車両の幅方向へ所要間隔をあけて対向配置され且つ車両の前後方向へ延びる溝形鋼からなるシャシフレームを備えると共に、該シャシフレームの後端部に延長接続される溝形鋼からなる第一延長レール及び第二延長レールと、該第一延長レール及び第二延長レール間を連結するよう車両の幅方向へ延びるクロスメンバとを有した延長材を備えた車両の輸送時延長材支持構造において、
前記シャシフレームのウェブ部外側面及びフランジ部上面に倣うよう複数の第一のL字ブラケットを前記ウェブ部に対し車両の前後方向へ所要間隔をあけてボルト締結し、
前記第一のL字ブラケット上に前記第一延長レールを、該第一延長レールのウェブ部外側面がシャシフレームのフランジ部上面に沿って車両の前後方向へ延びるようボルト締結しつつ、前記第一延長レールのウェブ部内面に第二のL字ブラケットを取り付け、
第二のL字ブラケットの外側面に前記第二延長レールのウェブ部を、該第二延長レールのフランジ部下面が第一延長レールのウェブ部内面に沿って車両の前後方向へ延びるようボルト締結することを特徴とする車両の輸送時延長材支持構造。
