Description
The present invention relates to a re-peeling adhesive tape, particularly a curing tape for painting work, and a tape for fixing a sheet to a wall at the time of carrying goods.
Since the adhesive tape is excellent in workability, it is routinely used in a wide range of home appliances, automobiles, office automation equipment, and the like. In addition, in order to improve strength, hand cutting property, and the like, a material having a laminate process on one or both surfaces of a cloth having warp and weft threads is used as a base material.
However, when used for applications such as curing tape during painting work, tape for fixing vinyl sheets to walls, etc. during cargo transportation work, etc., the laminate layer may be torn by warp or weft. Therefore, there is a case where a so-called laminating loss occurs in which the laminate portion remains on the adherend, which is a problem (FIG. 1).
The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape in which the occurrence of so-called lamelling is suppressed.
Under the circumstances described above, the present inventor has conducted intensive research, and as a result, the tear resistance of the resin laminate layer to one of the warp and weft threads, the two warp yarns and the adjacent warp yarns. When using a base material in which the ratio of the adhesive strength of the rectangular adhesive layer having the longest diagonal line of the square formed by the two wefts is within a certain range, the missing of the laminate is significantly It was found to be suppressed. The present invention is based on such novel findings.

In the present invention, a resin laminate layer is laminated on one or both sides of the substrate. The material of the resin laminate is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include polyethylene such as polyolefin resin, polypropylene, and the like. Examples of the polyethylene resin include high density polyethylene, medium density polyethylene, and low density polyethylene. In the present invention, high density polyethylene refers to polyethylene having a specific gravity of 0.94 or more. In the present invention, medium density polyethylene refers to polyethylene having a specific gravity of 0.93 or more and less than 0.94. In the present invention, low density polyethylene refers to polyethylene having a specific gravity of less than 0.93. In the present invention, the resin laminate layer is preferably a polyethylene resin having a density of 0.88 kg / m 3 to 0.96 kg / m 3. For example, low density polyethylene and / or medium density polyethylene is used. preferable. More specifically, in the present invention, it is preferable to use medium density polyethylene on the back surface opposite to the glue surface. Moreover, in this invention, it is preferable to use a low density polyethylene for the glue surface which is the other side of a glue surface. The polyethylene resin used for the resin laminate layer preferably has a melt mass flow rate (MFR) of 1 to 50 g / 10 min, more preferably 3 to 20 g / 10 min. Moreover, as a polyethylene resin used for a resin laminate layer, what uses the melt indexer and whose swell ratio measured by 235 degreeC and the extrusion amount of 3 g / min is 1.0-2.5 is preferable. Moreover, as a polyethylene resin, what added 0.01-1.5 weight part of polyglycidyl acrylate and / or polyglycidyl methacrylate with a weight average molecular weight 1000-20000 with respect to 100 weight part of ethylene-type polymers is preferable. An example of such a polyethylene resin is DLZ19A (manufactured by Tosoh Corporation).
The thickness of the resin layer can be appropriately set according to the use of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape to be used. For example, in the case of laminating on one side of the cloth, it is in the range of 20 to 80 μm, preferably 30 to 55 μm, more preferably 35 to 45 μm. It can be. When laminating | stacking on both surfaces of cloth, for example, it is good also considering the resin layer of each surface as said thickness, respectively. Moreover, when laminating | stacking on both surfaces of cloth, you may design so that the thickness of the resin layer of one surface and the resin layer of the surface of another method may differ.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of the present invention is formed of [two tear yarns and two horizontal yarns adjacent to each other] / [tear resistance of the resin laminate layer to one thin yarn of warp and horizontal yarn] / [adjacent two vertical yarns]. The adhesive force × 2] of the rectangular pressure-sensitive adhesive layer whose width is the longest diagonal line of the square is 6.5 or more.
In the present invention, the tear resistance of the resin laminate layer for one of the warp and weft threads (which may be simply referred to as tear resistance in the present invention) can be measured as follows. it can:
One stainless wire 2 is set on the substrate 1, and a laminate film 3 is laminated thereon (FIG. 2). The wire is pulled at 300 mm / min in the direction of the arrow, and the strength (N) when the wire is pulled out is measured. The measurement is performed using three types of wires having diameters of 0.23 mm, 0.28 mm, and 0.45 mm. The thinner the wire diameter, the more the laminate will break, and the wire diameter and strength have a linear function. Therefore, the measurement results of the above three types of wire and the thickness of the warp and weft yarns actually used for the substrate From this, the tear resistance of the laminate is calculated.
Adhesion adhesion can be measured by the following method after adhesion has been promoted:
Each adhesive tape with a width of 38 mm was applied to an aluminum sash (made by Tostem) size 125 mm x 50 mm, cured at 40 ° C for 3 days, and then further cured at 0 ° C for 1 hour. After that, using a test machine according to JIS Z 0237 (2000) 10.4.1, it was peeled off continuously at a speed of 20 m / min in an environment of 0 ° C., and measurements were made at intervals of 20 mm.
In the present invention, the warp yarn and the weft yarn constituting the cloth in the base material form two adjacent warp yarns and two adjacent weft yarns to form a square (FIG. 3). In the case of FIG. 3, the square means an opening (shaded part) formed by two adjacent warp yarns and two adjacent weft yarns. The quadrangle is not particularly limited, and examples include a substantially rectangular shape, a substantially parallelogram shape, a substantially trapezoidal shape, and a quadrilateral shape in which any two opposing sides are not parallel. The diagonal line indicates an arrow portion in FIG. In the present invention, when the lengths of two diagonal lines are the same, the length of the diagonal line is used as an index. When the lengths of the two diagonal lines are different, in the present invention, the longer diagonal line is used as an index. The adhesive strength of the adhesive layer is proportional to the width of the tape. Therefore, the adhesive force by the adhesive layer laminated on the square part formed by the two adjacent warp yarns and the two adjacent weft yarns is peeled off in the direction perpendicular to the longer diagonal line. Become the strongest.
When an attempt is made to peel off the tape in the direction of the thick arrow shown in FIG. 4, the middle warp yarn is subjected to at least shearing force from the laminate layers on the left and right sides of the warp yarn. When only one warp yarn is considered and the laminate layer is not torn, the shearing force applied to one warp yarn is due to the adhesive layer having the width of two diagonal lines on both sides of the warp yarn. Adhesive strength is maximized. This is because the adhesive layer peels off from the adherend when a shearing force exceeding the adhesive force is about to work. Therefore, in the present invention, “the adhesive force × 2 of the rectangular pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having the longest diagonal line of the square formed by the two adjacent warp yarns and the two adjacent weft yarns” is “1”. May be described as “shearing force on the yarn”.
Assuming that the base material contains only one thread, when the “tear resistance” / “shearing force per thread” is 1 or more, it is laminated with the base material thread when the adhesive tape is peeled off. Will not be torn. However, when the actual adhesive tape has “tear resistance” / “shearing force for one yarn” = 1, the laminating will occur. When the present inventor tries to peel off an adhesive tape having a base material laminated on a yarn containing a plurality of warp yarns and weft yarns, a single yarn constituting the base material has several left and right yarns. The stress was thought to be concentrated. As a result of trial and error based on the assumption, the ratio of “tear resistance” / “shearing force for one thread” (the ratio may be simply indicated as a safety factor) is significantly larger than the conventional one. It has been found that the so-called lami omission can be suppressed only when the value is 6.5 or more. Therefore, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of the present invention is characterized in that the distance between each warp yarn and the horizontal yarn is remarkably narrower than the level of a normal pressure-sensitive adhesive tape having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having the same adhesive strength.
As the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive constituting the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, re-peeling pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes, for example, those commonly used for curing re-peeling pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes can be widely used. ) An acrylic copolymer obtained by copolymerizing a monomer such as vinyl acetate or acrylonitrile with a functional group-containing monomer such as (meth) acrylic acid or hydroxyacrylate to an acrylic ester can be used. Although the thickness of an acrylic adhesive layer is not specifically limited, For example, it is 20-45 micrometers, Preferably it is 25-40 micrometers, More preferably, it can be set as the range of 27-35 micrometers.
In the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of the present invention, a release agent may be applied to one side of the base. Examples of the release agent include silicone-based and long-chain alkyl group-based polymers. The coating amount of the release agent is not particularly limited, for example, can be exemplified 5g / m 2 ~20g / m 2 degree.
