drainage mechanism, rainwater raining on the slope slope flows into the small horizontal drainage just below the slope slope, and rainwater raining on the slope slopes up to the step slope. It will flow down the slope. By the way, in the drainage mechanism used so far, the rainwater raining on the slopes flows down the slopes of all slopes, and is installed in a place that is substantially flat below all slopes. All rainwater rained on all slopes flows into the drain. Therefore, unlike the drainage mechanism used so far, the above-mentioned drainage mechanism developed by the applicant collects only the rainwater on the slope above the stage at each stage. The amount of rainwater that permeates the slope on the side slope is limited to the amount of rain that falls on the slope at that location, so the amount is small, and therefore it is possible to prevent the slope from being softened by the penetration of rainwater It is.
However, in the drainage mechanism installed on the above slope, when there is a large amount of rainfall, that is, there is a side groove such as an automobile road at the top of the slope, and there is a large amount of rainfall on the automobile road. When a large amount of rainfall is collected in the catchment basin and a large amount of rainwater collected from the catchment basin flows into the vertical drainage of the drainage mechanism installed on the slope, the first horizontal slope Since the lower end of the vertical drainage groove is connected to a drainage basin of the horizontal drainage groove provided in the small step which is the step portion of the above, the rainwater that has flowed into the vertical drainage in a large amount is It will flow into the catchment which is the connection part with the groove. Therefore, in addition to the rainwater in the vertical drainage ditch, rainwater that has fallen on the slope is collected and added to the horizontal drainage in the small step, so that the amount of inflow exceeding the capacity of the catchment can be obtained. As a result, there is a risk that rainwater will overflow from the catchment basin, and it will be flooded with rainwater where the slope below it is overflowing.
In order to eliminate the inconvenience of overflowing rainwater from such catchment basins, efficient drainage should be realized even during guerrilla heavy rain, etc., and drainage should be promoted especially through the small drainage channel of the horizontal drainage channel. In order to prevent overflow or overflow at the junction between the vertical drainage channel and the small drainage channel, and as an effective measure for the collapse of the slope caused by the overflow, the longitudinal part of the inflow to the junction with the small drainage channel At the bottom of the directional drainage groove, the bottom of the vertical drainage groove has a different slope and is directed upward, and the jump part that has a jump action on the flowing water of the vertical drainage groove is a small step of the small part of the horizontal drainage groove. There has been proposed a slope drainage groove that is provided immediately before the drainage groove and that causes the jumped drainage to flow over the small drainage groove and into the vertical drainage groove disposed below the small drainage groove (for example, Patent Document 2). Ether.). By the way, also in this proposed slope drainage structure, since the vertical drainage grooves except for the jump portion have sloped slopes, the rainwater flowing down the longitudinal drainage slopes the slopes. Therefore, even if the jumping action of the vertical drainage groove jumps and lifts it, the flowing water is not sufficiently restrained in the flow velocity, and the landing of the rainwater jumped for this reason It overflows at the moment of landing from the vertical drainage channel, and overflows to the surrounding slope, and this overflowing water may adversely affect the slope of the slope by permeating into the soil of the slope. Have no problems.
By the way, the drainage that flows from the upstream side of the vertical drainage groove, which is the slope drainage groove provided on the slope, joins the drainage that flows from this lateral drainage groove at the portion of the small drainage groove that is the small horizontal drainage groove. However, if this combined drainage flows into a drainage basin where the vertical and lateral drainage grooves at the small stage meet, the inflow of these effluents exceeds the capacity of the drainage basin There is. In this case, the drainage from the catchment basin overflows and the soil around the catchment basin may flow and collapse. By the way, as such measures, it is conceivable to change to drainage pits and catchment basins with a large processing capacity. However, if these drainage flutes and catchment basins are already installed, these existing drainage flutes and catchment basins It is a very difficult problem to change the shape to a large shape from the viewpoint of slope, small-scale site area and cost.
Therefore, the problem to be solved by the present invention is that a vertical drainage groove that vertically descends a slope from a side groove on a roadside provided on a slope that slopes downward on the roadside that constitutes an automobile road, and the middle of the slope The crossing caused by the overflow of drainage flowing down from the vertical drainage groove at the horizontal drainage groove provided in the substantially horizontal small stage, that is, the intersection of the horizontal drainage groove and the small drainage channel. Existing vertical drainage at the intersection of existing small drainage basins that can kill the momentum of drainage from the existing vertical drainage ditch to eliminate soil collapse due to flooding on the slopes around the site Leave the groove, lateral drainage ditch or small drainage basin as it is, and provide a structure to bypass the small drainage drainage in the existing vertical drainage ditch and let it flow down to the existing vertical drainage ditch below the small stage. To prevent flooding on the slope To provide a drainage mechanism.
Means of the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problem is that, in the first means, the existing vertical drainage groove installed in the vertical direction of the slope inclined downward on the road side of the automobile road, and the step of the slope In a drainage mechanism comprising an existing horizontal drainage channel installed substantially horizontally in the horizontal direction, and an existing small drainage basin installed in the small stage connected to the vertical drainage channel and the horizontal drainage channel. The upper end of the bottom surface of the bypass drainage groove extending in the vertical direction is installed on the bottom surface of the vertical drainage groove installed on the upper slope of the lower stage above the water tank, and the lower stage drainage tank installed in the bypass drainage groove on the lower stage. A vertical drainage characterized in that the small drainage basin is made to pass through above and the lower end of the bottom surface of the bypass drainage groove after the throughpass is disposed on the vertical drainage groove installed on the lower slope of the small step. It is an improved slope drainage mechanism consisting of a bypass drainage groove in the groove. Further, another means of the present invention for solving the above-described problem is generally provided in the existing vertical drainage groove installed in the vertical direction of the slope inclined downward on the road side of the motorway and the small steps of the slope. In a drainage mechanism comprising an existing horizontal drainage channel installed horizontally and a vertical drainage channel installed in the small stage connecting the vertical drainage channel and the horizontal drainage channel, The upper end of the bottom of the bypass drainage groove extending in the vertical direction is installed on the bottom surface of the vertical drainage groove installed on the upper slope of the upper stage of the lower step, and the bypass drainage groove is installed on the lower stage drainage tank installed in the lower stage. Through the through-passage of the small drainage basin, the bottom surface of the bypass drainage groove after the throughpass is formed from punching metal, and the lower end of the bottom surface of the bypass drainage groove made of the punching metal is installed on the lower slope of the small stage. Vertical characterized by being placed on the groove It is improved slope drainage mechanism consisting of a bypass culvert ditch.
In the second means, the bypass drainage groove extending in the vertical direction includes the upper bypass drainage groove installed on the upper slope of the small stage, the intermediate bypass drainage groove installed on the lower stage, and the lower bypass drainage groove installed on the lower slope of the lower stage. These bypass drainage grooves are formed in the bypass drainage groove from the bottom surface extending in the vertical direction and the left and right side walls thereof, and the gradient of the upper bypass drainage groove is that of the vertical drainage groove installed on the upper slope of the small step. The slope of the middle bypass drainage groove is the same as the substantially horizontal slope of the small step, and the slope of the lower bypass drainage groove is substantially the same as the slope of the vertical drainage groove installed on the lower slope of the small step. These upper bypass drainage groove and the middle bypass drainage groove and lower bypass drainage groove installed in the lower stage are integrated by connecting them with the receiving plate protruding below one bypass drainage groove and behind it Open An improved slope drainage mechanism comprising a bypass drainage groove of a longitudinal drainage groove of the first or other means characterized by comprising a hole and an insertion claw protruding downward from the other bypass drainage groove It is.
In still another means, the intermediate bypass drainage groove installed in the small step and the lower bypass drainage groove installed in the lower slope of the small step shall be formed of punching metal at the bottom surface, The bottom drainage groove of the second means characterized by the bottom surface of the intermediate bypass drainage groove located above from the bottom drainage basin and the bottom surface excluding the front and rear connection parts of the lower bypass drainage groove member It is an improved drainage mechanism consisting of a bypass drainage ditch.
By adopting the above means, the first and other means connect the vertical drainage groove on the upper slope and the drainage groove on the lower slope in an integrated manner with a bypass drainage groove that passes through the small drainage basin. Therefore, the rainwater in the vertical drainage groove does not flow into the small drainage basin, so that the small drainage basin does not overflow with a large amount of rainwater and overflow into the surrounding area. In addition, in another means, the bottom surface of the bypass drainage groove after the through-pass is formed from the punching metal on the small drainage basin, so that rainwater flowing into the bypass drainage groove from the upper vertical drainage groove is punched. Since the metal hole is dropped and gradually flows into the vertical drainage groove, the force due to the amount of water flowing in is eased, so the water flow in the vertical drainage groove splashes violently and scatters to the outside and leaks Can be prevented.
In the second means, the bypass drainage groove is formed by integrating the upper bypass drainage groove, the intermediate bypass drainage groove and the lower bypass drainage groove, the receiving plate protruding below one bypass drainage groove, the opening hole behind it and the other Since it is inserted by an insertion claw that protrudes below the bypass drainage groove of one of the bypass drainage grooves, when the insertion claw of the other bypass drainage groove is inserted into the opening hole behind the receiving plate of one bypass drainage groove, the opening The insertion claw protruding from the hole is protected by the protrusion of the receiving plate located at the front thereof, so that the insertion claw is not pushed out from the opening hole and will not come off and can be stably bypassed for a long time. The function of drainage can be maintained.
In yet another means, the punching metal formed in the bypass drainage groove has a bottom surface that protrudes from the small stage catchment of the intermediate bypass drainage groove located above the small stage, and a connecting part before and after the lower bypass drainage groove member. Since the bottom surface is the bottom surface, the distance that gradually drops to the vertical drainage groove through the punching metal hole of the bypass drainage groove described in the above paragraph 0012 flows through the bypass drainage groove because the portion of the punching metal is sufficiently long. Rainwater is dispersed and dripped from the hole of the punching metal into the vertical drainage groove on the lower slope of the lower slope, and this dispersed dripping does not collide with the water flow of the vertical drainage groove at once, so the splash due to the collision is external Leakage due to splashing can be further prevented.

By the way, as described in paragraph 0003, as the conventional slope drainage mechanism, the
As described above, in the
However, even when the
Therefore, in the
That is, as shown in the side view of FIG. 2 or the perspective view of FIG. 3, the

These
The size of the upper
Next, the intermediate part
Further, the lower
By the way, the material of the upper
Therefore, the operation of the
By the way, in the present invention, the rainwater flowing down the
Therefore, by providing the
In contrast to this, in the present invention, only substantially the entire amount of rainwater flowing through the
