Description
は、排気ガス中の酸化窒素化合物が還元剤により変換されて無害な物質(例えば、水、窒素および/またはCO2)を形成する、選択接触還元(SCR)法である。還元剤は、多くの場合、液体添加物の形態、特に尿素水溶液の形態でこのような排気ガス処理装置に供給される。32.5%の尿素含有量を有する尿素水溶液はAdBlue(登録商標)という商標としてこの目的のために利用可能である。
a)送達装置のポンプの作動を停止させる工程、
b)送達ダクトと液体添加物のためのタンクとの間の接続を生じる戻りラインの戻しバルブを開口する工程、
c)液体添加物で充填された総容量の大きさを能動的に減少させる工程、
d)戻しバルブを介してタンク内に液体添加物を放出する工程、および
e)送達ダクト内の液体添加物が凍結すると、総容量を受動的に増加させる工程
を少なくとも含む、方法が本発明に関連して特許請求される。

Claims (7)
- タンク(2)から排気ガス処理装置(3)まで液体添加物を送達するための送達装置(1)であって、前記送達装置(1)は、総容量(20)を有する送達ダクト(4)および前記送達ダクト(4)に配置されるポンプ(5)を少なくとも有し、前記送達ダクト(4)は、送達方向(6)において前記ポンプ(5)の下流に可撓性の壁部分(7)を有し、前記送達ダクト(4)内の圧力が所定の作動圧力範囲(11)で存在する場合、前記可撓性の壁部分(7)は、前記送達ダクト(4)に対向して位置する外側(29)で、停止部(9)に当接し、前記外側(29)に、前記可撓性の壁部分(7)を変形するように設計されるバネ要素(8)が設けられ、前記送達ダクト(4)の総容量(20)は、前記送達ダクト(4)内の圧力が閾値圧力(31)より低い場合、大きさが減少する、送達装置(1)。
- 戻しバルブ(21)により閉鎖され得る戻りライン(26)が、前記送達方向(6)において前記ポンプ(5)の下流で前記送達ダクト(4)から分岐する、請求項1に記載の送達装置(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの力センサ(14)が前記停止部(9)に配置され、前記力センサ(14)は、前記送達ダクト(4)内の圧力を決定するために、前記可撓性の壁部分(7)によって前記停止部(9)に付与される力を測定できる、請求項1または2に記載の送達装置(1)。
- 前記ポンプ(5)がポンプ出口(15)を有し、前記送達ダクト(4)が、前記送達方向(6)における前記ポンプ出口(15)の下流にチャンバ(16)を有し、前記ポンプ出口(15)が前記チャンバ(16)内に開口し、前記可撓性の壁部分(7)が前記ポンプ出口(15)に対向して前記チャンバ(16)に配置される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の送達装置(1)。
- 前記可撓性の壁部分(7)が前記停止部(9)に当接する場合、前記停止部(9)が前記バネ要素(8)を収容するレセプタクル(30)を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の送達装置(1)。
- 前記可撓性の壁部分(7)が前記停止部(9)に当接する場合、前記バネ要素(8)が前記可撓性の壁部分(7)の表面積(23)に対して0.2〜1.0barの圧力に対応するバネ力を前記可撓性の壁部分(7)に付与する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の送達装置(1)。
- 内燃エンジン(25)、前記内燃エンジン(25)の排気ガスを浄化するための排気ガス処理装置(3)、液体添加物のためのタンク(2)、および請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の送達装置(1)を有する自動車(24)であって、前記送達装置(1)は、前記タンク(2)から前記排気ガス処理装置(3)まで液体添加物を送達するように設計される、自動車(24)。
