Description

The present invention relates to a joint for connecting a drainage branch pipe extending from the inside of a building to a drainage mass for joining a drainage main pipe laid outside the building, and a drainage mass provided with the joint.

Conventionally, in buildings such as houses, drainage mass is used for laying drainage facilities.
Usually, the drainage mass has a mass body provided with a receiving port. Then, by connecting a plurality of drainage masses with pipes, such as connecting a receiving port of one drainage mass and a receiving port of another drainage mass with a connecting pipe, the drainage main pipe is connected to the building outside the building. It is laid along the foundation of the.
Further, the drainage mass is provided with a branch pipe branched from the mass body, and a tip opening of the branch pipe serves as a branch pipe receiving port. Then, after the elbow is attached to the branch pipe receptacle, the drainage branch pipe extending from the inside of the building to the outside through the foundation of the building is connected to the branch pipe receptacle through the elbow. As a result, the drainage mass joins the drainage main pipe.
The conventional drainage mass has a configuration in which a branch pipe receiving port for connecting the drainage branch pipe is fixed. In such a configuration, the situation of each installation location and the connection angle of each drainage branch pipe It is necessary to prepare each type of drainage mass so that it can meet the requirements, and use them separately. Also, in piping work, it is necessary to prepare various types of joints and use them properly so that they can respond to the laying situation of each drainage main pipe and each drainage branch pipe and the direction of the branch pipe receptacle. The use of such various types of drainage masses, the use of various types of joints, and the like lead to complications and complications related to the construction of drainage facilities.
Therefore, as shown in Patent Documents 1 to 5, a drainage mass is provided for the purpose of simplifying the work related to the laying of drainage equipment by making it possible to change the direction of the elbow part to which the drainage branch pipe is connected. Has been.

However, the drainage mass of the above-described conventional configuration mainly connects the branch pipe receiving port and the elbow part in a rotatable manner so that the direction of the elbow part can be changed. However, the branch connecting the elbow part in a rotatable manner. The entire mass body including the tube receptacle is formed substantially integrally. For this reason, there exists a tendency for the metal mold | die for shape | molding this mass main body to become complicated. Furthermore, as described above, a large number of drainage masses must be prepared so as to be able to respond to the situation of each installation location and the connection angle of each drainage branch pipe. It has become.
The normal drainage main pipe is laid along the foundation of the house, the drainage branch pipe projects from the foundation toward the drainage main pipe, and the drainage main pipe axis and the drainage branch pipe axis are flat. It is almost orthogonal in view. On the other hand, the drainage mass of the above-described conventional configuration is configured such that the elbow part rotates at the branch pipe receiving port, and therefore the elbow part changes its direction around a rotation axis extending in the opening direction of the branch pipe receiving port. Therefore, in the case of a mass main body whose opening direction of the branch pipe receptacle is inclined by 45 degrees with respect to the pipe axis of the drain main pipe, for example, the drain branch is in the drain branch pipe from which the elbow part protrudes from the foundation. The tip opening to which the tube is connected is rotated obliquely. For this reason, there has been a problem that a complicated operation of selecting and connecting elbows having different angles and connecting them becomes difficult.
The present invention has been made paying attention to such problems existing in the prior art. The purpose of the invention is to provide a joint that is simple to manufacture and that can simplify the work related to the connection of drainage branch pipes, and a drainage mass provided with the joint.

[Action]
The joint according to the present invention is configured by connecting a connecting cylinder inserted into the inside of a branch pipe receptacle provided in a mass main body of a drainage mass and an elbow part connecting the drainage branch pipe in a rotatable manner. Further, the rotation direction of the elbow part is set so that the rotation axis of the elbow part is orthogonal to the tube axis of the drainage main pipe. For this reason, the drainage branch pipe and the elbow part can be connected in the shortest distance by rotating the elbow part toward the drainage branch pipe, and the work relating to the connection of the drainage branch pipe can be simplified. Can be achieved.
Furthermore, since the above-mentioned joint can be molded separately from the mold used for the mass body of the drainage mass and can be molded separately from the mass body, it is used as the joint for many types of mass bodies. Parts can be reused. Therefore, it is not necessary to select the drainage mass so that the drainage branch pipe can be connected, the drainage branch pipe connection is not inferior to the conventional one, and the number of parts is further reduced. Therefore, simplification of production can be achieved, and in particular, an increase in the production cost of the drainage mass can be suppressed.
Further, in the above joint, when a bent pipe portion is provided in the connecting cylinder, the bending angle of the bent pipe portion is set so as to correspond to the opening direction of the branch pipe receptacle, so that the branch opening at any angle can be achieved. It is possible to flexibly correspond to the pipe receptacle, the rotation axis of the elbow part can be suitably orthogonal to the pipe axis of the drainage main pipe, and the opening direction of the commonly used branch pipe receptacle is A mass body inclined by 45 degrees with respect to the pipe axis of the drainage main pipe can also be reliably handled.
In the above joint, the end of the first straight pipe portion is cut by using the first straight pipe portion whose tube axis extends in the same direction as the opening direction of the branch pipe receptacle as a length adjusting portion. Thus, it is possible to easily change and adjust the position of the elbow part according to the position of the drainage branch pipe while preventing the change of the inner diameter of the joint and the change of the insertion direction in the plan view of the elbow part.
According to the drainage mass of the present invention, the elbow part is provided with a joint having the above-described configuration while being molded using an existing mold, and the elbow part is turned to connect the drainage branch pipe, and the elbow part The rotation direction can be easily set, the manufacturing is simple, and the connection work can be simplified.

The configuration of the mass body 11 will be described.
As shown in FIG. 2, the mass body 11 is formed in a straight cylindrical shape whose both ends are opened in the direction in which the tube axis At of the drain main pipe MD extends. Both end portions of the mass body 11 are expanded in diameter compared to the intermediate portion, and the inside of the opening of the expanded both end portions is a main pipe receiving port 13. A connecting pipe that connects the drainage masses 10 is fitted and connected to the main pipe receiving port 13. Therefore, the pipe axis At of the drainage main pipe MD extends so as to pass through the center of the mass body 11.
The mass body 11 is provided with a mass receiving port 14 in addition to the main pipe receiving port 13 so that the inside of the mass main body 11 can be cleaned and checked through the mass receiving port 14. It has become.
A cylindrical branch tube 15 is formed on the mass body 11 so as to protrude from the peripheral wall of the mass body 11. The distal end opening of the branch cylinder 15 is enlarged in diameter and serves as a branch pipe receiving port 16 for connecting the joint 12. The branch cylinder 15 is formed to extend at an angle of 45 degrees with the direction in which the pipe axis At of the drainage main pipe MD extends. Accordingly, the branch pipe receiving port 16 is inclined 45 degrees with respect to the pipe axis At of the drainage main pipe MD.

The configuration of the joint 12 will be described. The joint 12 includes a cylindrical connection cylinder 17 connected to the branch pipe receiving port 16 and an elbow portion 18 provided at the tip of the connection cylinder 17. The elbow 18 is connected to the opening 18A on one end (tip side) thereof directly or indirectly via an elbow or the like (see FIG. 1).
As shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, in the joint 12, the connecting cylinder 17 and the elbow 18 enable the elbow 18 to rotate with respect to the connecting cylinder 17. It is configured accordingly.
That is, the connecting cylinder 17 includes a cylindrical first straight pipe portion 17A disposed on the base end side (mass body 11 side) and a cylindrical second tube disposed on the distal end side (elbow portion 18 side). It has a straight pipe portion 17B and a curved pipe portion 17C that connects between the first straight pipe portion 17A and the second straight pipe portion 17B. In the connecting cylinder 17, the first straight pipe portion 17 </ b> A is configured to be inserted inside the branch pipe receiving port 16 of the mass body 11. Further, the inner diameter of the second straight pipe portion 17B is larger than the inner diameter of the first straight pipe portion 17A, and a base which is the other end portion of the elbow portion 18 inside the second straight pipe portion 17B. It is comprised so that the edge part 18B may be inserted.
A plurality of claw-like fitting portions 21 are provided on the inner peripheral surface at the tip of the second straight pipe portion 17B at regular intervals in the circumferential direction. Further, a step portion 22 is formed on the inner peripheral surface at the base end of the second straight pipe portion 17B, and the end surface of the base end portion 18B of the elbow portion 18 abuts on the step portion 22, The insertion amount of the base end portion 18 </ b> B of the elbow portion 18 with respect to the connection cylindrical body 17 is regulated.

On the other hand, on the outer peripheral surface of the base end portion 18B of the elbow portion 18, a plurality of convex fitting portions 23 are provided at regular intervals. And when the base end part 18B of the elbow part 18 is fitted inside the second straight pipe part 17B, the fitting part 21 and the fitting part 23 are fitted to each other, whereby the connection The cylindrical body 17 and the elbow part 18 are connected.
A concave groove 24 is formed adjacent to the fitting portion 21 on the inner peripheral surface at the tip of the second straight pipe portion 17B. By accommodating the fitting portion 23 in the concave groove 24, the fitting portion 23 and the fitting portion 21 are slidable with respect to each other. It can be turned.

On the outer peripheral surface of the base end portion 18B of the elbow portion 18, a seal ring 25 for preventing water leakage is fitted. In addition, a convex body 26 is provided on the distal end surface of the second straight pipe portion 17B, and a stopper 27 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the elbow portion 18 at a position corresponding to the convex body 26, When the stopper 27 comes into contact with the convex body 26, the elbow 18 is prevented from rotating more than necessary with respect to the connecting cylinder 17.
The convex body 26 is provided at two positions at an interval of 180 degrees on the distal end surface of the second straight pipe portion 17B. In the state shown in FIG. By regulating so as not to rotate more than 90 degrees respectively, the backflow of drainage is suppressed.

The rotation direction of the elbow part 18 with respect to the connecting cylinder 17 is set so that the rotation axis Ar of the elbow part 18 is perpendicular to the tube axis At of the drainage main pipe MD (see FIG. 1). ).
As shown in FIG. 3B, the elbow 18 is configured to rotate in the circumferential direction of the second straight pipe portion 17B of the connecting cylinder 17, so that the second straight pipe portion The tube axis 17B extends on the same line as the rotation axis Ar of the elbow 18. On the other hand, since the first straight pipe portion 17A of the connection cylinder 17 is inserted into the branch pipe receiving port 16 of the mass body 11, the tube axis A 1 of the first straight pipe portion 17A. Extends in the same direction as the opening direction of the branch pipe receiving port 16.
The connection cylinder 17 is an angle for setting the rotation direction of the elbow 18 so that the rotation axis Ar of the elbow 18 relative to the connection cylinder 17 is orthogonal to the tube axis At of the drainage main pipe MD. It has a function as an adjusting means. That is, the connecting tube body 17 of the present embodiment functions as an angle adjusting means by providing the curved pipe portion 17C, and the bending angle θ of the curved pipe portion 17C is set to a predetermined angle. The rotation axis Ar of the elbow part 18 is set to a direction orthogonal to the pipe axis At of the drainage main pipe MD. In the present embodiment, specifically, the tube axis A 1 of the first straight pipe portion 17A is inclined 45 degrees with respect to the tube axis At of drainage main MD, a rotation axis Ar of the elbow portion 18 The bending angle θ of the curved pipe portion 17C is set to 22.5 degrees so as to be orthogonal to the pipe axis At of the drainage main pipe MD.

In the drainage facility, a plurality of mass bodies 11 are arranged at predetermined intervals along the foundation F, and the first straight pipe portion of the connecting cylinder 17 of the joint 12 is connected to the branch pipe receiving port 16 of the mass body 11. The drainage mass 10 is configured by inserting 17A and bonding the first straight pipe portion 17A to the branch pipe receiving port 16 or the like.
In the configuration of the drainage mass 10, the elbow portion 18 is moved to a desired position according to the position of the drainage branch SD extending from the foundation F by using the first straight pipe portion 17 </ b> A as a length adjusting portion. Can be arranged. That is, by adjusting the first straight pipe portion 17A to a predetermined length by cutting off the base end portion thereof, the length from the mass body 11 to the elbow portion 18, specifically, It is possible to change and adjust the length of the elbow 18 to a desired position by changing the length from the pipe axis At of the drain main pipe MD to the opening center 18C of the tip of the elbow 18. Further, since the first straight pipe portion 17A has a straight tube shape, there is no need to make a complicated oblique cut at the time of cutting, and the elbow portion 18 attached to the tip of the connecting cylinder 17 is connected to the drain main pipe MD. The tube axis At is always extended in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction.
In the drainage mass 10, since the elbow portion 18 of the joint 12 is configured to be rotatable with respect to the connection cylinder 17, for example, as shown in FIG. 1, the pipe shaft of the drainage main pipe MD Even when the end of the drainage branch SD is displaced from the elbow 18 in the direction in which At extends, by rotating the elbow 18 so as to face the end of the drainage branch SD, The end of the drainage branch SD and the elbow 18 can be connected at the shortest distance.

[Second Embodiment]
A second embodiment embodying the drainage mass of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the following embodiments, differences from the first embodiment will be mainly described.
As shown in FIG. 4, in the drainage mass 10A of the present embodiment, the mass body 11A is formed in a straight cylindrical shape whose both ends are opened in the direction in which the tube axis At of the drainage main pipe MD extends. Both end portions of the mass body 11 are expanded in diameter compared to the intermediate portion, and one end side (the right end side in FIG. 4) of the openings at the expanded end portions is the main pipe receiving port 13. The other end side (the left end side in FIG. 4) is a branch pipe receiving port 16 for connecting the joint 12A. Therefore, the opening direction of the branch pipe receiving port 16 is the same direction as the pipe axis At of the drainage main pipe MD.
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, in the joint 12A of the drainage mass 10A, the elbow portion 18 has the same configuration as that of the first embodiment.
On the other hand, the connecting cylinder 17 of the joint 12A has the same configuration as that of the first embodiment except for the curved pipe portion 17C. The connecting cylinder 17 sets the bending angle θ of the curved pipe portion 17C to a predetermined angle so that the rotation axis Ar of the elbow part 18 is orthogonal to the pipe axis At of the drainage main pipe MD. It functions as the angle adjustment means. In the present embodiment, specifically, the tube axis A 1 of the first straight pipe portion 17A is extended to the tube axis At the same direction of the drainage main MD, the pivoting axis Ar of the elbow portion 18 The bending angle θ of the curved pipe portion 17C is set to 45 degrees so as to be orthogonal to the pipe axis At of the drainage main pipe MD.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, the same elbow portion 18 can be used in forming the joint 12A. On the other hand, the second straight pipe portion 17B having a complicated structure is also used in the connecting cylinder 17 as the first straight pipe portion 17B. Since it is the same structure as embodiment, it can manufacture simply by devising a metal mold | die etc. so that only the curved pipe part 17C may be changed.

[Third Embodiment]
As shown in FIG. 6, in the drainage mass 10A of the present embodiment, the mass body 11B is formed in a straight cylindrical shape having both ends opened in the direction in which the tube axis At of the drainage main pipe MD extends. The inside is a main pipe receiving port 13. A cylindrical branch cylinder 15 is formed on the mass body 11B so as to protrude from the peripheral wall of the mass body 11, and a distal end opening of the branch cylinder 15 serves as a branch pipe receiving port 16. The branch cylinder 15 is formed to extend perpendicular to the direction in which the pipe axis At of the drainage main pipe MD extends. Accordingly, the branch pipe receiving port 16 is inclined by 90 degrees with respect to the pipe axis At of the drainage main pipe MD.
In the joint 12B of the drainage mass 10B, the elbow part 18 has the same configuration as that of the first embodiment.
On the other hand, the connecting cylinder 17 of the joint 12B is an angle adjusting means for setting the rotation axis Ar of the elbow part 18 to a direction orthogonal to the pipe axis At of the drainage main pipe MD, and therefore the curved pipe part is omitted. The configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment except that the first straight pipe portion 17A and the second straight pipe portion 17B are configured. That is, in this embodiment, since the opening direction of the branch pipe receptacle 16 is a direction orthogonal to the direction in which the pipe axis At of the drainage main pipe MD extends, the pipe axis of the first straight pipe portion 17A is the elbow portion. Since it extends in the same direction as the 18 rotation axis Ar, the curved pipe portion 17C may not be provided.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, the same elbow part 18 can be used in forming the joint 12B. On the other hand, also in the connecting cylinder 17, the second straight pipe part 17B having a complicated structure is the first elbow. Since it is the same structure as embodiment, it can manufacture simply by devising a metal mold | die etc. so that only the curved pipe part 17C may be abbreviate | omitted.

[Example of change]
In each of the above-described embodiments, the length of the first straight pipe portion 17A is not particularly limited, and has a length that can be inserted inside the branch pipe receiving port 16 provided in the mass bodies 11, 11A, 11B. For example, as shown in FIG. 7A, it may be shorter than that of the first embodiment.
In each of the above-described embodiments, the connecting cylinder 17 is not necessarily inserted inside the branch pipe receiving port 16, and for example, as shown in FIG. The diameter of the branch pipe receiving port 16 is made without any diameter. On the other hand, the connecting cylinder 17 is provided with an enlarged diameter portion 17D at the proximal end of the first straight pipe portion 17A, and the enlarged diameter portion 17D is provided outside the branch pipe receiving port 16. The connecting cylinder 17 may be inserted into the branch pipe receiving port 16 so as to be covered.

In this invention, since manufacture is simple and can simplify the operation | work which concerns on the connection of a drainage branch pipe, there exists industrial applicability.
