Claims (10)
- 鉱物繊維のブランケットを製造するプロセス中に回収される水溶液の腐食性レベルを制御する方法であって、前記プロセスは、繊維化と、典型的にはアクリルタイプの多価酸を含むバインダによる前記繊維のコーティングとを特に含み、前記水溶液は、少なくとも部分的に、前記バインダが調製される領域および/または製造プラントのスクラビング領域へリサイクルされ、前記方法は、リサイクル回路内の前記溶液のpHが、前記pHを変更するための試薬たとえば塩基を前記回路へ注入することによって最小値および最大値の間に保たれ、前記pH変更試薬の流量が、腐食を測定するためのプローブを用いることなく、前記繊維化プロセス中に注入された酸性バインダの流量に応じて直接調節され、ここにおいて、前記リサイクル回路内の前記溶液のpHは、前記多価酸を含む酸性バインダの流量と前記pH変更試薬の流量との比Rに基づいて保たれる、ここにおいて、前記比Rは、前記多価酸を含む酸性バインダに関する酸性度定数及び前記pH変更試薬に関する塩基性度定数に応じて決定される、ことを特徴とする方法。

- 前記pH変更試薬は、アルカリまたはアルカリ土類金属の水酸化物または炭酸塩タイプのアルカリ性塩基から選択される請求項1乃至7の何れか1項記載の制御方法。
- 前記多価酸は、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、クロトン酸、イソクロトン酸、マレイン酸および桂皮酸の群からなるポリカルボン酸から選択される請求項1乃至8の何れか1項記載の制御方法。
- 繊維ブランケットを製造するためのプラントであって、新たに形成された繊維上に典型的にはアクリルタイプの多価酸を含むバインダの溶液を噴霧する手段(7)を組み込んだ繊維化ユニット(1)と、バインダを含浸した繊維を収集してそれらを架橋エンクロージャー(12)へ搬送する手段(9)と、過剰なバインダおよび水を含む水溶液を、搬送手段(9)上に収集された繊維ブランケットから吸引する吸引手段(10)とを具備しており、前記吸引手段(10)は、前記水溶液を噴霧手段(7)に供給されるバインダ溶液を調製するためのステーション(101)および/または前記プラントをスクラビングする手段へリサイクルするためのリサイクルループ(300)に流体連絡しており、前記プラントはpH変更試薬たとえば塩基の制御された量を注入して調節する手段(105、106)を更に含み、前記調節手段(105、106)は、腐食を測定するための手段を伴わずに、前記繊維化ユニットへ注入される多価酸の量に応じて較正される制御手段(110)に従属しており、ここにおいて、前記溶液のpHは、前記多価酸を含むバインダの流量と前記pH変更試薬の流量との比Rに基づいて保たれる、ここにおいて、前記比Rは、前記多価酸を含むバインダに関する酸性度定数及び前記pH変更試薬に関する塩基性度定数に応じて決定される、ことを特徴とするプラント。
