本テクノロジーは、医学波形に関する処理及びシミュレーションのための方法及びシステムに関する。より具体的には本テクノロジーは、心臓生理学データを収集しこれを使用して電気生理学的な研究、訓練及び開発を支援するための方法及びシステムに関する。
○ 記録した波形信号を用いた作業のための侵襲的プラットフォームを提供するワークベンチフレームワーク(このワークベンチはより大きな研究系統の単一の要素とすることが可能である);
○ ワークベンチフレームワークと連携して動作すると共にワークベンチフレームワークにより共有されまた利用可能となる生理学データへのアクセスを有するアルゴリズムのプラグインまたはアプリケーション(ある種の実施形態ではそのアルゴリズムプラグインによって研究を有効にさせることが可能である);
○ テクノロジー、記事及びその他の出版をリサーチする機能を提供すると共に、ユーザに対してシステム上であるアイデア/発見を直に新規のものであると確認可能とさせる文献検索エンジン;
○ 直接的に医学的装置(例えば、Mac−Lab/CardioLab)、フレームワーク及びアルゴリズムプラグインからのスナップショットや信号波形により出版文書を作成しこれを統合する機能を提供する出版ツール機能;
○ ユーザに対して波形の解析、並びに統計解析に基づいた波形のカテゴリー分け、並べ替え、ランク付け及び比較を可能とさせる統計解析ツール;
(ただし、これらに限らない)を含むことが可能である。

Claims (9)
- a)記録済みの医学波形を取得するための医学波形記録システム(110)と、
b)医学波形記録システム(110)が取得した前記記録済み医学波形にアクセスするため並びに修正済みの医学波形を処理するための生理学シミュレータ(120)と、
c)ユーザに対してコンピュータ上でアクセス可能な少なくとも1つのソフトウェアアプリケーションを介した前記記録済み医学波形と前記修正済み医学波形のうちの少なくとも一方に対するアクセスを可能とさせると共に、観察中の前記記録済み医学波形と前記修正済み医学波形のうちの少なくとも一方に基づいてユーザに対して指導用レッスンまたは訓練用の質問を提起する手段と、
を備える医学波形開発システム(100)。 - 前記修正済み医学波形の少なくとも一部分は、前記医学波形記録システム(110)により記録された医学波形を含む、請求項1に記載の医学波形開発システム(100)。
- 前記記録済み医学波形は心臓波形である、請求項1または2に記載の医学波形開発システム(100)。
- 前記記録済み医学波形は心電図波形である、請求項3に記載の医学波形開発システム(100)。
- 前記生理学シミュレータ(120)は医学波形をインポート及びエクスポートするための媒体転送デバイス(220)を備える、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の医学波形開発システム(100)。
- 前記医学波形記録システムはさらに、前記医学波形に関連する患者データを取得している、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1に記載の医学波形開発システム(100)。
- 前記生理学シミュレータ(120)は前記記録済み医学波形に対するユーザ修正を可能にしている、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の医学波形開発システム(100)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのソフトウェアアプリケーションは、アルゴリズム開発ツール(710)、統計解析ツール(720)、検索ツール(730)及び出版ツール(740)のうちの少なくとも1つを備える、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の医学波形開発システム(100)。
- 前記生理学シミュレータ(120)はユーザに対して前記記録済み医学波形への少なくとも1つのマーカーの追加を可能にしており、前記少なくとも1つのソフトウェアアプリケーションは、該ソフトウェアアプリケーションが前記医学波形にアクセスしたときに該少なくとも1つのマーカーに対応した少なくとも1つのイベントトリガーを実装している、前記請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の医学波形開発システム(100)。
