Description

The present invention relates to a polyethylene sleeve for covering a pipe, particularly a polyethylene sleeve for covering a branch pipe such as a T-shaped metal pipe (so-called T-shaped pipe) and a polyethylene sleeve method .

Conventionally, when metal pipes such as cast iron pipes are buried in the ground, the pipes that make up the pipelines are designed to prevent corrosion and electrical corrosion by eliminating the effects of contact with corrosive soil and groundwater. A so-called polyethylene sleeve method is known in which a tube-shaped polyethylene film is coated and embedded.

In this case, the pipe to be covered by the polyethylene sleeve method is not limited to a straight pipe. That is, in a branch pipe such as a T-shaped pipe or a Y-shaped pipe having a branch pipe section branched from a part of the main pipe section, for example, as described in Patent Document 1, a polyethylene sleeve is used as in the case of a straight pipe. It is desirable to coat.

Here, as shown in FIGS. 17 (a) and 17 (b), the conventional polyethylene sleeve construction method for the T-shaped tube 1 in which the branch pipe portion 3 branches in a substantially right angle direction from the substantially middle portion of the main pipe portion 2 is as follows. This is done. In FIGS. 17 (a) and 17 (b), 4 is a connecting portion where the main pipe portion 2 and the branch pipe portion 3 are connected, 5 is a receiving port, and 6 is an insertion port.

First, as a polyethylene sleeve for covering the T-shaped tube 1, as shown in FIGS. 18 and 19, a substantially cylindrical main tube covering portion 51 for covering the main tube portion 2 of the T-shaped tube 1 (in FIG. 18, , A simplified plan view of the main pipe covering portion 51) and a substantially short tube-shaped branch pipe covering portion 52 covering the branch pipe portion 3 of the T-shaped tube 1 (FIG. 19 shows the branch pipe covering). A simple perspective view of part 52 is provided separately. The main pipe covering portion 51 is formed so as to be openable by forming a cross notch 54 at a location corresponding to the connecting portion 4 connecting the main pipe portion 2 and the branch pipe portion 3 of the T-tube 1. In addition, a cut line is formed in a straight line so as to extend from the opening portion to one end side of the main pipe part 2 (in FIG. 18, the side where the receiving port 5 of the main pipe part 2 of the T-shaped pipe 1 is provided). 55 is formed. Further, the branch pipe covering portion 52 can be in close contact with the arc surface in the vicinity of the joint portion 4 in the main pipe portion 2 of the T-shaped tube 1 while covering the branch tube portion 3 and the joint portion 4 of the T-shaped tube 1. In this way, a plurality of (for example, six) cuts 56 are formed at regular intervals in the circumferential direction on the one end side.

Next, as shown in FIG. 20, with respect to the main pipe part 2 of the T-shaped pipe 1, the main pipe covering part 51 is aligned with the branch pipe part 3 and the connection part 4 by expanding the cut lines 55 and 54 in order. The branch pipe portion 3 is projected from the position where the cut 54 in the main pipe covering portion 51 is formed. In addition, the operation | work which inserts the main pipe | tube coating | coated part 51 in the outer periphery of the main pipe part 2 of this T-shaped pipe 1 is shown in Fig.21 (a), (b) using the crane etc. After lifting the insertion slot 6 side and changing the position of the jig 65 supporting the insertion slot 6 side of the T-shaped tube 1 to the center side of the main pipe section 2, as shown in FIG. The main pipe covering portion 51 is externally installed from the insertion opening 6 side of the T-shaped tube 1, and then, as shown in FIG. 21 (d), the jig 65 is raised while lifting the insertion opening 6 side of the T-shaped tube 1 again. Is returned to the insertion port 6 side of the T-shaped tube 1.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 22A, the cut 55 is joined by the adhesive tape 61 to cover the cut 55. Further, as shown in FIGS. 22 (b) and 23, the main pipe covering portion 51 is folded and wound so that the folding portion 51a is positioned in the vicinity of the pipe top portion in the main pipe portion 2, and the folding portion 51a While fixing the edge part 51b with multiple places adhesive tape 62, the rubber band 58 is wound around the part corresponding to the receiving side part and the insertion side part of the main pipe part 2 in the main pipe covering part 51 in an annular shape, A main pipe covering part 51 is fixed to the main pipe part 2 of the T-shaped pipe 1. Further, an adhesive tape 63 is annularly attached to the connecting portion 4 side portion of the branch pipe portion 3 from above the portion (divided piece portion) 51c that is divided and spread through the cut 54 of the main pipe covering portion 51, The divided piece portion 51 c of the tube covering portion 51 is fixed to the branch tube portion 3.

Thereafter, as shown in FIGS. 24 and 25, the branch pipe covering portion 52 is put on the branch pipe portion 3 of the T-shaped tube 1, and the portion that is divided and spreads along the cut 56 in the branch pipe covering portion 52. (Divided piece part) 52a is spread and adjusted so as to be in close contact with the arc surface in the vicinity of the joint part 4 in the main pipe part 2 of the T-shaped tube 1, and the divided piece part 52a is formed using an adhesive tape 64. It fixes to the circular arc surface of the junction part 4 vicinity location. Finally, the rubber band 59 is looped and fixed to the receiving side portion of the branch pipe portion 3 on the opposite side portion of the branch pipe covering portion 52.
JP-A-7-137131

However, according to the conventional polyethylene sleeve construction method, since the polyethylene sleeve is constituted by two sleeves of the main pipe covering portion 51 and the branch pipe covering portion 52, the main pipe covering portion 51 is replaced with the main pipe portion 2. After the winding, as shown in FIG. 23, the adhesive tape 63 is applied to the connecting portion 4 side portion of the branch pipe portion 3 from above the split piece portion 51c that is divided and spread through the cut 54 of the main pipe covering portion 51. 25, the split piece portion 52a of the branch pipe covering portion 52 is connected to the vicinity of the joint portion 4 in the main pipe portion 2 of the T-shaped tube 1 as shown in FIG. It is necessary to join the branch pipe covering portion to be fixed to the arc surface of the location using the adhesive tape 64. If the adhesive tape 63, 64 is incompletely attached, groundwater or the like may enter from this location. , Rot Prevention of arrows electrolytic corrosion function may decrease. In addition, the pasting operation of the adhesive tapes 63 and 64 requires a great deal of labor and time. Furthermore, since such operations require skill, the unskilled person can perform the coating well. There was also a problem of not being.

Further, according to the above-described conventional polyethylene sleeve construction method, in the operation of inserting the main tube covering portion 51 into the outer periphery of the main tube portion 2 of the T-shaped tube 1, as shown in FIG. Therefore, it is necessary to move the jig 65 supporting the T-shaped tube 1, and this work also takes a lot of time and effort.

The present invention solves the above-described problems, and provides a polyethylene sleeve method and a polyethylene sleeve that can satisfactorily maintain the function of preventing corrosion and electrolytic corrosion and can reduce the labor and time of work. It is for the purpose.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the first invention is a polyethylene sleeve method for covering a branch pipe having a main pipe part and a branch pipe part with a polyethylene sleeve ,
The polyethylene sleeve has a width substantially corresponding to the axial length of the main pipe part, extends in a band shape beyond the circumferential length of the outer peripheral surface of the main pipe part, and covers the outer circumference of the main pipe part in the circumferential direction. The main pipe covering part that can be joined with fasteners at both ends extending in a band shape, and the branch pipe part are integrally formed in a cylindrical shape so as to stand up from a part of the main pipe covering part and have a branch pipe coating unit for,
Cover the branch pipe covering part of the polyethylene sleeve on the branch pipe part of the branch pipe,
Wrap the main sleeve coating of the polyethylene sleeve around the outer circumference of the main branch of the branch pipe,
By operating the operation part to open and close the fastener and closing the fastener, the sides of the main cover part are joined together,
A rubber band is wound around the main pipe portion of the branch pipe, and the main pipe covering portion is fixed to the main pipe portion. At this time, the rubber band is crossed with the fastener and adjacent to the opening direction side of the operation portion .

With this configuration, the sides of the both ends of the main pipe covering section are joined by covering the branch pipe covering section on the branch pipe section and joining the fasteners with the belt-shaped main pipe covering section wound around the outer periphery of the main pipe section. They can be joined together to form an annular shape, and the polyethylene sleeve can be covered without performing the work of joining the branch pipe covering part to the main pipe covering part as was done in the past. Can be reduced. Moreover, since the main pipe covering portion and the branch pipe covering portion are integrated from the beginning, it is possible to satisfactorily prevent intrusion of groundwater or the like from the connection portion between the main pipe covering portion and the branch pipe covering portion. . In addition, the main pipe covering part is formed in a band shape, and since both ends are joined together with a fastener to form an annular shape, both ends of the branch pipe are supported from below with a jig or the like. In this state, the main pipe part can be covered while inserting the belt-like main pipe covering part between the jigs that support both ends of the branch pipe, and the lifting work of the branch pipe can be omitted.

Furthermore, it is possible to easily perform the joining operation by joining the fasteners, and even if it is necessary to separate the joint portion thereafter, the fasteners can be easily performed.
The second invention is a polyethylene sleeve used in the polyethylene sleeve construction method described in the first invention.

As described above, according to the present invention, the polyethylene sleeve has a width substantially corresponding to the length of the main pipe portion in the axial direction and extends in a band shape more than the circumferential length of the outer peripheral surface of the main pipe portion. The outer periphery of the pipe part is covered in the circumferential direction, and the main pipe covering part configured such that the sides of both ends extending in a strip shape can be joined by a fastener, and the cylinder so as to stand from a part of the main pipe covering part Jo to result in the provision of a branch pipe covering section for covering the branch pipe portion are integrally formed, it is possible to coat the branch pipe without joining operation of the branch pipe coating portion to the main pipe covering section, its Therefore, it is possible to save the labor and time of the covering work, and work efficiency is improved. In addition, since the main pipe covering part and the branch pipe covering part are integrated from the beginning, it is possible to satisfactorily prevent the intrusion of groundwater and the like from the connecting portion between the main pipe covering part and the branch pipe covering part, and to corrode. And reliability against electric corrosion is improved. Furthermore, the main pipe covering portion that covers the main pipe has a band shape, and is configured to form an annular shape by joining the sides of the both ends extending in a band shape with fasteners. The main pipe can be covered while being supported, the branch pipe lifting work can be omitted, and the work efficiency can be further improved.

Furthermore, it is possible to easily perform the joining work by joining the fasteners, and this can also improve the work efficiency. Moreover, even if it becomes necessary to separate the joined portions after that, they can be easily separated by the fastener.

Hereinafter, a polyethylene sleeve according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a front view schematically showing a polyethylene sleeve according to a first embodiment of the present invention and a T-shaped tube as an example of a branch pipe to be covered.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a T-shaped tube that is an example of a branch tube to be covered with a polyethylene sleeve according to an embodiment of the present invention. The T-shaped tube 1 is a longitudinal direction along the axis of the main tube portion 2. The branch pipe part 3 is branched from the substantially middle part of the substantially perpendicular direction. In addition, 4 is a connection part which connects the main pipe part 2 and the branch pipe part 3, 5 is a receiving port, 6 is an insertion port.

As shown in FIG. 1, the polyethylene sleeve 10 used in the polyethylene sleeve method according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a main pipe covering portion 11 and a branch pipe covering portion 12 that covers the branch pipe portion 3. In particular, the cross-sectional shape in which the main pipe covering part 11 can accommodate from the bottom part of the main pipe part 2 of the T-shaped pipe 1 to the distal end part of the branch pipe part 3, for example, the bottom part of the main pipe part 2 of the T-shaped pipe 1 To the tip of the branch pipe part 3 (so-called height H of the T-shaped pipe 1) is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape having a larger diameter D. The polyethylene sleeve 10 having such a shape is manufactured in advance at a factory or the like.

When the polyethylene sleeve 10 is covered on the T-tube 1, first, as schematically indicated by an arrow in FIG. 1, the main tube covering portion 11 of the polyethylene sleeve 10 is laterally (received) on the entire T-tube 1. Cover from the mouth 5 side or the mouth 6 side. In addition, the operation | work which covers this main pipe coating | coated part 11 is performed by the operation | work similar to the process shown to Fig.21 (a)-(d) (not shown), and as shown in FIG. It inserts so that the coating | coated part 12 and the branch pipe part 3 of the T-shaped pipe 1 may become the same direction.

Next, as shown in FIG. 3, the polyethylene sleeve along the axial direction of the branch pipe portion 3 so that the branch pipe covering portion 12 of the polyethylene sleeve 10 is positioned outside the branch pipe portion 3 of the T-shaped tube 1. 10 is moved relative to the T-shaped tube 1 (for example, the polyethylene sleeve 10 is moved downward while the T-shaped tube 1 is supported), and the T-shaped is placed in the branch tube covering portion 12 of the polyethylene sleeve 10. The branch pipe part 3 of the pipe 1 is inserted. At this time, in the main pipe covering portion 11 of the polyethylene sleeve 10, the surface opposite to the side where the branch pipe covering portion 12 is provided (the surface on the so-called pipe bottom side) is the main pipe portion of the T-shaped pipe 1. 5, the portion is folded as shown in FIG. 4, and the folded portion 11a is folded so as to be positioned in the vicinity of the tube top portion of the main pipe portion 2. As shown in FIG. 2, the end side portion 11b of the folded portion 11a is fixed with the adhesive tape 13 at a plurality of locations.

Thereafter, if necessary, a rubber band 14 is annularly wound around a location corresponding to the receiving side location and the insertion side location of the main pipe portion 2 in the main pipe covering portion 11, and the main pipe portion of the T-shaped pipe 1. The main pipe covering part 11 is fixed to 2. Further, the receiving side portion of the branch pipe covering portion 12 is fixed by winding a rubber band 15 around the receiving side portion of the branch pipe portion 3 in an annular shape.

According to this configuration, since the main pipe covering portion 11 and the branch pipe covering portion 12 in the polyethylene sleeve 10 are integrated from the beginning, the joining operation of the branch pipe covering portion to the main pipe covering portion as conventionally performed is performed. It is possible to coat the polyethylene sleeve 10 without performing the steps, and the labor and time of the covering work can be reduced by this amount. Further, since the main pipe covering portion 11 and the branch pipe covering portion 12 are integrated from the beginning in the polyethylene sleeve 10, groundwater or the like is connected from the connecting portion of the polyethylene sleeve 10 between the main pipe covering portion 11 and the branch pipe covering portion 12. Can be reliably and reliably prevented from entering, and the waterproofness and corrosion resistance can be improved.

In the above-described embodiment, the case where the diameter D of the main pipe covering portion 11 is larger than the height H of the T-shaped pipe 1 is described. However, the present invention is not limited to this. Any cross-sectional shape that can accommodate the bottom part of the main pipe part 2 of the pipe 1 to the tip part of the branch pipe part 3 may be used. That is, when the entire T-tube 1 is inserted into the main tube covering portion 11, it may be larger than the vertically long shape of the T-tube 1 as viewed from the side. 1 can be accommodated, and even in this case, the above-described effects can be obtained satisfactorily.

Next, FIG. 7 is a perspective view schematically showing a polyethylene sleeve according to the second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in this figure, the polyethylene sleeve 20 used in the polyethylene sleeve construction method according to this embodiment is configured to stand up from a main pipe covering portion 21 extending in a strip shape and a part of the main pipe covering portion 21. And a branch pipe covering portion 22 that is integrally formed in a cylindrical shape and covers the branch pipe portion 3. Here, the main pipe covering portion 21 has a width substantially corresponding to the length in the axial direction of the main pipe portion 2 of the T-shaped tube 1, and has a strip shape longer than the circumferential length of the outer peripheral surface of the main pipe portion 2. The outer periphery of the main pipe part 2 is covered in the circumferential direction.

Note that the width of the main pipe covering portion 21 of the polyethylene sleeve 20 does not need to be completely matched with the length of the main pipe portion 2 in the axial center direction. In order to cover the receiving port 5 and the insertion port 6, a wide width may be used, and the polyethylene sleeve 20 does not cover the receiving port 5 and the insertion port 6 of the T-shaped tube 1. When the receiving port 5 and the insertion port 6 of the T-shaped tube 1 are also covered with a polyethylene sleeve that covers an adjacent tube connected to the character-shaped tube 1, a tube having a smaller width may be used.

When covering the polyethylene sleeve 20, as shown in FIG. 8, the branch pipe covering portion 22 is put on the branch pipe portion 3 of the T-shaped tube 1, and the strip-shaped main pipe covering portion 21 is covered with the main pipe portion 2. Wrap around the circumference. In this case, since the main pipe covering portion 21 has a strip shape, the portion supporting the main pipe portion 2 of the T-shaped tube 1 (in FIG. 8, the jig 23 for supporting the T-shaped tube 1 is simply shown. Wrap through the space shown. Then, as shown in FIG. 9, the sides 21a at both ends of the main pipe covering portion 21 extending in a band shape are overlapped (or butted), and as shown in FIG. From above, the adhesive tape 26 is bonded and sealed so as not to cause a gap. Further, if necessary, a rubber band 24 is annularly wound around a location corresponding to the receiving side portion and the insertion side location of the main pipe portion 2 in the main pipe covering portion 21, and the main pipe portion of the T-shaped pipe 1. The main pipe covering portion 21 is fixed to 2. Further, the receiving side portion of the branch pipe covering portion 22 is fixed to the receiving side portion of the branch pipe portion 3 by winding a rubber band 25 in an annular shape.

Even with this configuration, since the main pipe covering portion 21 and the branch pipe covering portion 22 in the polyethylene sleeve 20 are integrated from the beginning, the joining operation of the branch pipe covering portion to the main pipe covering portion as conventionally performed is performed. Without performing, the polyethylene sleeve 20 can be covered, and the labor and time of the covering operation can be reduced by this amount. In addition, since the main pipe covering portion 21 and the branch pipe covering portion 22 are integrated from the beginning in the polyethylene sleeve 20, groundwater or the like enters from the connection portion between the main pipe covering portion 21 and the branch pipe covering portion 22. Can be reliably and reliably prevented, and waterproofness and corrosion resistance can be improved.

Further, according to this configuration, the main pipe covering portion 21 is formed in a band shape, and the sides 21a at both ends of the main pipe covering portion 21 extending in the band shape are overlapped to form an annular shape. The both ends of the main pipe are supported with the jig 23 or the like from below, that is, the main pipe can be lifted without performing the conventional lifting operation of the branch pipe 1 (see FIGS. 21B and 21D). The covering operation can be performed on the portion 2, thereby further reducing labor and time and further improving the work efficiency.

Further, when the sides 21a at both ends of the main pipe covering portion 21 extending in a band shape are overlapped and joined with the adhesive tape 26, the joining portion is linear, so that the branch pipe covering portion 52 is conventionally provided. Compared to the case where the divided piece portion 52a is fixed to the arc surface in the vicinity of the joint portion 4 (see FIG. 25), the adhesive tape 26 can be attached relatively easily and satisfactorily. There is also an advantage that labor and time can be relatively reduced.

FIG. 12 is a perspective view schematically showing a polyethylene sleeve according to the third embodiment of the present invention. As shown in this figure, the polyethylene sleeve 20 according to the present embodiment has substantially the same configuration as the polyethylene sleeve according to the second embodiment, but in addition to the above configuration, in the main pipe covering portion 21. Fasteners 27 are provided on both sides extending in a belt shape so that they can be joined to and detached from each other. Reference numeral 27a denotes an operation unit for opening and tightening the fastener 27.

With this configuration, as shown in FIG. 13, it is possible to perform the joining operation very easily by joining the fasteners 27 with the belt-shaped main covering portion 21 wound around the main portion. Work efficiency and time can be saved by saving labor and time. Moreover, since it can prevent reliably that the edge | sides of the both ends extended in the strip | belt shape in the main pipe coating | coated part 21 remove | deviate only by closing the fastener 27, from the connection part of a main pipe coating | coated part and a branch pipe coating | coated part. It is possible to satisfactorily prevent intrusion of groundwater and the like and maintain good reliability. Further, even when it becomes necessary to remove the polyethylene sleeve after that, for example, it becomes necessary to dig up the pipe, the fastener 27 can be operated to easily separate the joint portions of the main pipe covering portion 21 from each other. It is. In addition, when it is desired to further improve the sealing performance, an adhesive tape 26 having further waterproof properties may be applied from above the fastener 27.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, the case where the main pipe part 2 and the branch pipe part 3 were integrally formed as a branch pipe of the polyethylene sleeve which concerns on embodiment of this invention was described. However, it is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 14, the present invention is also applied to a branch pipe 30 having a structure in which a water faucet 34 and a branch branch pipe 35 for water supply are assembled to a straight pipe 31 through two saddles 32 and 33. Is possible. That is, the branch pipe 30 can be applied to a product in which a plurality of members are assembled and integrated.

In this case, since the water faucet 34 and the saddles 32 and 33 have a relatively uneven shape, it is simplified as shown in FIGS. 15A to 15C so that the polyethylene sleeve does not break. As shown specifically, it is preferable to form a bulging portion 28 in which a connecting portion between the main pipe covering portion 21 and the branch pipe covering portion 22 is swollen. Further, the branch pipe covering portion 22 may be formed longer in accordance with the length of the branch branch pipe 35 for water supply.

In general, the branch branch pipe 35 for supplying water is considerably smaller in diameter than the main pipe section 2, and therefore, as shown in FIGS. 16 (a) to 16 (c), the main pipe covering section 21 and the branch pipe covering section 22. The branch pipe covering portion 22 may be formed in a shape in which the connecting portion is thicker and narrower toward the distal end side. According to this configuration, the branch branch pipe 35 for water supply is relatively piped by the branch pipe covering portion 22. It can be coated in a good state corresponding to the thickness of.

As a result, as shown in FIGS. 15 and 16, even when the branch pipe 30 is provided with a water faucet 34 or the like, the water faucet is provided in the bulging portion 28 or the large diameter portion of the branch pipe covering portion 22. 34 can be stored satisfactorily, and the waterproofness and corrosion resistance in the polyethylene sleeve 20 can be maintained well.

Also in this case, as in the case of the polyethylene sleeve 20 shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, it is preferable to provide the fasteners 27 at locations where the strip-shaped main tube covering portions 21 are joined to each other. Thus, it is possible to perform the joining work very easily by joining the fasteners 27 in a state where the main pipe covering portion 21 is wound around the main pipe portion 1, and minimizing the labor and time at this time. Can do.
