Claims (15)
- コンピュータが実施する臨床データ出力方法であって、
埋込み式リード線の電極を用いて行われた解剖学的組織の1つ又は2つ以上の刺激の臨床効果の記憶データのうちの少なくとも1つの部分セットに基づいて、複数の図形マークをコンピュータプロセッサによって生成し且つ出力するステップを含み、
臨床効果は、第1の臨床効果及び第2の臨床効果を含み、
前記複数の図形マークは、前記図形マークの各々をグラフの座標のところにプロットすることによって、前記記憶データのうちの前記少なくとも1つの部分セットを表し、
前記図形マークの各々は、前記記憶データのうちの前記少なくとも1つの部分セットの一部分を表し、1つ又は2つ以上の刺激を行う少なくとも2つのパラメータの各々の値のセットと関連して出力され、
前記図形マークの各々は、第1の臨床効果における臨床効果の種類又は第1の臨床効果のスコアに対応する中心領域と、第2の臨床効果における臨床効果の種類又は第2の臨床効果のスコアに対応する境界部とを含み、前記図形マークの各々は選択可能であり、
更に、臨床効果の複数の詳細インジケータを前記コンピュータプロセッサによって表示するステップを含み、前記複数の詳細インジケータの各々は、臨床効果の種類に対応し、
更に、前記図形マークのうちの1つの選択に応答して、選択された前記図形マークと関連した臨床効果の詳細インジケータの図形マークを前記コンピュータプロセッサによって選択的に強調表示するステップを含む、方法。 - 臨床効果の前記記憶データは、前記埋込み式リード線を制御する刺激装置又は前記埋込み式リード線に記憶される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記グラフは、前記少なくとも2つのパラメータのうちの第1のパラメータの値に対応する第1の軸と、前記少なくとも2つのパラメータのうちの第2のパラメータの値に対応する第2の軸とを含み、
前記値のセットとの関連は、前記図形マークがプロットされる位置を介して行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1のパラメータは、リード線の位置であり、前記第2のパラメータは、刺激振幅である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 更に、前記図形マークのうちの1つの選択に応答して、文字による詳細を前記コンピュータプロセッサによって表示するステップを含み、前記文字による詳細は、選択された前記図形マークを生成する基礎となる臨床効果の前記記憶データから得られる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の詳細インジケータの各々は、更に、臨床効果の度合いに対応する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 更に、臨床効果の前記複数の詳細インジケータのうちの1つのユーザによる選択に応答して、現在選択されている刺激プログラムの刺激パラメータと関連した臨床効果の新しいデータを記録するステップと、
現在選択されている刺激プログラムの刺激パラメータに対応する座標の1つのところの図形マークを更新し又は生成するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記グラフの座標は選択可能であり、
更に、前記コンピュータプロセッサによって、且つ、前記グラフの座標の1つの選択に基づいて、選択された座標に対応する第1のパラメータ及び第2のパラメータの値を使用して、刺激装置をプラグラミングするステップを含む、請求項3に記載の方法。 - 更に、前記コンピュータプロセッサによって、且つ、プログラミングモードにある時の図形マークの1つの選択に基づいて、選択された図形マークに対応する第1のパラメータ及び第2のパラメータを使用して、刺激装置をプラグラミングするステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の臨床効果は、治療効果であり、前記第2の臨床効果は、副作用である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記図形マークの中心領域の図形特性は、前記図形マークが関連する値のセットに関連する第1の臨床効果に基づくスコアに従って設定され、
前記図形マークの境界部の図形特性は、前記図形マークが関連する値のセットに関連する第2の臨床効果に基づいて計算されたスコアに従って設定される、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記中心領域は、第1の色で表示され、前記境界部は、第1の色と異なる第2の色で表示される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の色及び前記第2の色の透明度はそれぞれ、第1の臨床効果及び第2の臨床効果と関連したスコアに基づいて変化する、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実行するように構成されたプロセッサを備える、コンピュータシステム。
- コンピュータプロセッサによって実行可能な指示が記憶された非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体であって、
前記指示をコンピュータプロセッサによって実行したとき、前記指示により、前記コンピュータプロセッサは、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実行する、非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体。
