Description
Claims (9)
- 心臓に関する複数の心拍時相に係る複数の画像のデータを記憶する記憶部と、
前記複数の画像から複数の冠動脈構造を抽出する芯線抽出部と、
複数の心拍時相についての冠動脈構造を発生するために、前記抽出された複数の冠動脈構造から他の心拍時相に係る冠動脈構造を補間する補間処理部と、
複数の心拍時相についての冠動脈構造から各心拍位相間の変位分布を計算する変位分布計算部と、
前記複数の画像から選択された特定時相に係る画像から冠動脈モデルを生成する冠動脈モデル生成部と、
前記変位分布に基づいて、前記冠動脈モデルを前記特定時相とは異なる時相の冠動脈モデルに変形する変形処理部とを具備することを特徴とする医用画像処理装置。 - 心臓に関する複数の心拍時相に係る複数の画像のデータを記憶する記憶部と、
前記複数の画像から複数の冠動脈芯線構造を抽出する芯線抽出部と、
前記心臓の1心拍にわたる複数の冠動脈芯線構造を発生するために、前記抽出された複数の冠動脈芯線構造から他の心拍時相に係る冠動脈芯線構造を補間する補間処理部と、
前記1心拍にわたる複数の冠動脈芯線構造から各心拍位相間の変位分布を計算する変位分布計算部と、
前記複数の画像から選択された特定時相に係る画像から冠動脈モデルを生成する冠動脈モデル生成部と、
前記変位分布に基づいて前記冠動脈モデルを心拍位相毎に変形する変形処理部とを具備することを特徴とする医用画像処理装置。 - 前記心臓の収縮末期位相の画像から抽出した冠動脈構造と、拡張末期位相の画像から抽出した冠動脈構造とから、前記他の心拍時相に係る冠動脈構造が補間されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記心臓の収縮末期位相の画像から抽出した冠動脈構造と、拡張末期位相の画像から抽出した冠動脈構造と、前記収縮末期位相と前記拡張末期位相との中間期の心拍位相の画像から抽出した冠動脈構造とから、前記他の心拍時相に係る冠動脈構造が補間されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記複数の画像に関する時間密度は不等であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記冠動脈モデルは、拡張期の心拍位相に係る画像から生成されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記画像は前記心臓を含む部位に関するボリュームデータであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記変形された冠動脈モデルの時間変化から1心拍にかかる冠動脈の血管壁の硬さと血液流入量を計算する計算部を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記計算された血管壁の硬さと血液流入量とから圧力分布を生成する圧力分布生成部を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項8記載の医用画像処理装置。
