Description

The present invention relates to a winding paper repair method and a winding paper.

When printing on newsprint with a rotary printing machine, as shown in FIG. 5, a web 100 is used in which a newsprint paper 10 is wound around a reel 2. In the web 100, it is necessary to remove a defective part such as a part mixed with foreign matter or a part with a hole.

Conventionally, when removing a defective portion of the web 100, the outermost peripheral paper 10 is cut out over the entire width so as to include the defective portion. Thereby, since the paper 10 of the winding paper 100 is cut off in the middle, the ends of the paper 10 are bonded together with the tape 120 (for example, refer nonpatent literature 1).

As shown in FIG. 5, the joint method of bonding the ends of the paper 10 has a problem that it is difficult to align the ends of the paper 10. Moreover, since the overlap margin of the edge parts of the paper 10 is large, there is a problem that wrinkles are likely to occur at the repaired portion of the paper 10 and the repaired portion of the paper 10 is conspicuous.

The present invention provides a wrapping paper repair method and a wrapping paper capable of solving the above-described problems, easily closing a portion from which a defective portion of the paper has been removed, and making the repaired portion of the paper inconspicuous. Is an issue.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention is a method for repairing a wound paper in which paper is wound in a roll shape, and firstly, a step of disposing an underlaying plate inside a defective portion of the paper in the outermost peripheral layer. I have. Cutting out the defective part from the outside of the winding paper to form a cut-out hole in the paper; attaching a repair paper to the outer surface of the paper and closing the cut-out hole with the repair paper; It is equipped with.

As another configuration of the present invention, it is a winding paper in which paper is wound in a roll shape, and an annular seal is attached around the cutout hole of the paper, and the circular shape is attached to the outer surface of the seal or the oval repair paper, are plugged previous SL switching Operation vent hole, the inner diameter of the seal, the 0.1~6mm is larger than the inner diameter of the cut-out holes, the outer diameter of the seal, The outer diameter of the repair paper is 0.1 to 6 mm smaller.

In the present invention, since the defective portion is cut out from the paper of the winding paper, the defective portion can be removed while the paper of the winding paper is continued in a roll shape. Further, since the minimum area necessary for removing the defective part of the paper is cut out, the repaired part of the paper can be reduced. Therefore, it is possible to easily block the portion where the defective portion of the paper is removed and make the repaired portion of the paper less noticeable.
Further, since the repair sheet is attached only to the outer surface of the paper, the change in the thickness of the paper can be reduced. Therefore, when printing is performed on the web, it is possible to prevent a difference in color density between the repair site and the other paper surface, and it is possible to suppress deterioration in print quality of the web.

The repair paper is preferably formed in a circular or elliptical shape. In this configuration, the stress is less concentrated on a part of the outer peripheral edge of the repair paper than the repair paper having a shape such as a square or a triangle having corners, and therefore the outer peripheral edge of the repair paper is less likely to peel off from the paper. .

In the step of attaching the repair paper to the paper, it is preferable that the repair paper is attached to the outer surface of the seal after attaching an annular seal around the cutout hole.
In this configuration, since the centering of the cutout hole, the seal, and the repair paper can be accurately performed, it is possible to prevent the seal from protruding from the cutout hole and the repair paper.

By forming the inner diameter of the seal 0.1 to 6 mm larger than the inner diameter of the cutout hole and forming the outer diameter of the seal 0.1 to 6 mm smaller than the outer diameter of the repair paper, the cutout hole and the repair It is desirable to prevent stickers from sticking out of the paper.

In the present invention, since the defective portion is cut out from the paper of the web, the portion where the defective portion of the paper is removed can be easily blocked and the repaired portion of the paper can be made inconspicuous.
Further, since the repair sheet is attached only to the outer surface of the paper, the change in the thickness of the paper can be reduced, and the deterioration of the print quality of the web can be suppressed.

It is a perspective view of the attached state. It is the figure which showed the repair method of this embodiment, and is a perspective view of the state which removed the slack of the winding paper, after affixing repair paper on paper. It is the perspective view which showed the conventional winding paper.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings as appropriate.
As shown in FIG. 1A, the web 1 of the present embodiment is obtained by winding a paper 10, which is a newspaper, around a reel 2 in a roll shape.

In the web 1, it is necessary to remove from the paper 10 a defective portion 11 that is not suitable for the product, such as a portion in which foreign matter is mixed or a portion in which a hole is opened.
The defective part 11 of the paper 10 can be found by the positional information of the defective part in the manufacturing process of the paper 10 and the touch of the surface of the paper 10 wound around the reel 2.

Next, a repair method for removing the defective part 11 from the paper 10 of the web 1 and closing the removed part for repair will be described.

As shown in FIG. 1A, the paper 10 is rewound on the reel 3 from the original fabric wound on the reel 2. At this time, when the defective portion 11 of the paper 10 is found, the rotation of the web 1 is stopped.

Then, as shown in FIG. 1B, with the reel 3 fixed, the web 1 is fed out, and the defective portion 11 is arranged on the uppermost outermost layer of the web 1. As a result, the paper 10 is loosened between the web 1 and the reel 3.

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 2A, an underlay plate 50 is disposed inside the defective portion 11 of the paper 10 of the outermost peripheral layer. At this time, the winding paper 1 is fed out in a state where the reel 3 is fixed, and the winding force of the paper 10 of the outermost peripheral layer is reduced. Therefore, the paper 10 of the outermost peripheral layer and the paper 10 of the lowermost layer are The underlay plate 50 can be smoothly inserted between the two.

In addition, a compass cutter having a blade that can move around the center needle is disposed outside the paper 10. Then, the center needle and the blade portion of the cutter are pressed against the outer surface of the outermost outer layer paper 10, and the blade portion is moved around the defect portion 11 as shown in FIG. L is formed.
As a result, a circular region including the defective portion 11 is cut out from the paper 10, and a circular cutout hole 12 is formed in the paper 10 as shown in FIG. Since the blade portion hits the underlay plate 50, only the outermost peripheral paper 10 is cut out.
Further, as shown in FIG. 1B, since the defective portion 11 is disposed on the upper side of the web 1, it is easy to cut out the defective portion 11.

In this embodiment, a compass cutter is used, but a cutter having a cylindrical blade may be used. In this configuration, the defective part 11 can be cut out by pressing the blade part against the outer surface of the paper 10 of the outermost peripheral layer so that the blade part surrounds the defective part 11.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 3C, a repair sheet 20 for closing the cutout hole 12 is prepared. The repair paper 20 is formed using paper of the same quality and thickness as the paper 10. The repair paper 20 is formed in a circular shape, and the outer diameter thereof is larger than the inner diameter of the cutout hole 12.

The repair paper 20 is attached to the outer surface of the paper 10 by an annular seal 30. The seal 30 is a heat-sealable seal.
The outer diameter of the seal 30 is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the repair paper 20. Therefore, the outer peripheral edge portion of the seal 30 is disposed on the inner side of the outer peripheral edge portion of the repair paper 20. Further, the inner diameter of the seal 30 is formed larger than the inner diameter of the cutout hole 12.
Specifically, the inner diameter of the seal 30 is formed 0.1 to 6 mm larger than the inner diameter of the cutout hole 12, and the outer diameter of the seal 30 is formed 0.1 to 6 mm smaller than the outer diameter of the repair paper 20. It is desirable that Furthermore, the inner diameter of the seal 30 is preferably 1 to 4 mm larger than the inner diameter of the cutout hole 12, and the outer diameter of the seal 30 is more preferably 1 to 4 mm smaller than the outer diameter of the repair paper 20. In this way, by setting the size of the blank portion where the repair paper 20 is not bonded to the paper 10, it is possible to effectively prevent the blank portion of the repair paper 20 from being turned or cut when printed on the paper 10. be able to.

When the repair paper 20 is pasted on the outer surface of the paper 10, first, as shown in FIG. 3B, the seal 30 is disposed on the outer surface of the paper 10 so as to surround the cutout hole 12, and the seal 30 is placed on the paper. The outer surface of 10 is temporarily fixed by scoring with a heating device such as an iron.

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 3C, the repair paper 20 is superimposed on the outer surface of the seal 30. Thereafter, the outer surface of the repair paper 20 is heated by a heating device such as an iron so that the seal 30 is thermally fused to the inner surface of the repair paper 20 and the seal 30 is thermally fused to the outer surface of the paper 10. As a result, the repair paper 20 is affixed to the outer surface of the paper 10 through the seal 30, and the cutout hole 12 is blocked by the repair paper 20.

In this embodiment, the repair paper 20 is attached to the outer surface of the paper 10 using the heat-fusible seal 30, but the repair paper 20 is attached to the outer surface of the paper 10 using a double-sided adhesive seal. May be attached.

After closing the cutout hole 12 with the repair paper 20, the underlay plate 50 is removed from the winding paper 1, and the reel 2 is rewound and the paper 10 between the winding paper 1 and the reel 3 as shown in FIG. 4. Is removed, and the repair work of the paper 10 is completed. Then, the paper 10 fed out from the reel 2 is rewound around the reel 3.
Thereby, the winding paper 1 in which the cutout hole 12 (see FIG. 3C) of the paper 10 is closed is formed by the repair paper 20 attached to the outer surface of the paper 10.

In the repair method of the web 1 and the web 1 as described above, the defective portion 11 is cut out from the paper 10 of the web 1 as shown in FIG. The defective portion 11 can be removed while the paper 10 is continuously rolled. Moreover, since the minimum area | region required in order to remove the defect site | part 11 of the paper 10 is cut out, as shown in FIG. 4, the repair site | part of the paper 10 can be made small. Therefore, it is possible to easily block the portion of the paper 10 from which the defective portion has been removed and to make the repaired portion (the repair paper 20) of the paper 10 less noticeable.

Further, since the repair paper 20 is attached only to the outer surface of the paper 10, the change in the thickness of the paper 10 can be reduced. Therefore, when printing is performed on the web 1, it is possible to prevent a difference in color density between the repair paper 20 and other paper surfaces, and it is possible to suppress deterioration in print quality.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3B, the repair paper 20 is attached to the seal 30 after the seal 30 is attached around the cutout hole 12. In this configuration, since the centering of the cutout hole 12, the seal 30, and the repair paper 20 can be accurately performed, the sticker 30 can be prevented from protruding from the cutout hole 12 and the repair paper 20.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3C, since the repair paper 20 is circular, a stress is applied to a part of the outer peripheral edge of the repair paper 20 as compared to a repair paper having a square or triangular shape having corners. Since it is difficult to concentrate, the outer peripheral edge of the repair paper 20 is difficult to peel off from the paper.

The embodiment of the present invention has been described above, but the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be appropriately changed without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3C, the repair paper 20 is circular, but the shape is not limited. However, it is desirable that the shape has no corners, such as a circle or an ellipse.

In the present embodiment, the repair paper 20 is attached to the paper 10 by the seal 30, but the repair paper 20 may be attached to the paper 10 using an adhesive.

Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1A, the web 1 is formed of paper 10 that is newsprint, but the use of the paper 10 is not limited.
