Description
即ち、minCUDQPsizeがNである場合、minCUDQPsizeがN−1である場合と比較し、横と縦の大きさが半であるブロックと同じ、或いは大きいブロックに対してのみ量子化媒介変数が設定、符号化、或いは復号化されることができる。ここで、Nは正の整数である。もし、量子化媒介変数が設定されるブロックの特定大きさより小さいブロックが存在する場合、より小さいブロックの量子化媒介変数を特定大きさで設定された量子化媒介変数と同じに設定することができる。
即ち、minCUDQPsizeがNである場合、minCUDQPsizeがN−1である場合と比較し、横と縦の大きさが半であるブロックと同じ、或いは大きいブロックに対してのみ量子化媒介変数が設定、符号化、或いは復号化されることができる。ここで、Nは正の整数である。もし、量子化媒介変数が設定されるブロックの特定大きさより小さいブロックが存在する場合、より小さいブロックの量子化媒介変数を特定大きさで設定された量子化媒介変数と同じに設定することができる。
Claims (3)
- 映像情報を含むビットストリームを受信するステップ;
前記ビットストリームから、同じ量子化媒介変数を有する基準ブロックの大きさに対する基準ブロックの大きさ情報と、復号化対象ユニットの残余量子化媒介変数とを復号化するステップ;
前記基準ブロックの大きさ情報と前記残余量子化媒介変数とに基づき前記復号化対象ユニットの量子化媒介変数を決定するステップ;及び、
前記復号化対象ユニットの前記量子化媒介変数に基づき前記復号化対象ユニットを復号化するステップ;を含み、
前記基準ブロックの大きさ情報は、ピクチャパラメータセット(Picture Parameter Set: PPS)で復号化され、
前記残余量子化媒介変数は、変換ユニット(Transform Unit: TU)に対して復号化され、
前記残余量子化媒介変数は、前記残余量子化媒介変数が復号化されるのか否かを表す量子化媒介変数復号化フラッグ情報に基づき復号化され、
前記基準ブロックの大きさ情報は可変長さに復号化され、
前記復号化対象ユニットのブロック大きさが前記基準ブロックの大きさよりも小さい場合、前記復号化対象ユニットが前記基準ブロック内に含まれ、前記復号化対象ユニットの前記残余量子化媒介変数は、前記復号化対象ユニットとともに前記基準ブロック内に含まれる他のユニットと同じ値であり、
前記復号化対象ユニットの前記量子化媒介変数を決定するステップは、
既に復号化された量子化媒介変数の平均値に基づいて予測量子化媒介変数を決定するステップ;及び、
前記予測量子化媒介変数及び前記残余量子化媒介変数を利用して前記復号化対象ユニットの前記量子化媒介変数を決定するステップ;を含むことを特徴とする映像復号化方法。 - 前記量子化媒介変数を誘導するステップは、
変換ユニット(Transform Unit: TU)別に前記復号化対象ユニットの量子化媒介変数を復号化することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の映像復号化方法。 - 前記基準ブロックの大きさ内の復号化ユニットは、同じ前記残余量子化媒介変数を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の映像復号化方法。
