Claims (5)
- 第1構成で配置され軸方向に離間して配置された複数の第1ヘッダ接触要素を含む第1コネクタポートと、第2構成で配置され軸方向に離間して配置された複数の第2ヘッダ接触要素を含む第2コネクタポートとを有するヘッダを含む植込み型パルス発生器と、
植込み型リード線であって、
可撓性のリード本体であって、近位端と、遠位端部と、前記リード本体内において前記近位端から前記遠位端部まで軸方向に延在する複数の導体管腔とを有する可撓性のリード本体と、
複数の導体ワイヤであって、各導体ワイヤが前記リード本体内の前記複数の導体管腔のうちの1つの内部に延在する複数の導体ワイヤと、
前記リード本体に、前記リード本体の前記遠位端部において接続された複数の電極であって、各電極が前記複数の導体ワイヤの少なくとも1つに電気的に接続される複数の電極と、
前記リード本体の前記近位端に接続された端子コネクタアセンブリであって、前記端子コネクタアセンブリが、パルス発生器ヘッダの前記第1コネクタポート及び前記第2コネクタポートに挿入され、且つ受容されるような大きさに形成されており、前記端子コネクタアセンブリが、軸方向に離間して配置された複数の端子リング要素であって、各端子リング要素が、前記複数の導体ワイヤの少なくとも1つに電気的に接続された複数の端子リング要素を含み、前記複数の端子リング要素が電気絶縁材料によって互いに分離されており、各端子リング要素が第1部分及び第2部分を有する外部表面を有し、前記第1部分が導電性であり、前記第2部分が非導電性である端子コネクタアセンブリとを含む植込み型リード線とを備え、
前記複数の端子リング要素が、
前記第1コネクタポートへの前記端子コネクタアセンブリの完全挿入時において、各端子リング要素の前記第1部分が前記複数の第1ヘッダ接触要素のうち対応する1つと軸方向に整合し、且つ、
前記第2コネクタポートへの前記端子コネクタアセンブリの完全挿入時において、各端子リング要素の前記第2部分が前記複数の第2ヘッダ接触要素のうち対応する1つと軸方向に整合し、各端子リング要素の前記第1部分が前記複数の第2ヘッダ接触要素のうち対応する1つから軸方向に分離され、且つ電気的に絶縁されるように軸方向に配置される植込み型医療デバイスアセンブリ。 - 各端子リング要素がその長さの全体において一定の外径を有する請求項1に記載の植込み型医療デバイスアセンブリ。
- 前記端子コネクタアセンブリがIS4規格に準拠するように構成される請求項1に記載の植込み型医療デバイスアセンブリ。
- 前記第1コネクタポートがIS4規格に準拠するように構成されており、前記第2コネクタポートがDF4規格に準拠するように構成される請求項3に記載の植込み型医療デバイスアセンブリ。
- 各端子リング要素が、
第1直径を有する第1軸部と、前記第1直径以下の大きさの第2直径を有する第2軸部とを有する導電性の端子リング本体であって、前記第1軸部が前記端子コネクタアセンブリの前記外部表面の導電性の前記第1部分を画定する導電性の端子リング本体と、
前記端子リング本体の前記第2軸部の周りに配置された絶縁要素であって、前記絶縁要素が前記端子コネクタアセンブリの前記外部表面の非導電性の前記第2部分を画定する絶縁要素とを含む請求項3に記載の植込み型医療デバイスアセンブリ。
