Description
The present invention relates to a shield connector.
For example, an inverter unit and a battery mounted on a hybrid vehicle or an electric vehicle, and an inverter unit and a motor unit are electrically connected by a high-voltage wire harness. In the high-voltage wire harness, a cylindrical shield member such as a braid is provided outside the electric wire, and a shield connector is provided at the terminal. The shield connector has a conductive shield shell, and this shield shell is connected and fixed to, for example, a conductive shield case in the inverter unit.
The shield connector disclosed in

In addition, in the
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and a shield connector capable of preventing the shield shell from being reversely attached to the housing and also capable of suppressing backlash between the housing and the shell body. An object of the present invention is to provide a simple shield connector.
The above object of the present invention is achieved by the following configurations.
(1) An electric wire with a terminal in which a terminal fitting is attached to an end of the electric wire, an insulating housing in which the electric wire with terminal is accommodated or inserted, and a rear end side of the housing from which the electric wire is led out. A shield connector including a conductive shield shell attached to cover an outer surface or an inner surface, wherein the shield shell includes a front end that is an attachment start side to the housing and a rear end that is opposite to the front end. And a shell body formed in a cylindrical shape with an opening, and a bent piece is formed on the shell body so that a tip is directed to the housing side, and on the outer surface or inner surface of the housing When the projecting portion protruding to the shell body side is formed and the mounting direction of the shield shell to the housing is different, the bent piece is attached during the mounting. The shield connector which the side part of the direction orthogonal to the bending direction in abuts on the said convex part as a contact part with respect to the said convex part.
According to the shield connector having the above configuration (1), the bent portion is formed on the shield shell and the convex portion is formed on the housing. There is an effect that. The shield connector having the above configuration (1) is not attached to the bent piece and the convex part during the installation if the shield shell is installed normally. The bent piece and the convex part come into contact with each other on the way, so that the operator can know that it is reversely attached. Further, according to the shield connector having the configuration of (1) above, since the convex portion protruding toward the shell body is formed on the outer surface or the inner surface of the housing, when the convex portion has a backlash filling function, There is an effect that play between the shell body and the shell body can be suppressed. Further, according to the shield connector having the configuration of (1), the side portion in the direction orthogonal to the bending direction, which is a portion where the bending piece is hardly deformed, is a contact portion with respect to the convex portion of the housing. Even if an excessive insertion force is applied at the time of reverse attachment, the bent piece is not deformed, so that the reverse attachment can be surely prevented.
(2) A terminal-attached electric wire with a terminal fitting attached to the end of the electric wire, an insulating housing in which the electric wire with terminal is accommodated or inserted, and a rear end side of the housing from which the electric wire is led out. A shield connector including a conductive shield shell attached to cover an outer surface or an inner surface, wherein the shield shell includes a front end that is an attachment start side to the housing and a rear end that is opposite to the front end. And a shell body formed in a cylindrical shape with an opening, and a bent piece is formed on the shell body so that a tip is directed to the housing side, and on the outer surface or inner surface of the housing A convex portion that protrudes toward the shell body side, and the convex portion extends along the attachment direction of the shield shell and has two different lengths. And formed as two types of ribs respectively disposed on the first surface on the outer or inner surface of the housing and the second surface opposite to the first surface, and the shield shell to the housing. A shield connector in which the bent piece abuts on the convex part during attachment when the attachment direction is different .
According to the shield connector having the configuration of (2) above , the bent portion is formed on the shield shell, and the convex portion is formed on the housing. There is an effect that. The shield connector having the above configuration (2) is not attached to the bent piece and the convex part in the middle of attachment if the shield shell is attached normally, and is attached if the shield shell is attached in a different direction. The bent piece and the convex part come into contact with each other on the way, so that the operator can know that it is reversely attached. In addition, according to the shield connector having the configuration of (2) above, since the convex portion protruding toward the shell main body is formed on the outer surface or the inner surface of the housing, when the convex portion has a backlash filling function, There is an effect that play between the shell body and the shell body can be suppressed. Furthermore, according to the shield connector having the configuration of (2) above, a convex portion is formed as two types of ribs having different lengths, and one convex portion is disposed on the first surface of the outer surface or the inner surface of the housing, Since the other convex part is arrange | positioned on the 2nd surface of the other side, it can be made to understand that it is reverse attachment to an operator with the simple structure of the difference in length and the difference in arrangement | positioning. Therefore, it is possible to provide a convex portion having a better structure.
(3) The shield connector according to (2) , wherein the convex portion is formed so as to protrude to a position near the shield shell .
According to the shield connector having the above configuration (3), since the convex portion protrudes toward the shield shell and is positioned in the vicinity of the shield shell, the effect that the backlash between the housing and the shell body is suppressed by the convex portion. Play. In other words, there is an effect that it is possible to play back between the housing and the shell body by the convex portion.
(4) The shield connector according to (1), (2), or (3) , wherein the bent piece is formed so that the tip of the bent piece is positioned in the vicinity of the housing .
According to the shield connector having the configuration (4), since the end of the bent piece is positioned in the vicinity of the housing, there is an effect that the bent piece suppresses the backlash between the housing and the shell body. In other words, there is an effect that the bent piece can be loosely packed between the housing and the shell body .
(5) The shield connector according to the above (1), (2) , (3), or (4) , wherein the bend line generated by bending the bent piece is bent along the attachment direction of the shield shell. A shield connector formed by cutting and raising a piece .
According to the shield connector having the configuration (5), the formation of the bent piece only raises the middle of the shell body, so that the shield shell can be easily formed even if the bent piece is provided. Play.
According to the shield connector of the present invention, when the mounting direction of the shield shell to the housing is different, in other words, when the reverse attachment (reverse insertion, reverse fitting) is to be performed, the bent piece of the shield shell is the convex portion of the housing. Abut. Due to this contact, the work related to attachment does not proceed, and as a result, the operator can easily recognize that the attachment is reverse. In addition, according to the present invention, the convex portion of the housing protrudes from the housing toward the shield shell, thereby reducing the distance from the shield shell. As a result, backlash between the housing and the shield shell is suppressed. Even if the protrusions and bent pieces that prevent reverse mounting and backlash are formed on the housing and shield shell, the protrusions and bent pieces have a simple shape, which hinders the moldability of the housing and shield shell. Never come.
The shield shell according to the embodiment of the present invention has a cylindrical shell body, and a bent piece whose tip is directed to the housing side (in this embodiment, the inside of the shell) is formed on the shell body. Further, on the outer surface or inner surface of the housing, a convex portion that protrudes toward the shell main body side (in this embodiment, the outer surface side of the housing) is formed. If the shield connector has the bent piece and the convex portion, if the bent piece and the convex portion come into contact with each other during the attachment of the shield shell to the housing, the operator can easily recognize that it is reverse.
By projecting the convex portion toward the shell body, the distance from the shell body can be reduced. That is, backlash between the housing and the shell body can be performed. In addition to the function of preventing reverse mounting, the projection itself has a function of backlashing.

The
The abutting
The
The
In addition, when the
The
The
3, 8, and 9, the
The shell
The
A pair of locking
A
The
Note that recent processing techniques can reduce the distance between the
The
As can be seen from the above description, the
In the above configuration and structure, as shown in FIG. 8, when the
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 9, when the
In FIGS. 8 and 9, illustration of components other than the
As described above with reference to FIGS. 1 to 9, the
(Second Embodiment)
The second embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 10 is a partial cross-sectional perspective view showing the shield connector according to the second embodiment of the present invention. 11 is a rear view showing the housing and the shield shell, FIG. 12 is a longitudinal sectional view of the housing and the shield shell showing a normal attachment state, and FIG. 13 is a longitudinal sectional view of the housing and the shield shell showing an inverted state. is there.
10 to 13, the
The
The
The shell
In the above configuration and structure, as shown in FIG. 12, when the
As described above with reference to FIGS. 10 to 13, the
In addition, the present invention can of course be modified in various ways within the scope not changing the gist of the present invention. For example, in the shield connector 1 (51) of the above embodiment, since the shield shell 4 (53) is externally fitted to the housing 3 (52) and covers the housing outer surface 18 (57), the shell body 25 (61)
