Description
The present invention relates to a work vehicle such as an agricultural machine (tractor, combine) or a construction machine (bulldozer, hydraulic excavator, loader) equipped with an engine, and more specifically, particulate matter (soot, contained in exhaust gas). particulates), or it relates to a tractor exhaust gas purifying apparatus is installed to remove exhaust gas nitrogen oxide substance contained in (NOx) and the like.
In a work vehicle such as a tractor or wheel loader, an opening / closing fulcrum shaft is arranged at the rear of the bonnet for covering the engine in order to improve the efficiency of maintenance work of the engine arranged at the front of the traveling machine body. The bonnet was rotated. Conventionally, a filter case having a diesel particulate filter and a catalyst case having a urea selective reduction catalyst are provided as exhaust gas purifiers (exhaust gas aftertreatment devices) in the exhaust path of a diesel engine. There has been known a technique for purifying exhaust gas discharged from a diesel engine by providing exhaust gas into a filter case and a catalyst case (see, for example, Patent Document 1 or 2).
When the catalyst case is assembled away from the engine as in Patent Document 2, an exhaust pipe for supplying exhaust gas from the engine to the catalyst case is formed by a support member that supports the catalyst case on the traveling machine body. Therefore, there is a problem that it is necessary to form the support member in a special structure, and the manufacturing cost cannot be easily reduced. Further, when the support member is assembled to the traveling machine body in a cantilevered manner, the catalyst case or the support member needs to be supported in an anti-vibration manner, and the mounting structure of the catalyst case or the support member cannot be easily simplified. is there. Further, in the structure in which the catalyst case is connected to the filter case via the urea mixing pipe and the urea water in the urea water tank is supplied to the urea mixing pipe, the urea water tank is installed using a space below the operation unit. Therefore, there is a problem that the temperature of the urea water in the urea water tank decreases during cold work, etc., and it is necessary to provide a special means for maintaining the temperature of the urea water supplied to the urea mixing pipe above a predetermined level. There is also.
Therefore, the present invention seeks to provide an improved tractor by examining these current conditions.

Since the tank support is provided between the rear part of the engine and the front part of the operating part, and the urea water tank is attached to the traveling machine body via the tank support, the exhaust heat of the engine is reduced. The urea water tank can be satisfactorily kept warm by using it, and the urea crystal lump can be prevented from being generated, and the urea water tank can be installed in a highly rigid traveling body, and the urea water tank is supported. Or the like can easily improve the sex.
According to the present invention, the urea water tank is disposed in the rear part of the engine room formed by the bonnet covering the engine, and the urea mixing pipe is extended on the front side of the urea water tank. The urea mixing pipe and the urea water tank can be compactly installed inside the fuselage, and the temperature of both the urea water tank and the urea mixing pipe is set along the urea mixing pipe on the front side of the urea water tank. The urea water tank and the urea mixing tube can be kept warm well.
According to the present invention, the urea water tank is disposed so that the front column front side of the operation unit can be closed, and the urea water is used as a partition member between the rear of the engine room inside the hood where the engine is disposed and the front of the operation unit Since the tank is configured, the urea water tank can be satisfactorily kept warm by utilizing exhaust heat of the engine, etc., and heat insulation or soundproofing can be easily improved as compared with a conventional partition plate body. .
According to the present invention, the exhaust gas in the first case is moved from the engine front portion where the cooling fan is disposed toward the engine rear portion where the flywheel housing is disposed, and the engine The urea mixing pipe is extended between the rear portion and the front portion of the urea water tank in a direction crossing the exhaust gas movement direction of the first case. The urea mixing pipe can be compactly arranged between the front portions of the urea water tank, and the urea mixing pipe is heated by the heat generated on the engine side, so that the urea mixing can be performed even in a cold region.

As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, a
As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, an exhaust gas recirculation device (EGR) 45 that takes in exhaust gas for recirculation is disposed in the
With the above configuration, a part of the exhaust gas discharged from the

As shown in FIG. 4, each of the

With the above configuration, the fuel in the
As shown in FIG. 3 to FIG. 6, as an exhaust

On the other hand, the
In addition, as shown in FIG. 6, the lower end side of the
On the other hand, a
Further, the
Further, a urea
It should be noted that the bellows-like connecting
With the above configuration, the
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, an
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, a driving unit on which an operator is boarded is configured by a driving
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, an
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, a
As shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 5, a
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the exhaust gas in the
Next, the structure of the exhaust
As shown in FIG. 7, the
As shown in FIG. 7, a
As shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 7, an
