項1.年齢、教育年数、最大歩行速度及びTMTAテストのスコアを入力する手段
年齢、教育年数、最大歩行速度及びTMTAテストのスコアの全てを用いて認知症の程度を表わす係数を算出する手段、及び
上記算出する手段により算出された係数が予め設定された値よりも大きい場合に認知症の程度が高いと判定する手段
を含む認知症の程度を判定するためのシステム。

本発明は、年齢(年齢値)、教育年数、最大歩行速度及びTMTAテストのスコアの全てを指標とする、認知症の程度を判定するための方法を提供する。

例えば、aについては、0.8≦Exp(a)≦1.3となるような値が好ましく、0.996≦Exp(a)≦1.185がより好ましく、a=0.083(Exp(a)=1.0865)がより好ましい。bについては、例えば、0.65≦Exp(b)≦1.4となるような値が好ましく、0.796≦Exp(b)≦1.259がより好ましく、b=0.001(Exp(b)=1.001)がより好ましい。cについては、例えば、0.001≦Exp(c)≦0.86となるような値が好ましく、0.050≦Exp(c)≦0.713がより好ましく、c=−1.667(Exp(c)=0.189)がより好ましい。dについては、例えば、0.85≦Exp(d)≦1.18となるような値が好ましく、1.008≦Exp(d)≦1.030がより好ましく、d=0.019(Exp(d)=1.019)がより好ましい。eについては、予め設定した定数(例えば、上記方法により予め算出した値)であり、例えば、−10≦e≦−5が好ましく、−9.42≦e≦−9.13がより好ましく、e=−9.278がより好ましい。
log[P’/(1-P’)]=f×Age+g×Educ+h×Maxgait+i×TMTB+j) [II] 当該実施形態においては、例えば、被験者についての算出した係数P’が予め設定した値(例えば、0.5)よりも大きい場合、軽度認知障害である(CDR0.5相当)と判定することができる。
まず前述の式[I]を用いた方法によりCDR1以上の認知症であるか否かを判定し、CDR1以上の認知症でないと判定された被験者に対し式[II]を用いた方法によりCDR0であるかCDR0.5であるかを判定してもよいし、
式[II]を用いた方法によりCDR0であるかCDR0.5以上であるかを判定し、CDR0.5以上と判定された被験者に対し前述の式[I]を用いた方法によりCDR1以上の認知症であるか否かを判定してもよいし、
結果のいかんにかかわらず、式[I]を用いた方法及び[II]を用いた方法を共に行ってもよい。
本発明は、年齢、教育年数、最大歩行速度及びTMTAテストのスコアを入力する手段 年齢、教育年数、最大歩行速度及びTMTAテストのスコアの全てを用いて認知症の程度を表わす係数を算出する手段、及び
上記算出手段により算出された係数が予め設定された値よりも大きい場合に認知症の程度が高いと判定する手段
を含む認知症の程度を判定するためのシステムを提供する。
年齢、教育年数、最大歩行速度及びTMTBテストのスコアの全てを用いて認知症の程度を表わす係数を算出する手段、及び
上記算出手段により算出された係数が予め設定された値よりも大きい場合に認知症の程度が高いと判定する手段
を含む認知症の程度を判定するためのシステムも提供する。
本発明は、コンピュータに、
年齢、教育年数、最大歩行速度及びTMTAテストのスコアを取得する第1機能
第1機能で取得された年齢、教育年数、最大歩行速度及びTMTAテストのスコアの全てを用いて認知症の程度を表わす係数を算出する第2機能、及び
上記第2機能により算出された係数が予め設定された値よりも大きい場合に認知症の程度が高いと判定する第3機能
を実現させるためのプログラムを提供する。

従って、上記数式により、認知症(CDR1以上)であるか否かを高い精度で得ることができる。尚、上記数式をlog[P/(1-P)]=a年齢+b教育年数+c最大歩行速度+dTMTA+e)のように表わした場合の係数a、b、c、dの95%信頼区間は以下の通りであった:
0.996≦Exp(a)≦1.185、0.796≦Exp(b)≦1.259、0.050≦Exp(c)≦0.713、1.008≦Exp(d)≦1.030。

尚、上記数式をlog[P’/(1-P’)]=f×Age+g×Educ+h×Maxgait+i×TMTB+j)のように表わした場合の係数f、g、h、iの95%信頼区間は以下の通りであった:
0.978≦Exp(f)≦1.082、0.825≦Exp(g)≦1.029、0.125≦Exp(h)≦0.463、0.172≦Exp(i)≦0.375。

- 年齢、教育年数、最大歩行速度及びTMTAテストのスコアを入力する手段
年齢、教育年数、最大歩行速度及びTMTAテストのスコアの全てを用いて認知症の程度を表わす係数を算出する手段、及び
上記算出する手段により算出された係数が予め設定された値よりも大きい場合に認知症の程度が高いと判定する手段
を含む認知症の程度を判定するためのシステム。 - 前記算出する手段が、年齢(Age)、教育年数(Educ)、最大歩行速度(Maxgait)及びTMTAテストのスコア(TMTA)から下記式(1)を用いて認知症の程度を表わす係数Pを算出す
る、請求項1に記載のシステム:

である、請求項2に記載のシステム。 - 年齢、教育年数、最大歩行速度及びTMTAテストのスコアの全てを、被験者の認知症の程度を判定するための指標とする方法であって、年齢、教育年数、最大歩行速度及びTMTAテストのスコアの全てを用いて認知症の程度を表わす係数を算出する工程、及び
当該係数が予め設定された値よりも大きい場合に認知症の程度が高く、当該係数が予め設定された値よりも小さい場合に認知症の程度が低いと特徴づけられる工程を含む、方法。 - 年齢(Age)、教育年数(Educ)、最大歩行速度(Maxgait)及びTMTAテストのスコア(TMTA)から下記式(1)を用いて認知症の程度を表わす係数Pを算出する請求項4に記載の方法: log[P/(1-P)]=a年齢+b教育年数+c最大歩行速度+dTMTA+e (1)

上記第2機能により算出された係数が予め設定された値よりも大きい場合に認知症の程度が高いと判定する第3機能
