Description
Claims (6)
- 患者から取得された生理学的信号を患者モニタ内の生理学的信号処理回路に結合する装置において、
a)生理学的信号を取得する生理学的信号センサに接続するリードワイヤに結合する入力端部を持ち、前記患者モニタに接続する第2の信号導体に結合する出力端部を持つ第1の信号導体と、
b)前記第1の信号導体をシールドするように配置された第1のシールドであって、前記第1の信号導体が前記第2の信号導体又は前記リードワイヤに結合される場合に、前記第2の信号導体をシールドするように配置された第2のシールドに又は前記リードワイヤをシールドするように配置されたリードシールドに接続される、当該第1のシールドと、
c)前記第1の信号導体が前記第2の信号導体及び前記リードワイヤに結合される場合に、前記第1のシールドと前記第2のシールドとの間に、又は前記第1のシールドと前記リードシールドとの間に、前記リードシールド、前記第1のシールド及び前記第2のシールドにより生成された導体経路を通って流れる電流を減衰するように接続される抵抗器と、
を有する装置。 - 前記第1の信号導体が前記第2の信号導体に結合される場合に、前記第1の信号導体と前記第2の信号導体との間に接続される干渉フィルタ回路を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、複数の前記第1の信号導体を有し、前記複数の第1の信号導体の各々が、複数の前記リードワイヤのそれぞれ1つに結合する入力端部を持ち、前記複数のリードワイヤの各々が、複数の前記生理学的信号センサのそれぞれ1つに接続し、前記複数の第1の信号導体の各々が、複数の前記第2の信号導体のそれぞれ1つに結合する出力端部を持ち、前記装置が、前記第1の信号導体をシールドするように配置された複数の前記第1のシールドを有し、前記複数の第1のシールドの各々は、前記複数の第1の信号導体が前記複数のリードワイヤ又は前記複数の第2の信号導体に結合される場合に、前記複数のリードワイヤのそれぞれ1つをシールドするように配置された複数の第2のシールドのそれぞれ1つに又は前記複数の第2の信号導体の全てをシールドするように配置された共通のシールドとして構成される第2のシールドに接続され、前記装置が、複数の前記抵抗器を有し、前記複数の抵抗器の各々が、前記複数の第1のシールドのそれぞれ1つと前記複数の第2のシールドのそれぞれ1つとの間に、又は前記複数の第1のシールドのそれぞれ1つと前記第2のシールドとの間に、前記複数のリードシールド、前記複数の第1のシールド及び前記第2のシールドにより生成された導体経路を通って流れる電流を減衰するように接続される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、複数の干渉フィルタ回路を有し、前記複数の干渉フィルタ回路の各々は、前記複数の第1の信号導体が前記複数の第2の信号導体に結合される場合に、前記第1の信号導体のそれぞれ1つと前記複数の第2の信号導体のそれぞれ1つとの間に接続される、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、前記複数のリードワイヤ及び前記複数のリードシールドを接続する入力接続部を持ち、ソケット又はジャックに差し込まれることができる出力接続部を持つトランクブロックとして構成される、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、前記共通のシールド及び前記複数の第2の信号導体を含む単一のケーブルを有し、前記単一のケーブルが、前記トランクブロックに接続された第1の端部と前記出力接続部を含むトランクコネクタに接続された反対側の第2の端部とを持つ、請求項5に記載の装置。
