Description
−1つ又は複数の非金属製フィラメントと、
−非強磁性マトリックス材料であって、フィラメント、及びX線又は磁気共鳴画像プロセスにおいてシグナルを発生させるためのマーカー粒子を封入及び/又は接着する前記マトリックス材料と、
1つ又は複数のロッド状の本体が埋め込まれているエンベロープポリマーとを含み、
前記マトリックス材料又は前記エンベロープポリマーのいずれかの中に、コードが埋め込まれ、
前記コードは、前記非金属性フィラメントよりも柔軟である。
アクロレイン−アクリル酸−コポリマー(POC AS 5060;10%)で修飾されたMediprene(登録商標)をエンベロープポリマーとして備える、30cmガイドワイヤー(MaRVis Technologies GmbH、Aachen、ドイツ)をポリビニルアミンでコーティングした。PVAコーティングは、公知のペプチド化学プロセスにより、ポリビニルアミン(15%w/vジメチルホルムアミド溶液)をHBTU−ガイドワイヤー活性表面と反応させることにより作製した。次に、ガイドワイヤー表面の化学基を、イソプロパノール中の0.7%(v/v)エチレングリコールジグリシジルエーテル溶液で架橋した。次に、ガイドワイヤーを、ジメチルホルムアミド中の1.0%無水コハク酸溶液に含浸した。

Claims (14)
- 磁気共鳴画像法(MRI)により検出可能な医療用装置であって、遊離官能基として1つ若しくは複数のカルボキシル基又はアミノ基を有する少なくとも1つの化合物により修飾されているエンベロープポリマーを含み、
前記カルボキシル基又はアミノ基がコーティングポリマーの対応する官能基であるアミノ基又はカルボキシル基と反応してアミド結合により前記医療用装置に結合される表面コーティングが形成されており、
常磁性イオンが前記コーティングにより取り込まれている、医療用装置。 - 前記化合物が、固体又は液体のモノカルボン酸、ジカルボン酸、若しくはポリカルボン酸、モノアミン、ジアミン、若しくはポリアミン、ポリエチレンイミン、又はポリアリルアミンである、請求項1に記載の医療用装置。
- 前記エンベロープポリマーが、スチレン−エチレン−ブチレン−スチレン−エラストマー製の熱可塑性エラストマーである、請求項1または2に記載の医療用装置。
- 前記化合物が、ポリアクリル酸ポリマー又はアクロレイン−アクリル酸コポリマーである、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の医療用装置。
- 前記アクロレイン−アクリル酸コポリマーがPOC化合物である、請求項4に記載の医療用装置。
- 前記コーティングポリマーがポリビニルアミンである、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の医療用装置。
- 前記常磁性イオンが、ガドリニウム(III)、ジスプロシウム(III)、プラセオジム(III)、ネオジム(III)、サマリウム(III)、イッテルビウム(III)、テルビウム(III)、ホルミウム(III)及びエルビウム(III)からなる群より選択される、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の医療用装置。
- ガイドワイヤー、カテーテル、グラフト、生検針、穿刺針、カニューレ、管腔内医療用装置、気管内チューブ、又はアブレーション装置である、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の医療用装置。
- 医療用装置のエンベロープポリマーが、遊離官能基として1つ若しくは複数のカルボキシル基又はアミノ基を有する少なくとも1つの化合物と共に調合することにより修飾され、
前記修飾されたエンベロープポリマーの前記カルボキシル基又はアミノ基に、コーティングポリマーの対応する官能基であるアミノ基又はカルボキシル基と反応してアミド結合により前記医療用装置に表面コーティングが結合され、
前記コーティングが常磁性イオンに含浸される、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の医療用装置を製造する方法。 - 前記修飾されたエンベロープポリマーの官能基がカルボキシル基であり、前記カルボキシル基がコーティングポリマーのアミノ基と反応してアミド結合により共有結合し、次に残りのアミノ基が架橋剤により少なくとも部分的に化学的に架橋されて、前記表面コーティングがもたらされる、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記エンベロープポリマーが、ポリアクリル酸ポリマー、又はアクロレイン−アクリル酸コポリマーと混合することにより化学的に修飾されているスチレン−エチレン−ブチレン−スチレン−エラストマー製の熱可塑性エラストマーである、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- 前記アミノ基がポリビニルアミンに由来する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- さらなるカルボキシル基が、前記医療用装置を有機溶媒中の無水コハク酸溶液に含浸することにより、前記医療用装置表面に導入される、請求項9から11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記常磁性イオンが、ガドリニウム(III)、ジスプロシウム(III)、プラセオジム(III)、ネオジム(III)、サマリウム(III)、イッテルビウム(III)、テルビウム(III)、ホルミウム(III)又はエルビウム(III)塩溶液である、請求項9に記載の方法。
