Description

The present invention relates to an opening / closing device with a closing prevention device that prevents the opening / closing body from closing unexpectedly, and more particularly to an opening / closing device suitable as an overhead door.

Conventionally, in this kind of invention, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, the opening / closing body (10) is slid and opened while being pulled by a flexible pulling member (33) from its upper side, The opening / closing body (10) is provided in an opening / closing device adapted to be slid and stored in a direction crossing the opening direction against the pulling force of the pulling member (33), and when the tension of the pulling member (33) decreases. There is an open / close device in which a close prevention device (40) provided on the open / close body (10) is engaged with a guide rail (20) for braking.
The closure prevention device (40) includes a fixing member (41) fixed to the opening / closing body (10), and a movable engagement member (42) supported to rotate with respect to the fixing member (41). The movable engagement member (42) is pulled in the anti-engagement direction by the traction member (33), and the traction member (33) is caused by a failure of the traction mechanism (30) that winds the traction member (33). When the movable engagement member (42) is rotated in the engagement direction by the urging force of the urging means (43) and engaged with the guide rail (20), (10) is prevented from falling.

However, since the conventional art has a structure in which the movable engagement member (42) is rotated with respect to the fixed member (41) as described above, even if the traction member (33) is not abnormal. There is a risk that the movable engaging member (42) may rotate due to vibration or the like and engage with the guide rail (20). This malfunction is caused by the movement direction between the opening / closing direction (vertical direction) and the crossing direction (substantially horizontal direction) with respect to the opening / closing direction, particularly with the opening and closing operations of the opening / closing body (10). The possibility of occurrence tends to be higher when changing the position, which is caused by a temporary increase in vibration due to the change in the moving direction or a change in the traction force of the traction member (33). it is conceivable that.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional circumstances, and the problem is that the closure prevention device malfunctions due to a change in the movement direction of the closure prevention device accompanying the opening / closing operation of the opening / closing body. An object of the present invention is to provide an opening / closing device capable of preventing the above.

One means for solving the above problem is to open and close the opening / closing body by pulling it from the opening direction side while pulling it with a string-like member, and further opening and closing the opening / closing body against the tensile force of the string-like member. In an opening / closing device that is slid and stored in a storage direction that intersects, when the tension of the string-like member decreases between the opening-closing body and the string-like member, the engaged part that does not move the opening / closing body A closing prevention device that engages and brakes, the closing prevention device including a fixing member that is fixed to the opening and closing body, an engagement direction in which the engagement portion approaches and engages, and the engaged portion A movable member supported by the fixed member and pulled in the anti-engagement direction by the string-like member so as to move in both directions with respect to the anti-engagement direction away from the part, and the retracting direction from the release direction It is moved by its own weight due to the displacement of the Wherein comprising a fixing member malfunction preventing member supported by the so said the movable member, the malfunction preventing member when moving downward by its own weight, provided the receiving portion receives from the moving direction The malfunction prevention member has a weight that prevents movement of the movable member in the engagement direction when the malfunction prevention member abuts against the receiving portion and is received .

Since the present invention is configured as described above, it is possible to prevent the closing prevention device from malfunctioning due to a change in the moving direction of the closing prevention device accompanying the opening / closing operation of the opening / closing body.

It is a perspective view which shows an example of the switchgear concerning this invention. It is a perspective view which shows an example of a closure prevention apparatus. It is operation | movement explanatory drawing of the closure prevention apparatus, and has shown the same closure prevention apparatus in a different position with the continuous line. It is a perspective view which shows the other example of a closure prevention apparatus. It is operation | movement explanatory drawing of the closure prevention apparatus shown in FIG. 4, and has shown the same closure prevention apparatus in a different position with the continuous line. It is operation | movement explanatory drawing which shows the other example of a closure prevention apparatus, and all the same closure prevention apparatuses in a different position are shown as the continuous line. (A) is a cross-sectional view showing an example of a guide rail, and (b) shows a side view of the guide rail.

The first feature of the present embodiment is that the opening / closing body is slid and opened while being pulled by the string-like member from the opening direction side, and the opening / closing body is further separated from the opening direction against the tensile force of the string-like member. In an opening / closing device that is slid and stored in a storage direction that intersects, when the tension of the string-like member decreases between the opening-closing body and the string-like member, the engaged part that does not move the opening / closing body A closing prevention device that engages and brakes, the closing prevention device including a fixing member that is fixed to the opening and closing body, an engagement direction in which the engagement portion approaches and engages, and the engaged portion A movable member supported by the fixed member and pulled in the anti-engagement direction by the string-like member so as to move in both directions with respect to the anti-engagement direction away from the part, and the retracting direction from the release direction Move by a certain amount due to its own weight It is anda malfunction blocking member positioned to prevent movement of the engagement direction of the movable member.
According to this configuration, when the closing prevention device is displaced from the opening direction to the storing direction as the opening / closing body slides from the opening direction to the storing direction, the malfunction prevention member moves by a predetermined amount due to its own weight. The movement of the movable member in the engagement direction can be prevented by the malfunction prevention member.

As a second feature, the malfunction prevention member is a member whose other end is supported by the fixing member so as to rotate one end, and the closing prevention device is displaced from the opening direction to the storing direction. Accordingly, the movable member rotates by its own weight and is positioned so as to prevent the movable member from moving in the engaging direction.
According to this configuration, when the closing prevention device is displaced from the opening direction to the storing direction as the opening / closing body slides from the opening direction to the storing direction, the malfunction prevention member rotates its one end side by its own weight. It is located so as to prevent movement of the movable member in the engagement direction.

As a third feature, the malfunction prevention member is brought close to or in contact with the movable member by the rotation accompanying the displacement prevention device being displaced from the opening direction to the storing direction. Prevents movement in the engagement direction.
According to this configuration, when the closing prevention device is displaced from the opening direction to the storing direction as the opening / closing body slides from the opening direction to the storing direction, the malfunction prevention member rotates due to its own weight and approaches the movable member. Alternatively, contact is made to prevent the movable member from moving in the engaging direction.

As a fourth feature, the malfunction prevention member is formed so as to increase in volume at a position away from the rotation fulcrum.
According to this configuration, the rotation torque due to the weight of the malfunction prevention member can be increased, and the malfunction prevention member can be smoothly rotated. Further, the weight of the malfunction prevention member can increase the engagement of the movable member. The movement in the opposite direction can be effectively prevented.

In addition, the present embodiment also discloses an independent invention that does not include some of the above features as essential constituent requirements. That is, according to one aspect of the present invention, the opening / closing body that closes and moves downward is partitioned, the guide rail that guides the opening / closing body in the opening / closing direction of the opening / closing body, and the movable member is engaged with and disengaged from the guide rail. In the opening / closing device provided with the closed prevention device and the string-like member that pulls the movable member in the opening / closing body opening direction and holds the movable member in the released state, the guide rail has many fine irregularities in the opening / closing body opening / closing direction. When the tension of the string-like member is relaxed, the movable member of the closing prevention device is engaged with the unevenness to brake the closing operation of the opening / closing body.
According to this configuration, when the movable member and the guide rail are engaged with each other, the frictional resistance between them can be increased by the unevenness, thereby effectively braking the opening / closing operation of the opening / closing body. Can do.

In the present specification, the “opening / closing body opening / closing direction” means a direction in which the opening / closing body slides in order to partition or open the space in the opening that is opened and closed by the opening / closing device. Further, in the present specification, the “opening / closing body thickness direction” means the thickness direction of the opening / closing body in the fully closed state. Further, in this specification, the “opening / closing body width direction” or “opening / closing body width direction” means a direction that is substantially orthogonal to the opening / closing body opening / closing direction but not the thickness direction of the opening / closing body.

Next, a preferred specific example of the present embodiment will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

Note that the indoor side and the outdoor side described above are expressions for convenience of explanation, and the indoor side means that the closing prevention device 40 is fixed to the opening / closing body 10 in the opening / closing body thickness direction. It means the side, in other words, the side where the storage rail part 32 is located with respect to the opening / closing rail part 31 in the opening / closing body thickness direction. The outdoor side means the side opposite to the indoor side in the opening / closing body thickness direction. Of course, the position where the closing prevention device 40 is provided is not limited to the indoor side, and the closing prevention device 40 can be arranged outside the room or house depending on the purpose of use of the opening / closing device 1 or the like. Furthermore, the closure prevention device 40 is not provided in a room or a house, but can be provided in a place where there is no concept of a room, such as a simple passage partition or a gate in an external space.

Further, the closing prevention device 40 is supported by the fixing member 41 so as to move in both directions of the fixing member 41 fixed to the surface of the opening / closing body 10 and the engaging direction and the non-engaging direction with respect to the engaged portion 30c. And the movable member 42 pulled in the anti-engagement direction by the string-like member 53 and the engagement direction of the movable member 42 by moving a predetermined amount by its own weight in accordance with the displacement of the closing prevention device 40 from the opening direction to the storing direction. And a malfunction prevention member 43 that is positioned so as to prevent the movement to (see FIG. 2).

The fixing member 41 is a U-shaped frame member fixed and fixed to the opening / closing body 10, and is inserted through the cylindrical portion 41 a along the lateral width direction of the surface of the opening / closing body 10. The shaft portion 21 of the roller member 20 is rotatably supported inside the cylinder portion 41a (FIG. 2 omits the roller member 20).
In addition, a movable member 42, which will be described later, is rotatably supported on the outside of the cylindrical portion 41a, and the movable member 42 is attached in an engagement direction (upward in the illustrated example) with the engaged portion 30c. A biasing member 41b (a torsion coil spring according to the illustrated example) is annularly mounted so as to bias.
Further, a support portion 41c (rotation fulcrum) that pivotally supports a malfunction prevention member 43 described later at a position away from the cylindrical portion 41a in the fixing member 41 toward the opening direction side (upper side according to FIG. 2). Part) is provided.

The movable member 42 is fixed to the movable main body 42a so as to be detachable with respect to the movable main body 42a rotatably supported on both ends of the cylindrical portion 41a and the engaged portion 30c of the guide rail 30. A free end side is detachably engaged with the engaging portion 42b and the string-like member 53, and a proximal end thereof is rotatably supported with respect to the movable main body portion 42a, and the straightened arm 42c is inserted. A string-like member fastening portion 42d to which the lower end portion of the cord-like member 53 is fastened.

The movable main body 42a is formed in a substantially U-shaped frame shape according to the illustrated example, and is an engagement position (a two-dot chain line in FIG. 3) where the braking engagement portion 42b is engaged with the engaged portion 30c of the guide rail 30. Reference) and a normal position (see a solid line in FIG. 3) where the brake engaging portion 42b is separated from the engaged portion 30c.
The movable main body 42a is provided with a receiving portion 42a1 for receiving a malfunction prevention member 43 described later. The receiving portion 42a1 is an inner surface portion on the centrifugal direction side of the substantially U-shaped movable main body portion 42a, and is a flat surface substantially parallel to the surface of the opening / closing body 10 at the normal position.

The brake engaging portion 42b is a rectangular plate-like member having a blade portion facing the engaged portion 30c, and is fixed to the rotating main body portion 42a so as to rotate integrally with the rotating main body portion 42a. ing.

The straightening arm 42c loosely inserts the string-like member 53 on the free end side so that the straightening arm 42c rotates in accordance with the change in the pulling direction of the string-like member 53, and its base end side is rotatable with respect to the movable main body 42a. It is supported.
The correction arm 42c is rotated in accordance with the change in the tension direction by the string-like member 53, so that the position of the point of application of the tensile force by the string-like member 53 is changed in the direction in which the movable member 42 is in the anti-engagement direction (see FIG. Correct the position to rotate clockwise.

The string-like member fixing portion 42d is provided so as to protrude downward from the movable main body portion 42a at a position corresponding to the proximal end side of the correction arm 42c. The lower end portion of the string-like member 53 inserted on the free end side of the correction arm 42c is fixed to the string-like member fixing portion 42d.

The malfunction prevention member 43 has a predetermined amount due to its own weight in accordance with the displacement from the opening direction of the opening / closing body 10 (upward according to FIG. 3) to the storage direction (upwardly obliquely upward according to FIG. 3). It moves and is located so as to prevent movement of the movable member 42 in the engagement direction.
If it demonstrates in detail, this malfunction prevention member 43 is a bowl-shaped member which pivotally supported the other end side on the support part 41c (rotation fulcrum part) of the fixing member 41 so that one end side may be rotated. The width dimension is gradually increased so that the volume increases at a position away from the support portion 41c (rotation fulcrum).
The malfunction prevention member 43 is in contact with the surface of the fixing member 41 in a state in which the closing prevention device 40 is moved substantially vertically in the vertical direction (in other words, in a state of being positioned on the opening / closing rail portion 31). To position. Therefore, in this state, the fixing member 41, the malfunction prevention member 43, and the receiving portion 42a1 are arranged in this order from the outdoor side to the indoor side.
And this malfunction prevention member 43 is downward as shown in FIG. 3 in the state which the closure prevention apparatus 40 is moving to the diagonal direction or the substantially horizontal direction with the movement to the accommodation direction of the opening / closing body 10. As shown in FIG. It rotates and contacts the receiving part 42a1 of the movable member 42.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the traction mechanism 50 includes left and right shaft portions 51, 51 disposed in the lateral direction of the opening / closing body on the upper side of the opening / closing body 10, and both end sides of these shaft portions 51, 51. The reel portions 52, 52 supported by the reel portion 52, the string-like member 53 wound or fed by each reel portion 52, and the shaft portion 51 is biased so that the string-like member 53 is taken up by the reel portion 52. Traction sources 54, 54.
The traction mechanism 50 winds the string-like member 53 connected to the opening / closing body 10 via the closing prevention device 40 when the opening / closing body 10 is opened upward, and the opening / closing body 10 is stored in the storage rail portion. When housed on the 32 side, the string-like member 53 is fed out while maintaining the tension of the string-like member 53.

The shaft portion 51 is arranged across the opening / closing body width direction so as to be positioned on the upper extension line of the fully-closed opening / closing body 10, and a stationary part (for example, a casing or the like on which the opening / closing device 1 is installed). On the other hand, it is rotatably supported via a bearing bracket or the like.

Each reel portion 52 is a substantially cylindrical member capable of winding and unwinding the string-like member 53, and a central portion thereof is fixed to one end side of the shaft portion 51.

The string-like member 53 is a metal wire, and is disposed so as to extend in the opening / closing direction of the opening / closing body, and its upper end is fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the reel portion 52, and its lower end is in the closing prevention device 40. By being inserted into the correction arm 42c and fastened to the movable member 42, and wound around the reel portion 52, the movable member 42 is pulled and held at a normal position where the engaged portion 30c is not engaged (see FIG. 2).

According to the illustrated example, the traction source 54 is a coil spring that fastens one end side to the shaft portion 51 and fastens the other end side to the immovable portion, thereby urging the shaft portion 51 in the winding direction. is there. As another example of the traction source 54, a mechanism in which the shaft portion 51 is rotated in the winding rotation direction by the weight of the weight member, and the shaft portion 51 is rotated in the winding rotation direction by the power of an electric motor or the like. It is also possible to use a mechanism or the like.

Next, the characteristic effect of the switchgear 1 having the above configuration will be described.
In a state where the closing prevention device 40 is moving in the vertical direction along the opening / closing rail portion 31, the movable member 42 is pulled by the string-like member 53 as shown on the left side of FIG. 42b is held at a position separated from the engaged portion 30c. In this state, if the string-like member 53 is cut or loosened, the movable member 42 is moved upward by the urging force of the urging member 41b (see FIG. 2) as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. Since it rotates and engages the brake engaging portion 42b with the engaged portion 30c, the opening / closing body 10 can be prevented from falling.

Further, as shown in the upper side of FIG. 3, the malfunction prevention member 43 is separated from the fixing member 41 in a state where the closing prevention device 40 is moving obliquely along the corner rail portion 33 or the storage rail portion 32. It pivots downward (in the illustrated example, counterclockwise to the indoor side) and comes into contact with the receiving portion 42a1 of the movable member 42. For this reason, when the closing prevention device 40 changes the movement direction between the opening / closing direction (vertical direction) and the crossing direction with respect to the opening / closing direction, the movable member 42 is caused by a variation in tensile force by the string-like member 53 or the like. Can be prevented from rotating in the engaging direction.

When the closing prevention device 40 moves to the opening / closing rail portion 31 side with the closing operation of the opening / closing body 10, the malfunction preventing member 43 is separated from the receiving portion 42 a 1 and returns to the original state, and the string-like member 53. The movable member 42 becomes rotatable due to the slack of the screw.

Next, another aspect of the closing prevention device will be described.
The closing prevention device 40 ′ shown in FIG. 4 replaces the closing prevention device 40 by replacing the movable main body portion 42a with the movable main body portion 42a ′ and the correction arm 42c with the correction arm 42c ′, thereby fixing the string-like member fixing portion 42d. The configuration is omitted. In the closing prevention device 40 ′, the configuration of the fixing member 41 and the malfunction preventing member 43 is the same as that of the closing prevention device 40.

As shown in FIG. 4, the movable main body portion 42 a ′ is formed in a substantially U-frame shape in plan view made up of a plurality of members, and a braking engagement portion 42 b is fixed to the inside thereof.
The correction arm 42c ′ is movable body 42a ′ so as to rotate by a predetermined amount between a position (position shown in FIG. 4) in contact with the edge of the movable body 42a ′ and a position away from the edge. The lower end of the string-like member 53 is fixed to the free end side.

Therefore, according to the closing prevention device 40 ′ having the above configuration, as shown on the left side of FIG. 5, in the state where the closing prevention device 40 ′ is moving vertically along the opening / closing rail portion 31, the movable member 42 is By being pulled by the string-like member 53, the brake engaging portion 42b is held at a position separated from the engaged portion 30c. In this state, if the string-like member 53 is cut or loosened, the movable member 42 is rotated upward by the urging force of the urging member 41b as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. Since the engaging portion 42b is engaged with the engaged portion 30c, the opening / closing body 10 can be prevented from falling.

As shown in the upper side of FIG. 5, in a state in which the closing prevention device 40 ′ is moving obliquely along the corner rail portion 33 or the storage rail portion 32, the malfunction prevention member 43 is rotated downward to move the movable member. 42 abuts on the receiving part 42a1. For this reason, when the closing prevention device 40 ′ changes the moving direction between the opening / closing direction (vertical direction) and the crossing direction with respect to the opening / closing direction, the movable member is caused by a variation in tensile force by the string-like member 53. It is possible to prevent 42 from rotating in the engaging direction.

As another example, the closing prevention device 40 ″ shown in FIG. 6 omits the correction arm 42 c from the closing prevention device 40 and pulls the movable member 42 directly by the string-like member 53. The lower end of the support member 41 c of the movable member 42 is configured to rotate the movable member 42 in the anti-engagement direction (clockwise in the illustrated example) when the closing prevention device 40 ″ is positioned on the open / close rail portion 31. It is fixed to the part on the outdoor side.

Therefore, according to the closing prevention device 40 ″, as shown on the left side of FIG. 6, in the state where the closing prevention device 40 ″ moves in the vertical direction along the opening / closing rail portion 31, the movable member 42 has a string shape. By being pulled by the member 53, the braking engagement portion 42b is held at a position separated from the engaged portion 30c.

6, when the closing prevention device 40 ″ is moving obliquely along the corner rail portion 33 or the storage rail portion 32, the movable member 42 is engaged with the string-like member 53 by the tensile force. Direction (counterclockwise in the illustrated example) acts, but the malfunction prevention member 43 rotates downward and contacts the receiving portion 42a1 of the movable member 42. Can be prevented from rotating.

In addition, according to the example of illustration, the receiving part of the movable member 42 in the state which the malfunction prevention member 43 inclined so that the malfunction prevention member 43 which rotated and contact | abutted to the receiving part 42a1 may return to an original state easily. 42a1, but as another example, in order to more strongly prevent the movable member 42 from rotating in the engaging direction, the malfunction preventing member 43 is received in a substantially right angle or an inclined state close to a right angle. It is also possible to adopt a mode of contacting the portion 42a1.

In addition, the malfunction prevention member 43 in the illustrated example gradually increases in volume as it goes in the centrifugal direction, but as another example of the malfunction prevention member 43, the volume locally increases on the centrifugal direction side.
