Claims (5)
- 電動モータと、前記電動モータの回転運動を直線運動に変換して制動力として出力する直動機構と、前記直動機構の制動力を制御する制御装置とを備えた電動ブレーキ装置において、前記制御装置が、制御指令値、操作量および制御量のうちのいずれかの周波数を検出し、検出された周波数が所定の周波数閾値よりも高いときに、前記周波数が高くなるほど前記操作量が小さく制限されるように、前記操作量を制限することを特徴とする電動ブレーキ装置。
- 前記操作量の上限値および下限値を設けることにより、前記操作量を制限することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動ブレーキ装置。
- 前記検出された周波数と前記周波数閾値との差分に乗算されるゲインを設け、その乗算結果を前記操作量から減算することにより、前記操作量を制限することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動ブレーキ装置。
- 前記制御指令値と制御量との偏差に対する不感帯を設けることにより、前記操作量を制限することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動ブレーキ装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記直動機構の制動力を制御量とし、制動力目標値を制御指令値とするか、あるいは前記電動モータの電流または回転角を制御量とし、前記制動力目標値を所定の変換係数に基づいて変換した値を制御指令値とするとともに、前記電動モータに印加する電圧を操作量としてフィードバック制御を行うものであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の電動ブレーキ装置。
