Description

The present invention relates to a laver production apparatus used for producing sheet-like dry laver.

In the laver production device that produces sheet-shaped dry seaweed, raw nori is picked up by a rectangular seaweed rice cake, dehydrated, passed through a drying chamber and dried, and then only dry seaweed is peeled off from the seaweed rice cake. Work is done continuously. A plurality of laver cocoons are held in a laver cocoon holder as a unit, and the above-mentioned operations are sequentially performed on the laver cocoons by circulating and transporting the laver cocoon holders by a transport mechanism having a structure in which an attachment chain is connected.

The seaweed rice cake is required to adhere and collect raw seaweed and to permeate moisture contained in the raw seaweed, so it is generally configured by sticking rod-shaped members made of resin or the like in parallel with a predetermined gap. Yes. As such nori seaweeds, there are those having different surface properties on the front and back sides of individual nori seaweeds using rod-like members with different roughness and fine stripe patterns on the front and back sides. In this way, by making the surface texture of the laver different on the front and back surfaces, it is possible to select a surface whose surface texture is more suitable for the fresh seaweed according to the characteristics of the fresh seaweed used as the papermaking surface.

And on the premise of adopting such a seaweed rice cake, a seaweed manufacturing apparatus provided with a holder reversing mechanism capable of reversing the seaweed rice cake holder holding the seaweed rice cake at an arbitrary timing has been proposed (Patent Document 1). reference). In the prior art shown in this patent document example, there is shown an example in which a front and back reversing part of a laver holder is provided between a paper making part and a peeling part provided on a conveyor outside the drying chamber.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 61-105494

However, the conventional laver production apparatus having the holder reversing mechanism including the above-described prior art has the following problems in the arrangement of the apparatus and the structure of the reversing mechanism due to the arrangement position of the holder reversing mechanism. there were. That is, in this prior art, the front and back reversing part is provided on the upper stage side at a higher position among the upper and lower two stage conveyors provided outside the drying chamber. For this reason, there was a problem that workability when accessing the front and back inversion portion to perform work was poor.

In order to avoid such an inconvenience, efforts have been made to provide a front and back reversing part on the lower conveyor. For example, various mechanisms have been proposed, such as a configuration in which the nori cocoon holder is separated and lowered from the conveyor and turned upside down, and then held again on the conveyor, but the mechanism adopted for those front and back inversion parts is structurally It was difficult to ensure a complicated and stable operation, and it was difficult to adopt it practically.

Then, an object of this invention is to provide the laver production apparatus which can reverse the laver mash holder holding the laver mash with a simple structure with good workability.

In the laver production apparatus of the present invention, the laver cocoon is stretched and held between two parallel ridges constituting the laver cocoon holder, and the laver cocoon holder is circulated and conveyed by an endless chain. A laver production device for producing dry laver by drying raw laver drawn on the bottom surface of the laver holder by running the endless chain intermittently at a predetermined pitch along the lower conveyance path and the upper conveyance path A holder conveying means that circulates and conveys the first hook part on the downstream side in the conveying direction to an engaging part formed at a predetermined pitch on the side, and is arranged in the upper conveying path to the laver rice cake holder A paper-making part that rolls up raw seaweed on the retained seaweed rice cake, and a dehydrating part that dehydrates the raw seaweed on the seaweed rice cake that is arranged in the upper transport path and drawn up by the paper-making part, Delivered from the holder conveying means A drying chamber that dries raw seaweed on the laver cocoon while transporting the laver cage holder, and is provided in the lower conveyance path and is delivered from the drying chamber and delivered to the holder conveying means A stripping part for stripping off the dried seaweed from the laver cocoon of the laver cocoon holder, and a holder reversing mechanism disposed in the lower conveyance path to reverse the laver cocoon holder, , A laver rice cake holder disposed on the lower surface side of the endless chain from the lower surface side, rotatably disposed around a fulcrum provided on the upstream side in the conveying direction at a position constituting a part of the lower conveyance path A supporting member for supporting, and a hanging member for hanging the supported laver rice cake holder together with the supporting member by rotating the supporting member around the fulcrum in a direction in which the downstream side in the conveying direction hangs down. And the second hook part on the upstream side in the transport direction of the laver holder is moved from the lower surface side and moved along a predetermined trajectory, and the above-mentioned engagement on the downstream side is operated. Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. First, the structure of the laver production apparatus 1 will be described with reference to FIG. The laver production apparatus 1 has a function of producing dry laver by drying raw laver that has been picked up from laver. In FIG. 1, a laver production apparatus 1 includes a paper making unit 11 and a dewatering unit 12 along a conveyance path of a holder conveyance unit 2 configured to circulate and convey a laver rice cake holder 5 by an endless chain 3 in which an attachment chain is connected endlessly. The peeling part 13 and the holder reversing part 14 are arranged and combined with the drying chamber 15.

As shown in FIG. 2, the nori seaweed holder 5 used for making and drying raw nori has two parallel seams 6 a (first saliva) constituting the nori seaweed holder 5, A plurality of laver ridges 9 are stretched between the portions 6 b (second ridges) and are held via the holding metal fittings 8. At the time of conveyance in the laver production apparatus 1, the laver cocoon holder 5 is conveyed in a state where both ends of the ridges 6a and 6b are supported from the lower surface side. A plurality of connecting members 7 are stretched between the ridge portions 6a and 6b, whereby a rectangular frame for holding the laver ridge 9 is formed. When circulating and transporting the laver holder 5 by the holder transporting means 2, as shown in FIG. 1, the engaging portion 4 provided on the endless chain 3 so as to project downward at a predetermined pitch is provided with a downstream side in the transport direction. The collar part 6a is engaged. In this state, the endless chain 3 is intermittently traveled, so that the laver rice cake holder 5 is circulated and conveyed along the holder conveying means 2.

As shown in FIG. 2, the laver rice cake 9 is configured by arranging a plurality of resin rod-like members 10 in parallel and securing them with thin strings. Here, as the rod-like member 10 used for the seaweed rice cake 9, those having different surface properties such as roughness and fine stripe pattern are used on the front and back sides, and these are arranged in a form in which the surfaces of the same property are aligned. The rod-like members 10 are secured in parallel. The nori seaweed 9 produced in this manner has different surface properties depending on the first surface 9a and the second surface 9b, and the first surface 9a and the second surface 9b are in accordance with the characteristics of the raw nori to be produced. From the two surfaces, it is possible to select and use a more suitable surface as a papermaking surface.

In FIG. 1, the holder conveying means 2 is composed of two upper and lower upper conveying paths 2U and a lower conveying path 2L. The upper conveying path 2U has a paper making section 11, A dewatering unit 12 is provided. The paper making unit 11 performs a process of picking up raw seaweed on the seaweed rice cake 9 held by the seaweed rice cake holder 5. The dewatering unit 12 dehydrates the raw nori on the nori mash 9 that has been picked up by the picking unit 11.

The dehydrated laver holder 5 is carried into the drying chamber 15. The drying chamber 15 is provided with a two-stage drying conveyor, an upper conveyor 16U and a lower conveyor 16L. The dehydrated laver holder 5 first moves in the drying chamber 15 while being held in a standing posture between a plurality of holding members 17 provided at predetermined intervals on the upper conveyor 16U. Next, the laver holder 5 in the middle of drying is transferred to the lower conveyor 16L and further moves in the drying chamber 15. During this time, the raw laver of the laver cocoon 9 spread on the laver cocoon holder 5 is dried to become dry laver, and is transferred from the lower conveyor 16L to the lower conveyance path 2L of the holder conveyance means 2. A peeling portion 13 is disposed in the lower conveyance path 2L, and the dried seaweed is peeled off from the laver ridge 9 of the laver pod holder 5 that has reached the peeling portion 13 and collected as a product. This completes one cycle of dry seaweed production.

A holder reversing unit 14 (holder reversing mechanism) is disposed downstream of the peeling unit 13 in the lower conveyance path 2L. The holder reversing unit 14 has a function of reversing the nori mash holder 5 in the middle of being conveyed by the endless chain 3. That is, as described above, the surface properties of the rod-shaped member 10 constituting the nori candy 9 are different between the front and back surfaces. In the process of continuously operating the laver production apparatus 1, when it is necessary to reverse the laver cocoon 9 for reasons such as changing the raw laver used, the holder reversing unit 14 is operated to operate a plurality of laver The process which reverses the front and back of the sea bream 9 together with the seaweed reed holder 5 is performed.

With reference to FIGS. 3 and 4, the configuration and function of the holder reversing unit 14 will be described. As shown in FIG. 3, the holder reversing unit 14 has a configuration in which a mechanism element that constitutes a reversing function is disposed on the side plate member 14a located below the lower conveyance path 2L. In addition, a continuous line and a broken line show that the said element is each arrange | positioned at the outer side and inner side (refer Fig.4 (a)) of the side-plate member 14a.

The lower transport path 2L has a pair of left and right transport rails 20 and 21 having transport surfaces 20a and 21a having the same transport height. At the time of transporting the laver trough holder 5, both ends of the trough portions 6a and 6b are supported by the pair of transport rails 20 and 21. For convenience, only one side of the left and right pair is shown here.

An endless chain 3 is arranged on the upper surface of the transport rails 20 and 21 in the transport direction (arrow a), and the laver trough holder 5 to be transported engages the front (downstream in the transport direction) trough 6a. It is transported by driving the endless chain 3 while being engaged with the portion 4. Here, as shown in FIG. 4A, the transport rails 20 and 21 are partially discontinuous by an interval necessary for reversing the nori mash holder 5 in the holder reversing portion 14. In the continuous range, the laver holder 5 is supported by the support member 22. That is, the support member 22 is provided at a position constituting a part of the lower conveyance path 2L.

The support member 22 is rotatably disposed around a fulcrum 23 located at one end on the upstream side, and is coupled to a shaft member 23a pivotally supported by the fulcrum 23 as shown in FIG. ing. Further, the shaft member 23a is linked to the linear link members 24 and 25 and the square link member 26. The link member 26 is held by the side plate member 14 a with the pin member 27 as a fixed fulcrum, and the cam follower 26 a mounted on the end portion of the pin member 27 is in contact with the disc cam member 28 constituting the cam mechanism 30. .

The drive shaft 30a of the cam mechanism 30 is rotationally driven by a transport drive source that drives the holder transport means 2, and the disc cam member 28 is rotated by the drive shaft 30a, whereby the shaft member 23a is cam characteristics of the disc cam member 28. It rotates in a pattern according to Thereby, as shown in FIG.4 (b), the supporting member 22 rotates so that a front-end | tip part may descend | fall and raise by using the fulcrum 23 as a fulcrum (arrow b).

The nori seaweed cradle holder 5 is lowered by lowering the tip of the support member 22 while supporting the nori sea bream holder 5 on the upper surface of the support member 22 and holding the upstream heel part 6b. It descends below the collar 6b and enters a suspended state (see FIG. 5B). That is, the support member 22 and the link members 24, 25, and 26 rotate the support member 22 around the fulcrum 23 in the direction in which the downstream side in the transport direction hangs down, so that the supported seaweed rice cake holder 5 is supported together with the support member 22. Configures a drooping mechanism for drooping.

Between the transport rail 20 and the transport rail 21, a guide portion 35 is disposed in which guide grooves each having a shape into which the guide roller 34b is fitted are arranged in a substantially arc shape. As shown in FIG. 4A, the guide roller 34b fitted and held in the guide portion 35 is connected to the upper end portion of the link member 32 via a shaft member that extends inward and bends upstream in the transport direction. The provided conductive bearing portion 34a is coupled. Further, a support tool 34c is coupled via a member extending inward in the upstream direction from the conductive bearing portion 34a.

The conductive bearing portion 34a is coupled to a substantially L-shaped link member 32 extending downward, and the link member 32 is held by the side plate member 14a with the pin member 33 as a fixed fulcrum. A cam follower 32 a attached to the end of the link member 32 abuts on a disc cam member 31 constituting the cam mechanism 30. When the disc cam member 31 is rotated by the drive shaft 30a, the link member 32 swings in the vertical plane in a pattern corresponding to the cam characteristics of the disc cam member 31 (arrow c). Here, since the cam mechanism 30 is driven by a common drive shaft 30a, the link member 32 and the support member 22 operate in synchronization. The cam mechanism 30 does not operate during normal operation of the laver production apparatus 1, and operates only when the holder reversing unit 14 needs to function.

The support tool 34c is open at the top and has a shape capable of holding the flange 6b from below. As a result, as shown in FIG. 4C, the support tool 34c holding the flange portion 6b is guided by the guide roller 34b fitted to the guide portion 35, and the rear end of the transport rail 21 is moved from the front end portion of the transport rail 20. The end portion can be moved along a predetermined locus by the guide portion 35. Then, by raising the support member 22 in a state where the support tool 34c is positioned below the one engaging portion 4 on the downstream side (see FIG. 6A), the engaging portion 4 that was initially engaged. In addition, the flange portion 6b can be engaged with the engaging portion 4 that is located downstream by one pitch.

That is, the support tool 34c, the guide roller 34b, the guide portion 35, and the link member 32 operate in synchronization with the support member 22, and the upstream side ridge 6b (second ridge) in the transport direction of the seaweed ridge holder 5 is provided. Is held from the lower surface side, moved along a predetermined trajectory, and is a holder engagement changing mechanism that engages with the engaging portion 4 on the downstream side. In the present embodiment, the drooping mechanism and the holder engagement changing mechanism are driven in synchronization via the cam mechanism 30 of the same drive source as the drive source of the holder conveying means 2. Yes.

In FIG. 3, a guide member 36 having an inclined guide surface 36 a that rises toward the downstream side is disposed below the transport rail 21. The guide member 36 comes into contact with the heel portion 6a (first heel portion) opposite to the heel portion 6b (second heel portion) in the laver cocoon holder 5 after the drooping operation by the drooping mechanism, whereby the endless chain 3 This has the function of guiding the ridge 6a to the lower conveyance path 2L when the laver fold holder 5 is moved in accordance with the travel.

Further, an auxiliary guide member 37 is provided in the vicinity of the downstream end portion of the guide member 36 in such a shape and arrangement that the flange portions 6a and 6b can pass on both upper and lower surfaces. When the nori mash holder 5 that has been turned upside down by the holder inverting section 14 moves to the lower conveyance path 2L on the downstream side, the heel section 6b (second heel section) travels on the upper surface side of the auxiliary guide member 37, The collar part 6a (first collar part) travels on the lower surface side.

Next, with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6, the holder reversing operation in the laver production apparatus 1 will be described. When the nori seaweed holder 5 after the dry seaweed has been peeled off by the peeling part 13 moves to the holder inversion part 14, if the inversion of the nori seaweed holder 5 is required, the holder inversion part 14 is operated. Execute holder reversal operation. That is, as shown in FIG. 5A, the laver holder 5 transported from the upstream side (arrow d) along the transport surface 20 a of the transport rail 20 moves to the upper surface of the support member 22. At this time, the laver holder 5 is carried onto the transport rail 20 in such a posture that the first surface 9a of the held laver pod 9 is on the front side. In this state, the link member 32 is located on the upstream side, and the support tool 34c is below the flange portion 6b.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5 (b), the cam member 30 rotates the support member 22 around the fulcrum 23 in the direction in which the tip end portion is lowered (arrow e). At this time, in the process in which the seaweed ridge holder 5 moves downward together with the support member 22, the ridge portion 6b is supported from below by the support tool 34c. In this process, the heel part 6a side descends with respect to the heel part 6b, and the laver cocoon holder 5 hangs down in a posture in which the heel part 6b located at the upper end is supported.

Thereafter, the link member 32 is moved in the arrow f direction by the cam mechanism 30. At this time, the guide roller 34b is guided by the guide portion 35, so that the support tool 34c supporting the hanging collar portion 6b moves downstream according to a predetermined locus. Then, as shown in FIG. 6 (a), if the link member 32 is moved until the flange portion 6b is positioned immediately below the one engaging portion 4 on the downstream side of the endless chain 3 (arrow h), the tip portion is The support member 22 is rotated around the fulcrum 23 in the upward direction (arrow g). As a result, the ridge portion 6 b of the laver ridge holder 5 is engaged with the engaging portion 4, and the ridge portion 6 a of the suspended laver ridge holder 5 abuts against the guide surface 36 a of the guide member 36.

Then, as shown in FIG. 6B, the endless chain 3 is moved in the transport direction (arrow i). Thereby, the laver cocoon holder 5 in which the hook part 6 b is engaged with the engaging part 4 moves along the transport surface 21 a of the transport rail 21. In the movement of the laver pod holder 5, the preceding ridge portion 6 b passes above the auxiliary guide member 37. The following salmon 6a moves along the guide surface 36a, passes below the auxiliary guide member 37 and reaches the transport surface 21a, whereby the laver salmon holder 5 is guided to the lower transport path 2L.

At this time, compared with the state shown in FIG. 5A, the ridge portion 6a and the ridge portion 6b are interchanged in the laver ridge holder 5. That is, the seaweed rice cake 9 held by the seaweed rice cake holder 5 is in a posture in which the second surface 9b is directed to the front surface side, and the whole seaweed rice cake holder 5 is in an inverted state. In the subsequent processing, a seaweed manufacturing operation such as making or dewatering raw seaweed is performed on the second surface 9b of the seaweed ridge 9.

As described above, in the present embodiment, in the laver production apparatus 1, the holder reversing unit that is disposed in the lower conveyance path 2 </ b> L constituting the holder conveyance means 2 and reverses the laver mash holder 5 that holds a plurality of laver mash. 14, the support member 22 for supporting the nori mash holder 5 held on the lower surface side of the endless chain 3 from the lower surface side is rotated in a direction in which the downstream side in the conveying direction hangs down, so that the nori mash holder 5 together with the support member 22 is rotated. An upstream hook 6b (first hook) in the conveying direction of the laver holder 5 is held from the lower surface side by the support tool 34c and moved along a predetermined locus to move one downstream engaging portion 4 The endless chain 3 is used to move the nori mash holder 5 with the heel portion 6b facing downstream, and the front and back are reversed and guided to the lower conveyance path 2L.

In the holder reversing mechanism having the above-described configuration, a simple operation is adopted in which the nori cocoon holder 5 is placed in a drooping posture and the engagement is changed so that one upstream ridge portion 6b is engaged with one downstream engagement portion 4. Therefore, it is not necessary to reduce the conveying speed of the holder conveying means 2 when the holder is reversed. That is, with such a configuration, the laver jar holder 5 holding the laver jar 9 can be reversed with a simple configuration with good workability.

The laver production apparatus of the present invention has an effect that the laver mash holder holding the laver mash can be reversed with a simple structure with good workability, and the raw laver made with the laver mash is dried to form a sheet-shaped dry laver It is useful in the field of manufacturing.
