Claims (14)
- 椎骨用のイメージングシステムであって、
決定ユニットと、
定義ユニットと、
イメージングユニットと、
処理ユニットとを有し、
前記決定ユニットがインターベンション前画像データを受信し、前記インターベンション前画像データにおいて標的椎骨の位置を決定するように構成され、
前記定義ユニットが脊椎の解剖学的ランドマークを規定するように構成され、
前記イメージングユニットが前記解剖学的ランドマークに基づいて脊椎に沿って一連のX線画像を供給するように構成され、
前記処理ユニットが、前記X線画像と前記インターベンション前画像データとのレジストレーションに基づいて、前記X線画像の少なくとも一つにおいて前記標的椎骨の位置を識別するように構成される、
イメージングシステム。 - 前記処理ユニットがさらに前記X線画像を脊椎のパノラマ画像へ縫い合わせ、前記パノラマ画像において前記標的椎骨の位置を識別するように構成される、請求項1に記載のイメージングシステム。
- 前記標的椎骨の決定を可能にする及び/又は前記X線画像の少なくとも一つにおいて前記標的椎骨の位置の識別を可能にするように構成される入力デバイスをさらに有する、請求項1又は2に記載のイメージングシステム。
- 前記決定ユニットがさらに、前記インターベンション前画像データにおいて前記標的椎骨の位置を示すように構成される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のイメージングシステム。
- 少なくとも一つの前記X線画像と前記インターベンション前画像データをレジストレーションするように構成されるレジストレーションユニットをさらに有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のイメージングシステム。
- 前記決定ユニットがセグメンテーションによって前記インターベンション前画像データにおいて脊椎を抽出するように構成される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のイメージングシステム。
- 前記決定ユニットがさらに前記セグメンテーションにおける使用のための一般脊椎モデルを受信するように構成される、請求項6に記載のイメージングシステム。
- 前記解剖学的ランドマークが第1胸椎、第12胸椎、第1頸椎、第2頸椎、第7頸椎及び/又は仙骨の群の少なくとも一つの特徴を示す、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のイメージングシステム。
- 患者台及び/又は前記イメージングユニットを動かすためのモーション信号を供給するように構成されるモーションユニットと、前記患者台及び/又は前記イメージングユニットの動きを追跡するためのトラッキング信号を供給するように構成されるトラッキングユニットとをさらに有する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のイメージングシステム。
- 前記患者台及び/又は前記イメージングユニットの追跡位置に基づいて前記標的椎骨の位置を記録するように構成される記録ユニットをさらに有する、及び/又は患者の皮膚上で前記標的椎骨をマークするように構成されるマーキングユニットをさらに有する、請求項9に記載のイメージングシステム。
- 前記イメージングユニットによって供給される一連のX線画像を収集するためのX線収集デバイスと、前記X線画像を表示する表示ユニットとをさらに有する、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のイメージングシステム。
- 椎骨識別方法であって、
インターベンション前画像データにおいて標的椎骨の位置を決定するステップと、
脊椎の解剖学的ランドマークを規定するステップと、
前記解剖学的ランドマークに基づいて脊椎に沿って一連のX線画像を供給するステップと、
前記X線画像と前記インターベンション前画像データとのレジストレーションに基づいて前記X線画像の少なくとも一つにおいて前記標的椎骨の位置を識別するステップと
を有する方法。 - コンピュータユニットによって実行されるときに、請求項12に記載の方法ステップを実行するように適応される、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のシステムを制御するためのコンピュータプログラム要素。
- 請求項13に記載のコンピュータプログラム要素を保存したコンピュータ可読媒体。
