Claims (7)
- 圧縮機と発電機とを備えるトレーンに使用される複数の中間冷却を有する高圧比圧縮機であって、
複数のチャンバを有するケーシングであって、各チャンバが、ガスフローが前記それぞれのチャンバへおよび前記それぞれのチャンバから入力され出力されるガス入口およびガス出口を有するケーシングと、
前記チャンバの内部を貫通する1つまたは複数のシャフトと、
前記チャンバ内部でそれぞれ前記1つまたは複数のシャフト上に装着されたインペラと、
前記シャフトを支持する複数の軸受と、
を備え、
ガスフローが前記各チャンバ内で連続して圧縮され、前記複数のチャンバ間で一のチャンバから次のチャンバへ移動するとき前記ケーシングの外側で冷却され、
前記複数の軸受のうちの1つが前記ケーシングの外側で、前記シャフト上で、前記トレーンのギアボックスに向かう前記ケーシングの側面に配置され、
前記複数の軸受の別の1つが前記ケーシングの外側で、前記シャフト上で、前記ギアボックスに向かう前記ケーシングの前記側面に対して前記ケーシングの反対側の側面に配置される、
高圧比圧縮機。 - 220000kg/h前後のガスフローに対して20を超える圧縮比を実現するように構成された、請求項1に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記チャンバが前記ガスフローの出力圧力に対応する順序で配置される、請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の圧縮機。
- 前記圧縮機が3つのチャンバを含み、
前記次のチャンバに入る前に前記ケーシングの外側で冷却されながら、1つのチャンバから出力された前記ガスフローの圧力が約10%低下するする、
請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の圧縮機。 - 前記各チャンバに入力された前記ガスフローの温度が40℃前後であり、
各チャンバから出力される前記ガスフローと前記それぞれのチャンバに入力される前記ガスフローとの圧力比が2.5〜3.5であり、
前記圧縮機の第1のチャンバに入力される前記ガスフローの入力圧力が約1バールであり、
前記圧縮機から出力される前記ガスフローの出力圧力が約20.8バールであり、
前記1つまたは複数のシャフトの回転速度が5000〜7000RPMである、
状態のうちの少なくとも1つに適合するように構成された請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の圧縮機。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の複数の中間冷却を有する高圧比圧縮機を備える、圧縮機と発電機とを備えるトレーン。
- 複数の中間冷却を有する高圧比圧縮機を備える、圧縮機と発電機とを備えるトレーンであって、
前記高圧比圧縮機が、
複数のチャンバを有するケーシングであって、各チャンバが、ガスフローがそれぞれのチャンバにおよびそれぞれのチャンバから入力または出力されることを可能にするガス入口およびガス出口を有するケーシングと、
前記チャンバの内部を貫通する1つまたは複数のシャフトと、
前記チャンバの内部で、それぞれ、1つまたは複数のシャフト上に装着されたインペラと、
前記シャフトを支持する複数の軸受と、
を含み、
ガスフローが各チャンバ内で連続して圧縮され、複数のチャンバ間で一のチャンバから次のチャンバへ移動するとき前記ケーシングの外側で冷却され、
前記複数の軸受のうちの1つが前記ケーシングの外側で、前記シャフト上で、前記トレーンのギアボックスに向かう前記ケーシングの側面に配置され、
前記複数の軸受の別の1つが前記ケーシングの外側で、前記シャフト上で、前記ギアボックスに向かう前記ケーシングの前記側面に対して前記ケーシングの反対側の側面に配置される、
