Description
なお、上記撓み方向は、突起が設けられた板状部を垂直方向(法線方向)から見た平面視において突起が撓み変形する方向であり、板状部に対して垂直方向から突起に圧縮荷重が加えられた場合の撓み方向(一方向)である。
図1は、本発明が適用されたオーナメント10を有する車両用ドアトリム12の上端のショルダー部分(窓の下端部分)を示す概略図で、車両右側のドアの意匠面側すなわち室内側から見た正面図である。図2は図1におけるII−II矢視部分に相当するオーナメント10の断面図、図3は図1における III−III 矢視部分に相当するオーナメント10の断面図である。
Claims (6)
- 所定の合わせ面を有する第1部材と、
前記合わせ面と略平行な板状部を有するとともに、該板状部には、該合わせ面との間に空間が形成されるように該合わせ面に向かって突き出す多数の突起が一体に設けられ、該突起が該合わせ面に接する状態で前記第1部材に重ね合わされるように配置される弾性変形可能な樹脂材料製の第2部材と、
を有し、且つ、前記多数の突起は同一形状で、圧縮荷重に対する曲げ剛性が軸線まわりにおいて異方性を有し、該軸線まわりの一方向へ撓み変形するように構成されているとともに、
該多数の突起は、多数の配置ユニットが規則的に設けられた配置パターンに従って、該配置ユニットの形状を確定する各線分上に配置されており、
該突起の先端が前記合わせ面に押圧されて弾性変形させられることによりクッション性が付与される重ね合わせ複合内装部品において、
前記配置パターンは、前記多数の配置ユニットが互いに離間しているとともに、隣り合う配置ユニットの近接する線分同士が互いに平行になるように定められており、
該近接する線分上に設けられた双方の突起は、前記一方向である撓み方向が互いに平行になる姿勢で撓み変形時に隙間を有する位置に配置されている
ことを特徴とする重ね合わせ複合内装部品。 - 前記近接する線分上に設けられた前記双方の突起は、撓み変形時に平行に並ぶように前記撓み方向が反対向きで且つ相手側へ向かって撓み変形する姿勢で配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の重ね合わせ複合内装部品。 - 前記配置ユニットとして一定の大きさの多角形が定められ、前記配置パターンは、該多角形を1個或いは複数個組み合わせたものを一単位として、連続して繰り返すように設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の重ね合わせ複合内装部品。 - 前記配置ユニットとして一定の大きさの正三角形が定められ、前記配置パターンは、該正三角形を回転中心まわりに60°ずつ回転させた6つの正三角形から成る風車形状を一単位として、該風車形状が連続して繰り返すように設けられており、
前記突起は、前記正三角形の各辺を構成する前記線分上に一つずつ設けられているとともに、該線分と平行な方向で且つ該正三角形の中心線まわりの同じ周方向へ撓み変形する姿勢で配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の重ね合わせ複合内装部品。 - 前記配置ユニットとして一定の大きさの正三角形が定められ、前記配置パターンは、該正三角形を2個逆向きに組み合わせた平行四辺形を一単位として、該平行四辺形が連続して繰り返すように設けられており、
前記突起は、前記正三角形の各辺を構成する前記線分上に一つずつ設けられているとともに、該線分と平行な方向で且つ該正三角形の中心線まわりの同じ周方向へ撓み変形する姿勢で配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の重ね合わせ複合内装部品。 - 前記配置ユニットは、T字形に配置された一対の第1線分および第2線分から構成され、
前記突起として、前記第1線分上に該第1線分と平行な方向へ撓み変形する姿勢で第1突起が配置され、前記第2線分上に該第2線分と平行な方向へ撓み変形する姿勢で第2突起が配置されており、
前記配置パターンは、前記T字形が逆向きになるように組み合わされた一対の配置ユニットを一単位として、連続して繰り返すように設けられており、
所定の配置ユニットの前記第1線分上に配置された前記第1突起は、撓み変形時において他の配置ユニットの前記第1突起と隣接してそれと平行に並び、且つ該所定の配置ユニットの前記第2線分上に配置された前記第2突起は、撓み変形時において更に別の配置ユニットの前記第2突起と隣接してそれと平行に並ぶように、前記配置パターンが定められている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の重ね合わせ複合内装部品。
