Cは、ねじ込み因子(ピッチの大きいネジ山7が施されたニップル4に対するスリーブ5のねじ込み値)
Tは、ニップル4の基準点とピッチの大きいネジ山7が施されたスリーブ5末端の基準点との間の、スリーブ5のねじ込み開始前の距離。
Mは、ニップル4の基準点とピッチの大きいネジ山7が施されたスリーブ5末端の基準点との間の、スリーブ5のねじ込み終了後の距離。
パイプ両端が完全に接合されるまでの、スリーブ5のネジ山の回転数nは、以下の式によって決定される: n = B : b、ただし、bは大きいネジ山ピッチと小さいネジ山ピッチとの差である。
1. 長尺たわみ管の外径に等しい外径を有するもの
2. 長尺たわみ管の内径に等しい内径を有するもの
3. 長尺たわみ管の外径及び内径とは異なる外径及び内径を有するもの
Claims (5)
- 一方のニップルの端には突起部が、他方のニップルの端には対応溝がつき、接合されるパイプの両端に取り付けられているネジ式ニップル及びネジ式スリーブによって構成された長尺たわみ管用の着脱式継手であって、その際、両ニップルのネジのピッチは異なり、ネジ式スリーブにはネジ部が二つあり、それぞれのネジ部のネジピッチは、相互に接合できるように、対応するニップルのネジピッチに一致しており、継手のすべての接合部のネジ山は同一の巻き方向をもっており、しかも、ネジピッチが大きい方のニップルには、ニップルの円筒溝又は無ネジ部の形で逃げが設けられ、逃げの長さと接合されるパイプが密着するまでの近接距離との和は、スリーブ上のピッチがより大きいねじ山の長さよりも大きいことを特徴とする着脱式継手。
- スリーブが、ピッチが小さいほうのニップルに前もってねじ込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の継手。
- スリーブ及びニップルのネジ山が、シングルスレッド又はマルチスレッドであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の継手。
- 一方のニップルの末端の突起部及び他方のニップルの末端の、対応する対応溝が、着脱式継手の軸方向に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の継手。
- ニップルの二つの端面を接合する際に、その突き合わせ接触点に伸縮性をもった気密性シールが施されるか、又はメタル−メタルタイプの端面シールが用いられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の継手。
