Description

Claims (13)
- 軟性カテーテルを位置決めするシステムであって、
カテーテルを含むカテーテル・針組立体を備え、前記カテーテルは遠位端と、このカテーテルに永久に固定されたハブを有する近位端と、管腔と、針と、を有し、前記針は前記管腔内に位置決めされるシャフトを有し、このシャフトは、前記管腔の直径よりも小さな直径を有して間隙空間を残し、前記針は鋭い先端を有し、前記針の遠位部分は前記カテーテルの前記遠位端を越えて突出し、
前記システムは前記カテーテルおよび前記針のシャフトの上に位置決めされるクランプを更に含み、前記クランプは前記針のシャフトに対して前記カテーテルの管腔を解放可能に押圧し、前記カテーテルおよび前記針のシャフトを互いに軸方向への移動に対して固定し、前記クランプは、前記カテーテルを位置決めするように操作され、前記クランプは分離可能な一対のセグメントを備え、前記一対のセグメントは前記カテーテルの遠位端が所望の位置となった後に前記クランプを前記カテーテルから取り外すために分離され、前記クランプは少なくとも前記クランプの一部分を囲む環状のカラーを更に含み、前記環状のカラーは前記カテーテルの管腔と同軸にあり、前記環状のカラーは前記一対のセグメントを分離して前記カテーテルから前記クランプを取り外すために脱係合される、軟性カテーテルを位置決めするシステム。 - 前記クランプが、別の一対のセグメントを有する、請求項1に記載の軟性カテーテルを位置決めするシステム。
- 前記別の一対のセグメントが、分離して前記カテーテルから前記クランプを取り外すためにスナップ式により分離されるように合わさる、請求項2に記載の軟性カテーテルを位置決めするシステム。
- 前記別の一対のセグメントが近位案内路を形成し、前記一対のセグメントが遠位案内路を形成し、前記カテーテル・針組立体の一部分が各案内路を通して延び、前記遠位案内路を越えて延び、かつ前記案内路間を通して延びる、請求項2に記載の軟性カテーテルを位置決めするシステム。
- 圧盤が前記近位案内路の下部セグメントと前記遠位案内路の下部セグメントとの間に延びており、顎部が前記近位案内路の上部セグメントから前記遠位案内路に向かって延びており、前記カテーテル・針組立体が前記圧盤と前記顎部との間に位置決めされる、請求項4に記載の軟性カテーテルを位置決めするシステム。
- 前記一対のセグメントが案内路を形成し、前記カテーテル・針組立体の一部分が前記案内路を通して延びる、請求項1に記載の軟性カテーテルを位置決めするシステム。
- 前記クランプが内腔を有し、前記カテーテルおよび前記針のシャフトが前記内腔内に位置決めされ、前記内腔が少なくとも前記クランプの一部分を囲む前記環状のカラーと同軸にある軸を有する、請求項1に記載の軟性カテーテルを位置決めするシステム。
- 前記クランプの一部分が、前記環状のカラーにより係合されるニップルを含み、前記環状のカラーが、前記一対のセグメントを分離するために前記ニップルから脱係合される、請求項1に記載の軟性カテーテルを位置決めするシステム。
- 軟性カテーテルを位置決めするシステムであって、
カテーテルを含むカテーテル・針組立体を備え、前記カテーテルは遠位端と、このカテーテルに永久に固定されたハブを有する近位端と、管腔と、針と、を有し、前記針は前記管腔内に位置決めされるシャフトを有し、このシャフトは、前記管腔の直径よりも小さな直径を有して間隙空間を残し、前記針は鋭い先端を有し、前記針の遠位部分は前記カテーテルの前記遠位端を越えて突出し、
前記システムは前記カテーテルおよび前記針のシャフトの上に位置決めされるクランプを更に含み、前記クランプは前記針のシャフトに対して前記カテーテルの管腔を解放可能に押圧し、前記カテーテルおよび前記針のシャフトを互いに軸方向への移動に対して固定し、前記クランプは標的神経または血管に向かって前記鋭い先端および前記カテーテルの遠位端を前進させるように操作され、前記クランプは分離可能な複数のセグメントを備え、前記複数のセグメントは前記カテーテルの前記遠位端が所望の位置になった後に永久に固定された前記カテーテルのハブを妨げることなく前記クランプを前記カテーテルから取り外すために分離され、
前記クランプは前記複数のセグメントを分離しないように拘束するネジ切りされたカラーを更に含み、前記ネジ切りされたカラーは前記クランプ上に形成された相手方ネジに螺合され、前記ネジ切りされたカラーは前記複数のセグメントの分離のために前記クランプ上に形成された前記相手方ネジから脱係合される、軟性カテーテルを位置決めするシステム。 - 前記クランプが、ニップルを含み、前記相手方ネジが前記ニップルに形成される、請求項9に記載の軟性カテーテルを位置決めするシステム。
- 前記クランプが、別の一対のセグメントを有する、請求項9に記載の軟性カテーテルを位置決めするシステム。
- 前記別の一対のセグメントが近位案内路を形成し、前記一対のセグメントが遠位案内路を形成し、前記カテーテル・針組立体の一部分が各案内路を通して延び、前記遠位案内路を越えて延び、かつ前記案内路間を通して延びる、請求項11に記載の軟性カテーテルを位置決めするシステム。
- 前記クランプが軸を有する内腔を含み、前記カテーテルが前記内腔内に位置決めされ、前記複数のセグメントが前記内腔の軸平面に沿った分離のために合わさる、請求項9に記載の軟性カテーテルを位置決めするシステム。
