Description

The present invention relates to a film body mounting structure for attaching a midway portion in the surface direction of a film body to a long body constituting a stationary member such as a structure, and a film body mounting method using the same.

Conventionally, there is a film body mounting structure described in Patent Document 1 below. In particular, according to those shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 of this publication, the film body mounting structure constitutes a fixed-side member such as a structure, and this long body is elongated with respect to a long body extending in one direction. The middle part in the surface direction of the film body extending along the body can be racked with a rope, and can be attached to the fixed side member using a metal fastener member. A film body is stretched on the member.

By the way, in the above-mentioned conventional technology, the attachment of the middle part of the film body to the fixed side member is attempted without attaching a hole to the film body that may cause water leakage. There is a case of racking with a rope as shown in FIG. In this case, it is necessary to form a large number of eyelet portions on the film body side, and the construction work requires a long time such as passing a rope through each eyelet portion. In addition, when a metal fastener member as shown in FIG. 10 is used, although the construction work can be performed to a certain degree of time, the distance between the film body and the fixed side member is increased, so that the fixed side member The position is lowered, and the internal space of the fixed side member is unnecessarily narrowed.

The present invention has been made paying attention to the above-described circumstances, and the object of the present invention is to attach a membrane in the surface direction of the film body to the long body constituting the stationary member. In addition, in this section, the reference numerals and drawing numbers appended to the above terms are not intended to limit the technical scope of the present invention to the “Example” section and the contents of the drawings described later.

The effects of the present invention are as follows.

The invention of claim 1 constitutes a fixed member such as a structure and attaches a midway portion in the surface direction of the film body extending along the long body to the long body extending long in a certain direction. In the membrane mounting structure,
A pair of left and right support members that are arranged side by side in the surface direction of the film body between the middle part of the film body and the elongated body, and are attached to extend in parallel with each other by providing a gap along the elongated body; With the work space connected to the gap provided between the pair of left and right support members and the long body, the long body and the pair of left and right supports at a plurality of locations along the longitudinal direction of the long body. A pair of left and right mounting pieces respectively attached to the material and a bag shape as seen from the line of sight along the longitudinal direction of the elongated body, and a part of the circumferential direction is joined to the middle part of the film body On the other hand, the other part in the circumferential direction is inserted into the gap and the flexible bag-like part extends toward the longitudinal direction, and the other part in the bag-like part is inserted into the crease. An inner body that expands the outer width dimension of the cross section of the cross section of the gap to be larger than the inner width dimension of the gap. It is provided.

For this reason, when attaching the middle part of the film body to the long body of the fixed side member using the above-mentioned film body mounting structure, the film is applied to the gap between the left and right support members attached to the long body. The other part of the bag-shaped part attached to the middle part of the body inserts the wrinkle, and then the other part of the bag-shaped part passes through the inner body of the crocodile. What is necessary is just to support the other part of the said bag-shaped part so that it may straddle the said left and right support material.

Therefore, the processing on the film body side is reduced and the processing on the film body side can be easily performed as compared with the conventional technique in which the middle part of the film body is attached to the long body by racking with a rope or the like. In addition, it is possible to easily and smoothly attach the middle part of the film body to the long body. In addition, the distance between the film body and the elongated body can be shortened compared to the one using the metallic fastener member described in the prior art, and the internal space of the fixed side member is unnecessary. It is prevented from being narrowed.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, the other end in the circumferential direction of the bag-shaped portion is flat in a free state in which the inner body is not inserted.

For this reason, at the time of attaching the middle portion of the film body to the fixed side member, the operation of inserting the wrinkle of the other part of the bag-like portion into the gap can be easily and smoothly performed.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, an imaginary straight line passing through the part in the circumferential direction of the bag-shaped part and perpendicular to the surface direction of the middle part of the film body as seen from the line of sight along the longitudinal direction of the bag-shaped part When set, in the free state of the bag-like part, the other part of the bag-like part is arranged so as to be biased to either the left or right of the virtual line.

For this reason, when the other part of the bag-like part is inserted into the gap between the left and right support members during the attaching operation of the middle part of the film body to the fixed side member, the other part is Can be easily pressed lightly against at least one of the left and right support members. And if it does in this way, it can position so that the other part of the said bag-shaped part may keep a wrinkle in a fixed attitude | position with respect to said one support material.

Therefore, after that, when the other part of the bag-shaped part passes the interior body into the alligator, the other part is inserted into the armor compared to the other part being in a free state. This makes it possible to easily and smoothly attach the middle part of the film body to the long body.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, a plurality of left and right attachment pieces for attaching the left and right support members to the long body are provided in the longitudinal direction of the long body, and the left and right attachment pieces are provided for the long body. Are arranged in a zigzag pattern in the longitudinal direction.

Here, when the middle part of the film body is attached to the fixed side member as described above, the other part of the bag-like part inserts a wrinkle into the gap, or the other part inserts the inner body into the wrinkle In addition, the space between the elongated body and the left and right support members becomes a work space for each of the insertion operations.

In the above case, when an operator inserts a hand or a tool from the left or right outer side of the partial area of the work space in the longitudinal direction of the long body, As described above, since the left and right mounting pieces are arranged in a staggered manner, the above operations can be performed easily and smoothly while avoiding at least one of the left and right mounting pieces. Therefore, also in this point, the work of attaching the middle part of the film body to the long body can be performed more easily and smoothly.

The invention according to claim 5 is a belt-like base material in which the bag-like portion extends in the longitudinal direction so as to constitute a part of the bag-like portion and is surface-bonded to the middle portion of the film body, and the bag-like portion The other part of the bag extends in the longitudinal direction so as to form a wrinkle, and each cross section of the longitudinal direction has a ring shape, and a part of the circumferential direction is fixed to the substrate, and has a bag-like body. It is a three-dimensional woven fabric in which the base material and the bag-like portion main body are integrally woven.

For this reason, when forming the bag-shaped part, temporarily forming the base material and the bag-shaped part main body, then combining them to form the bag-shaped part, According to the present invention, a bag-like portion having a high strength can be easily and smoothly formed by integrally weaving the base material and the bag-like portion main body. Therefore, it is possible to more easily and smoothly attach the middle portion of the film body to the long body. Further, since it is only necessary to join the film body to the film body at the time of processing, the processing on the film body side can be reduced, and the processing on the film body side can be facilitated.

According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, a resin that can be welded to the film body is provided on at least a surface of the outer surface of the base material that is surface-bonded to a middle portion of the film body.

For this reason, the film body and the bag-like portion can be joined by heat welding. According to such heat welding, the bag-like portion is more firmly and integrally bonded to the film body. And can be easily joined.

A seventh aspect of the present invention is a film body mounting method using the film body mounting structure according to the first aspect, wherein the bag-shaped portion is formed in the gap between the left and right support members with respect to the bag-shaped portion. After the other part has inserted the wrinkle, this other part is inserted into the inner body. This has the same effect as in the first aspect of the invention, and the other part of the bag-like portion is caught in the gap between the left and right support members after the interior body is first inserted into the bag-like portion. It is possible to work more easily and smoothly than inserting.

FIG. 3 is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken along line II in FIG. 2. It is a partial side view of a film body attachment structure. (A) is a figure of the free state of a bag-shaped part. (B) is a figure which shows the attachment method of a film body.

The film body mounting structure according to the present invention is such that when a midway portion in the surface direction of the film body is mounted on the long body constituting the fixed side member, the film body side can be easily processed, and the fixed side member An embodiment for carrying out the present invention to realize the object of enabling easy and smooth attachment of the middle part of the film body to the body and further preventing the internal space of the stationary member from being unnecessarily narrowed. Is as follows.

That is, the film body mounting structure constitutes a fixed side member such as a structure, and a long-side body extending in a certain direction is provided with a middle portion in the surface direction of the film body extending along the long body. It is to be attached, and is juxtaposed in the plane direction of the film body between the middle part of the film body and the elongated body, and extends parallel to each other along the elongated body and is attached to the elongated body. A pair of left and right support members, a gap formed between the left and right support members, and a bag shape as seen from the line of sight along the longitudinal direction of the elongated body, a part of the circumferential direction of which is the film body A flexible bag-like portion in which the other portion in the circumferential direction is inserted into the gap, and the other portion of the bag-like portion is inserted into the alligator while extending in the longitudinal direction. The outer width dimension of the cross section of the cross section of the bag-like portion is larger than the inner width dimension of the gap. And an inner body.

In order to explain the present invention in more detail, an embodiment thereof will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1 and 2, reference numeral 1 denotes a membrane structure such as a tent type building. The membrane structure 1 includes a fixed side member 2 installed on the ground foundation and the fixed side member 2 from above. A film body 3 provided so as to cover and extending in a substantially horizontal direction, and a film body attachment for attaching the film body 3 by attaching a midway portion 3a in the surface direction of the film body 3 to the stationary member 2 Structure 4 is provided.

The fixed-side member 2 has a column member 8 erected on the foundation, and a long body 9 extending from the upper part of the column member 8 so as to form an arch shape in one horizontal direction. ing. The elongated body 9 constitutes a main beam of the fixed side member 2 and is made of metal and made of a circular pipe in cross section. The middle part 3 a of the film body 3 extends along the long body 9.

The film body 4 is coated with a base material that is a woven fabric formed of natural fibers such as kenaf fibers, synthetic fibers such as polyester fibers, or inorganic fibers such as glass fibers, and outer surfaces on both sides of the base material ( And an outer surface material (coating material) made of a thermoplastic resin material such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or fluororesin.

The film body mounting structure 4 is arranged in parallel in the surface direction of the film body 3 between the middle part 3 a of the film body 3 and the long body 9, and the long body is located above the long body 9. A plurality of left and right support members 12, 12 extending in parallel with each other along the longitudinal direction of the long body 9, and the left and right support members 12, 12 are respectively attached to the long body 9. The left and right attachment pieces 13 and 13 and the gap 14 formed between the left and right support members 12 and 12 are provided.

The left and right support members 12, 12 are made of reinforcing bars having a circular cross section and the same diameter. The left and right attachment pieces 13 and 13 are made of sheet metal and are arranged in a staggered manner in the longitudinal direction of the long body 9, and each attachment piece 13 is predetermined in the longitudinal direction of the long body 9. Arranged at intervals. Further, the left and right mounting pieces 13 and 13 are separated from each other to the left and right by an amount substantially corresponding to the entire width dimension of the left and right support members 12 and 12.

Specifically, the diameter of each support member 12 is about 10 to 30 mm, and the inner width dimension w of the gap 14 is about 4 to 15 mm. Moreover, the width dimension of each said attachment piece 13 is about 30-60 mm, and the space | interval in the longitudinal direction of the said elongate body 9 is about 100-300 mm.

The film body mounting structure 4 extends along the lower surface of the middle part 3a of the film body 3 and is viewed from the line of sight along the longitudinal direction of the elongated body 9 (FIG. 1). Is formed into a bag shape, in other words, a ring shape, and a portion 15a in the circumferential direction is joined to the middle portion 3a of the film body 3, while another portion 15b in the circumferential direction has a flat shape so that the gap 14 and the flexible bag-like portion 15 inserted in the longitudinal direction of the elongate body 9 and the other portion of the bag-like portion 15 are inserted into the wrinkle 15b. And an interior body 16 that enlarges the outer width dimension W of the cross section of the flange 15b to be larger than the inner width dimension w of the gap 14. In this case, the bag-like portion 15 has a cylindrical shape as a whole, in other words, a tube shape. The bag-like portion 15 is composed of a plurality of short materials, and the longitudinal direction of the long body 9 is formed. May be provided intermittently.

The interior body 16 is a long material such as a rope, rubber, or metal wire, and may be formed of the same material as the above-described fibers as the material of the film body 3. Other fibers, chloroprene You may form rubber | gum, rubber | gum, such as EPDM, other rubber | gum, and various metal materials. The interior body 16 has a diameter of about 8 to 20 mm.

The bag-like portion 15 may be made of the same material as that mentioned in the film body 4 or may be made of a simple fiber woven fabric, or simply by bending these belt-like bodies in the width direction. The belt-like base material 20 and the bag-like portion main body 21 may be formed. In this embodiment, the middle portion of the film body 3 extends in the longitudinal direction so as to constitute a part 15 a of the bag-like portion 15. 3a, a belt-like base material 20 surface-bonded to the lower surface, and the other part of the bag-like part 15 extends in the longitudinal direction so as to form a flange 15b. Is partly attached to the central portion in the width direction of the base material 20.

The base material 20 of the bag-like portion 15 and the bag-like portion main body 21 are a three-dimensional woven fabric that is integrally woven. In this case, the bag-like portion 15 may be formed of the same material as the above-described fibers as the material of the film body 3, or may be formed of other fibers. Further, among the outer surfaces of the bag-like portion 15, at least the outer surface of the base material 20 facing the film body 3 is coated with a heat-weldable resin, and the outer surface of the base material 20 is made to be the above-mentioned by the heat welding. The film body 3 is surface-bonded to the midway part 3a. In addition, joining of the part 15a of the bag-like part 15 to the middle part 3a of the film body 3 may be performed by adhesion or sewing.

As shown in FIG. 3A, the bag-like body 21 of the bag-like part 15 is fixed to the base material 20 in a free state in which the interior body 16 is not inserted into the bag-like part 15. A part in the circumferential direction and the other part facing the part in the radial direction of the bag-like body 21 are bent into a flat ring shape.

In addition, when viewed in a line of sight along the longitudinal direction of the bag-like portion 15, an imaginary straight line 23 that is orthogonal to the surface direction of the middle portion 3 a of the film body 3 and passes through the portion 15 a in the circumferential direction of the bag-like portion 15. Is set in the free state of the bag-like portion 15, and the other portion of the bag-like portion 15 is arranged so that the wrinkle 15b is biased to either the left or right of the virtual straight line 23 (right in the figure), and , And is inclined with respect to the virtual straight line 23.

Next, a method for attaching the film body 3 to the stationary member 2 using the film body attachment structure 4 having the above-described configuration will be described.

First, the left and right support members 12 and 12 are attached to the long body 9 by the left and right attachment pieces 13 and 13. On the other hand, a part 15a of the bag-like part 15 is attached to the middle part 3a of the film body 3 by joining (FIG. 3A).

Next, on the installation site of the membrane structure 1, with the left and right support materials 12, 12 as a reference, the middle portion 3 a of the membrane body 3 opposite to the long body 9 is attached to the middle portion 3 a. The formed bag-like portion 15 is positioned (the chain double-dashed line in FIG. 3B). At this time, or in advance, the other portion of the bag-like portion 15 is internally provided with a cord body 25 having a small cross-sectional area in the flange 15b. The rope body 25 is a flexible long material such as a tape, a rope, or a wire.

Next, the other portion of the bag-like portion 15 is inserted into the gap 14 between the left and right support members 12 and 12 with the wrinkles 15b flattened (solid line in FIG. 3B).

Next, after connecting one end portion of the interior body 16 to one end portion of the strip body 25 outside the bag-shaped portion 15, the other end portion of the strip body 25 is pulled, The other part of the bag-like part 15 is pulled out from the wrinkle 15b. Then, the inner body 16 is inserted into the other portion 15b of the bag-like portion 15. As a result, the outer width dimension W of the cross section of the other portion 15 b of the bag-shaped portion 15 is made larger than the inner width dimension w of the gap 14. And the other part of the said bag-shaped part 15 expanded by insertion of the said interior body 16 arrange | positions the wrinkle 15b over the said left and right support materials 12 and 12 (FIG. 1, 2).

Next, by applying tension to the film body 3, the other portion of the bag-like portion 15 inserted through the interior body 16 supports the wrinkles 15 b on the left and right support members 12 and 12. If the film body 3 is tensioned in this way, the film body 3 is stretched with respect to the stationary member 2.

According to the above configuration, the film body 3 is arranged in parallel in the surface direction of the film body 3 between the middle part 3a of the film body 3 and the long body 9, and extends in parallel with each other along the long body 9. A pair of left and right support members 12, 12 attached to the body 9, a gap 14 formed between the left and right support members 12, 12, and a line of sight along the longitudinal direction of the long body 9 ( FIG. 1) A flexible bag having a bag shape, a part 15a in the circumferential direction being joined to the middle part 3a of the film body 3 and a part 15b in the other circumferential direction being inserted into the gap 14. And the other part of the bag-like part 15 is inserted into the flaw 15b, and the other part of the bag-like part 15 has the outer width dimension W of the cross-section of the flaw 15b. 14 and an interior body 16 that is larger than the inner width dimension w.

For this reason, the left and right support members attached to the long body 9 during the attachment work of the middle part 3a of the film body 3 to the long body 9 of the fixed-side member 2 using the film body attachment structure 4 having the above configuration. 12, the other part of the bag-like part 15 attached to the middle part 3a of the film body 3 is inserted into the gap 15b, and then the other part of the bag-like part 15 is inserted into the jaw 15b. The inner body 16 is inserted, and the other portion of the bag-like portion 15 whose outer width W is expanded by the insertion of the inner body 16 supports the wrinkles 15b so as to straddle the left and right support members 12, 12. Just do it.

Therefore, compared to the conventional technique in which the middle part 3a of the film body 3 is attached to the long body 9 using a rope racking or a metal fastener member, the processing to the film body 3 side is performed. As a result, the film body 3 side can be easily processed, and the middle part 3a of the film body 3 can be easily and smoothly attached to the long body 9. Further, the distance between the film body 3 and the elongate body 9 can be shortened as compared with that using the metallic fastener member described in the prior art. It is prevented that the space is unnecessarily narrowed.

Moreover, as described above, the other end portion in the circumferential direction of the bag-like portion 15 has a flat shape in a free state in which the inner body 16 is not inserted.

For this reason, at the time of attaching the intermediate part 3a of the film body 3 to the fixed side member 2 described above, the work of inserting the wrinkle 15b of the other part of the bag-like part 15 into the gap 14 can be made easy and smooth. it can.

Further, as described above, when viewed from the line of sight along the longitudinal direction of the bag-like portion 15 (FIG. 3A), the bag-like portion 15 is perpendicular to the surface direction of the middle portion 3 a of the film body 3 and the bag-like portion 15. When the virtual straight line 23 passing through the portion 15a in the circumferential direction is set, in the free state of the bag-shaped portion 15 (FIG. 3A), the other portion 15b of the bag-shaped portion 15 is the virtual straight line 23. And are inclined with respect to the imaginary straight line 23.

For this reason, at the time of attaching the middle part 3a of the film body 3 to the fixed side member 2 described above, the other part of the bag-like part 15 has a gap 15b in the gap 14 between the left and right support members 12, 12. When inserted, this other part can be easily pressed lightly against the support member 12 of at least one of the left and right support members 12, 12. And if it does in this way, the other part of the said bag-shaped part 15 can be positioned with respect to said one support material 12 so that the wrinkle 15b may be maintained in a fixed attitude | position (FIG.3 (b)).

Therefore, after that, when the other part of the bag-like portion 15 allows the inner body 16 to be inserted into the wand 15b, the other part is connected to the ward 15b as compared to the other part 15b being in a free state. The insertion work of the inner body 16 can be facilitated, and thereby the attachment work of the middle part 3a of the film body 3 to the long body 9 can be performed more easily and smoothly.

Further, as described above, a plurality of left and right attachment pieces 13 and 13 are provided in the longitudinal direction of the long body 9 to attach the left and right support members 12 and 12 to the long body 9, respectively. The attachment pieces 13 are arranged in a staggered manner in the longitudinal direction of the long body 9.

Here, at the time of attaching the middle part 3a of the film body 3 to the fixed side member 2 described above, the other part of the bag-like part 15 is inserted into the gap 14 and the other part is installed in the ward 15b. When the body 16 is inserted, the space between the elongate body 9 and the left and right support members 12 and 12 becomes a work space 26 for each of the insertion operations.

In the above case, when an operator inserts a hand or a tool from the left or right outer side to the partial area of the work space 26 in the longitudinal direction of the long body 9, Since the left and right mounting pieces 13 and 13 are arranged in a staggered manner as described above, the insertion and the insertion can be performed easily and smoothly while avoiding at least one of the left and right mounting pieces 13 and 13. Insertion work can be done. Therefore, also in this point, the attachment work of the middle part 3a of the film body 3 to the long body 9 can be performed more easily and smoothly.

Further, as described above, the bag-like portion 15 extends in the longitudinal direction so as to constitute a portion 15 a of the bag-like portion 15, and is bonded to the middle portion 3 a of the film body 3 with the belt-like base material 20. The bag-like portion 15 extends in the longitudinal direction so that the other portion of the bag-like portion 15 constitutes the flange 15 b, and the cross-section of each portion in the longitudinal direction forms an annular shape, and a portion in the circumferential direction is fixed to the base material 20. The base body 20 and the bag-shaped part main body 21 are integrally woven into a three-dimensional fabric.

For this reason, when forming the bag-like portion 15, if the base material 20 and the bag-like portion main body 21 are individually formed, the bag-like portion 15 is formed by combining these 20 and 21. In contrast, according to the above-described configuration, the base material 20 and the bag-shaped portion main body 21 are integrally woven to form the bag-shaped portion 15 having a high strength easily and smoothly. . Therefore, the work of attaching the middle part 3a of the film body 3 to the long body 9 can be performed more easily and smoothly.

Further, as described above, a resin that can be welded to the film body 3 is provided on at least the surface of the outer surface of the base material 20 that is surface-bonded to the middle portion 3 a of the film body 3.

For this reason, joining of the film body 3 and the bag-like portion 15 can be performed by heat welding. According to such heat welding, the bag-like portion 15 is more firmly attached to the film body 3. It can be firmly and integrally joined together.
