Claims (10)
- 患者の側頭骨の表面に埋込型骨導補聴器のトランスデューサを収容するための主凹所と該トランスデューサを固定するための締結ネジを螺着するための少なくとも2個の副凹所とを形成する手術のための手術冶具にして、患者の側頭骨の表面形状に合致した内面を有すると共に、該主凹所を形成すべき部位に対応して形成された主貫通開口と該副凹所を形成すべき部位に対応して形成された少なくとも2個の副貫通開口とを有する、ことを特徴とする手術冶具。
- 外面も患者の側頭骨の表面形状に合致している、請求項1記載の手術冶具。
- 外面には該主貫通開口の周縁から突出する筒状突条が付設されている、請求項1又は2記載の手術治具。
- 患者の手術対象骨の表面に形成された凹所が所要とおりであるか否かを確認するための確認冶具にして、形成すべき凹所に対応して内面から突出する凸部を有する、ことを特徴とする確認冶具。
- 該内面は患者の手術対象骨の表面形状に合致している、請求項4記載の確認冶具。
- 該手術対象骨は側頭骨であり、該内面は患者の側頭骨の表面形状に合致しており、該凹所は埋込型骨導補聴器のトランスデューサを収容するための主凹所と該トランスデューサを固定するための締結ネジを螺着するための少なくとも2個の副凹所とを含み、該凸部は該主凹所に対応する主凸部を含む、請求項4記載の確認冶具。
- 外面は該手術対象骨の表面形状に合致している、請求項4から6までのいずれかに記載の確認冶具。
- 該確認冶具の該内面が該手術冶具の該外面に重ね合わされ且つ該確認冶具の該主凸部が該手術冶具の該主貫通開口内に挿入される、請求項2記載の手術冶具と請求項6記載の確認冶具との組み合わせ。
- 請求項1から3までのいずれかに記載の手術冶具を製造する方法にして、患者の側頭骨の断層撮影情報から生成される3次元画像データに基づき患者の側頭骨の表面形状に関する3次元画像データを得ると共に、該主凹所と該副凹所とを形成すべき部位に関する3次元画像データを得て、これらの画像データに基いて造形する、ことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項4から7までのいずれかに記載の確認冶具を製造する方法にして、患者の手術対象骨の断層撮影情報から生成される3次元画像データに基づき患者の手術対象骨の表面形状に関する3次元画像データを得ると共に、該凹所を形成すべき部位に関する3次元画像データ及び該凹所自体の形状に関する3次元画像データを得て、これらの画像データに基いて造形する、ことを特徴とする方法。
