前記第1部材に取り付けられ、前記操作部材の動きに連動して移動することによって前記被取付部材に対して前記開閉部材をロック状態にするロック部材と、
前記第2部材に設けられ、前記ロック部材の移動を規制可能なキーシリンダと、を備え、
前記操作部材は、一端側に形成された軸支部と、他端側にユーザが把持可能に形成された取っ手部と、前記軸支部より前記他端側で前記操作部材の裏面に設けられるカバー部と、を有しており、
前記第2部材は、前記軸支部を回動可能に支持する軸受部を前記一端側に含み、
前記第1部材および前記第2部材は、弾性を有する結合爪により互いに結合され、
前記結合爪の少なくとも一部を外部に露出させるための開口が前記第2部材の前記他端側に設けられ、外部から前記開口を介して前記結合爪を押すことで結合を解除可能であり、
