供給ヘッドを切断装置から離れた紐状部材の供給位置から切断装置に向かって紐状部材とともに移動させて、供給ヘッドと被巻付体の間の紐状部材を被巻付体から離して切断装置まで変位させる第2移動装置と、
切断装置を駆動して、切断装置まで変位した紐状部材を切断装置により切断する駆動装置と、
