Description
本発明は、少なくとも二種類の流体の間で、そのうちの少なくとも一方に粒子を接触させながら熱交換を行う熱交換器に関する。 The present invention relates to a heat exchanger that performs heat exchange between at least two kinds of fluids while bringing particles into contact with at least one of them.
Conventionally, heat exchangers that perform heat exchange while bringing particles into contact with a fluid are known. For example,
各熱交換器では、冷却されるべき水素ガスが流れる流路内に触媒が充填されている。常温の水素ガスはオルソ水素とパラ水素の割合が3:1で平衡状態であるのに対し、−253℃の液体水素はパラ水素の割合がほぼ100%で平衡状態となる。常温の水素ガスを液化しただけでは平衡状態となるまでに数日を要し、その間に多くの水素が蒸発する。触媒は、パラ水素の比率を迅速に上昇させるために使用される。 In each heat exchanger, a catalyst is filled in a flow path through which hydrogen gas to be cooled flows. The hydrogen gas at normal temperature is in an equilibrium state with a ratio of ortho hydrogen and para hydrogen of 3: 1, whereas liquid hydrogen at −253 ° C. is in an equilibrium state with a ratio of para hydrogen of almost 100%. Just liquefying hydrogen gas at room temperature takes several days to reach equilibrium, and much hydrogen evaporates during that time. The catalyst is used to quickly increase the proportion of parahydrogen.
ところで、特許文献1には、触媒が流路内に充填された熱交換器の具体的な構造は開示されていない。この点、例えば特許文献2には、図11(a)に示すようなプレートフィン型の熱交換器100が開示されている。
By the way,
特許文献2に開示された熱交換器100は、コルゲートフィンを内蔵する、略正方形状の断面形状で上下方向に延びるコア110を備えている。なお、特許文献2には明確に記載されていないが、コルゲートフィンは図11(a)の紙面と直交する方向にプレートと交互に積層されていると考えられる。
The
コア110の上面および下面には、第1流体用の第1ヘッダー120が接合されており、コア110の左右の両側面111の端部には、第2流体用の第2ヘッダー130が接合されている。そして、コア111内には、粒子140が充填されている。
The
However, in the structure as shown in FIG. 11B, when the
そこで、本発明は、粒子の投入時に多孔質部材が破損することを防止できる熱交換器を提供することを目的とする。 Then, an object of this invention is to provide the heat exchanger which can prevent a porous member from being damaged at the time of injection | throwing-in of particle | grains.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a heat exchanger according to the present invention performs heat exchange between at least two kinds of fluids, ie, a first fluid and a second fluid, while at least bringing particles into contact with the first fluid. A core having a first inlet and a first outlet for the first fluid and a second inlet and a second outlet for the second fluid, wherein corrugated fins and plates are alternately stacked And a pair of headers each including a dome covering the first inlet or the first outlet, a particle inlet pipe protruding from the dome, and a first fluid pipe joined to an outer peripheral surface of the particle inlet pipe A cap that closes the tip of the particle input tube of each header, and a chamber that is disposed in the particle input tube so as to form a chamber that communicates with the first fluid tube between the cap and the front of the chamber. A support member having an opening communicating with the inside of the dome, wherein the support member is configured to be detachable from the header; a porous member attached to the support member so as to cover the opening; And particles filled in a first flow path between the first inlet and the second inlet in the dome of each header and in the core.
ここで、「二種類の流体」とは、必ずしも異なる組成の流体である必要はなく、一方の流体と他方の流体の温度が異なる限りそれらが同じ組成であってもよい。 Here, the “two types of fluids” do not necessarily need to be fluids having different compositions, and they may have the same composition as long as the temperatures of one fluid and the other fluid are different.
上記の構成によれば、ヘッダーに対して着脱可能に構成された支持部材に多孔質部材が取り付けられているので、熱交換器内へ粒子を充填する際には、支持部材をヘッダーから取り外しておき、粒子の充填後に支持部材をヘッダーに装着することができる。その結果、粒子の投入時に多孔質部材が破損することを防止できる。 According to said structure, since the porous member is attached to the support member comprised so that attachment or detachment with respect to the header was carried out, when charging a particle | grain into a heat exchanger, a support member is removed from a header. Alternatively, the support member can be attached to the header after the particles are filled. As a result, the porous member can be prevented from being damaged when the particles are charged.
The support member includes a tube that forms the opening, and a flange that is provided at an end of the tube on the chamber side and that is fixed to the header by a bolt, and the porous member includes the tube You may attach to the end surface on the opposite side to the said flange. According to this configuration, it is possible to increase the distance from the inside of the dome to the chamber through the gap between the inner peripheral surface of the particle introduction tube and the outer peripheral surface of the support member, and particle intrusion into the chamber can be prevented. While making it difficult, it can prevent that particle | grains influence other apparatuses.
The particle injection tube passes through the dome, and the end of the particle injection tube on the dome side is a ring portion that defines a reduced diameter center hole, and the end surface on the cap side has the ring portion. A ring portion in which a screw hole to be screwed with the bolt is provided, and the porous member may be disposed at a position that forms a continuous surface with the end surface on the core side of the ring portion. According to this configuration, it is possible to prevent the particles from being filled into the center hole defined by the ring portion. As a result, the number of particles arranged at a position where the flow rate of the first fluid is large can be reduced. In addition, since the porous member does not protrude from the end surface on the core side of the ring portion, the first fluid after passing through the porous member before or after passing through the porous member smoothly contacts particles located around the porous member. Can be made.
前記第1流入口と前記第1流出口は、互いに直交する方向に開口してもよい。この構成によれば、双方のヘッダーの粒子投入管から同時に熱交換器内に粒子を投入することが可能である。 The first inflow port and the first outflow port may be opened in directions orthogonal to each other. According to this configuration, it is possible to simultaneously introduce particles into the heat exchanger from the particle input tubes of both headers.
例えば、前記粒子は、水素ガスのオルソ−パラ変換を促進させる触媒であってもよい。 For example, the particles may be a catalyst that promotes ortho-para conversion of hydrogen gas.
前記キャップは、溶接により前記粒子投入管の先端に固定されていてもよい。第1流体が水素ガスである場合は熱交換器に高い気密性が要求されるため、溶接による固定は特に分子の小さい水素ガス用の熱交換器に適している。 The cap may be fixed to the tip of the particle input tube by welding. When the first fluid is hydrogen gas, the heat exchanger is required to have high airtightness. Therefore, fixing by welding is particularly suitable for a heat exchanger for hydrogen gas having a small molecule.
本発明によれば、粒子の投入時に多孔質部材が破損することを防止できる。 According to the present invention, the porous member can be prevented from being damaged when the particles are charged.
図1に、本発明の一実施形態に係る熱交換器1を示す。この熱交換器1は、第1流体と第2流体の二種類の流体の間で、第1流体に粒子を接触させながら熱交換を行うプレートフィン型の熱交換器である。ただし、本発明の熱交換器は、二種類の流体の間で熱交換を行うものに限られず、三種類以上の流体の間で熱交換を行うものであってもよい。
FIG. 1 shows a
本実施形態では、熱交換器1は、略正方形状の断面形状で上下方向に延びるコア2を備えている。コア2は、図2に示すように、コルゲートフィンとプレート21が水平方向に交互に積層された構成を有している。以下、説明の便宜のために、コルゲートフィンとプレート21の積層方向を前後方向(図1および図2の手前側を前方、奥側を後方)、上下方向および前後方向と直交する方向を左右方向(図1および図2の左側を左方、右側を右方)という。
In the present embodiment, the
図1に示すように、コア2は、互いに平行な上面2aおよび下面2b、ならびに4つの側面2c〜2fを有している。左側面2cの下部には、第1流体を受け入れる第1ヘッダー3Aが接合されており、上面2aには、第1流体を排出する第1ヘッダー3Bが接合されている。一方、右側面2eの上部には、第2流体を受け入れる第2ヘッダー4Aが接合されており、下面2bには、第2流体を排出する第2ヘッダー4Bが接合されている。
As shown in FIG. 1, the
図2〜4に示すように、コア2のプレート21の間には、第1流体が流れる第1流路5と第2流体が流れる第2流路6とが交互に形成されている。そして、第1流路5内に第1コルゲートフィン55が配置され、第2流路6内に第2コルゲートフィン65が配置されている。また、プレート21間には、当該プレート21の周縁に沿ってサイドバー22が設けられており、このサイドバー22により各コルゲートフィンが取り囲まれている。
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the
As shown in FIG. 3, a
第1流路5内に配置されるコルゲートフィン55と第2流路6内に配置されるコルゲートフィン65は、互いに同じ構造を有していてもよいし、異なる構造を有していてもよい。例えば、コルゲートフィン(55または65)としては、ストレート型、パーボレート型、ルーバー型、セレート型などのコルゲートフィンを用いることができる。
The
The
各第1ヘッダー(3Aまたは3B)の粒子投入管32内には、キャップ33との間に第1流体管34と連通するチャンバー35を形成するように支持部材7が配置されている。支持部材7は、当該支持部材7の中心に、チャンバー35とドーム31の内部とを連通する開口70を有している。また、支持部材7は、第1ヘッダーに対して着脱可能に構成されている。支持部材7には、開口70を覆うように多孔質部材8が取り付けられている。
The
An example of the catalyst is a catalyst that promotes ortho-para conversion of hydrogen gas. As such a catalyst, iron oxide (Fe 2 O 3 ), chromium oxide (Cr 2 O 3 ), or the like can be used. As the adsorbent, for example, zeolite or activated carbon can be used.
The
次に、図5および図6を参照して、第1ヘッダー(3Aまたは3B)および支持部材7の構造についてより詳しく説明する。
Next, the structure of the first header (3A or 3B) and the
In the present embodiment, the
リング部36の断面形状は矩形状であり、リング部36は、粒子投入管32の径方向にフラットなキャップ33側の第1端面36aと、第1端面36aと平行な、ドーム31側の第2端面36bを有している。リング部36の第1端面36aには、等角度間隔でネジ穴36cが形成されている。
The cross-sectional shape of the
支持部材7は、開口70を形成するチューブ71と、チューブ71のチャンバー35側の端部に設けられたフランジ72とを含む。フランジ72には、リング部36のネジ穴36cと対応する位置に、ネジ穴36cと螺合するボルト9用のザグリ穴75が設けられている。なお、ザグリ穴75ではなく、単なる貫通孔であっても良い。そして、リング部36は、ボルト9によりリング部36(第1ヘッダー)に固定される。
The
多孔質部材8は、チューブ71のフランジ72と反対側の端面に取り付けられている。例えば、多孔質部材8は、溶接またはボルトによりチューブ71に取り付けられる。チューブ71内には、多孔質部材8の撓みおよび破損を防止する格子部材73(図3および図4、図7〜9では作図を省略)が配置されている。
The
多孔質部材8は、リング部36の第2端面36bと連続面を形成する位置に配置されている。すなわち、支持部材7のチューブ71のフランジ72からの高さは、リング部36の厚さから多孔質部材8の厚さを引いた値に設定されている。
The
In this embodiment, the
As described above, in the
In the present embodiment, since the
次に、熱交換器1内に粒子50を充填する方法を説明する。
Next, a method for filling the
熱交換器1の全ての要素の製作完了後、コア2に第1ヘッダー3A,3Bおよび第2ヘッダー4A,4Bを溶接する。ヘッダーの溶接後、熱交換器1内を洗浄し、耐圧試験を行う。耐圧試験としては、気圧試験よりも安全で簡易な水圧試験を行うことが望ましい。水圧試験を行った後は、熱交換器1内を乾燥させる。
After the manufacture of all the elements of the
After the inside of the
その後、図8に示すように、熱交換器1を90度回転させて、第1ヘッダー3Aの粒子投入管32を上向きにし、第1ヘッダー3Aから支持部材7を取り外す。そして、今度は、第1ヘッダー3Aの粒子投入管32を通じて熱交換器1内に粒子50を投入する。このように、双方の第1ヘッダー3A,3Bから粒子50を投入することにより、第1流路5および第1ヘッダー3A,3Bのドーム31内に隙間なく粒子50を充填することができる。
Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 8, the
粒子50の充填が完了すると、第1ヘッダー3Aに支持部材7を装着した後に、双方の第1ヘッダー3A,3Bの粒子投入管32の先端に溶接によりキャップ33を固定する。なお、失活などにより粒子50を交換する際には、粒子投入管32を第1流体管34とキャップ33の間で切断すればよい。
When the filling of the
In the above-described filling method, the
(その他の実施形態)
本発明は上述した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の変形が可能である。
(Other embodiments)
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.
例えば、熱交換が行われる際に第1流体だけでなく第2流体にも粒子50が接触するように、粒子50が第2流路6に充填されていてもよい。この場合には、第2ヘッダー4A,4Bを第1ヘッダー3A,3Bと同じ構成にすればよい。
For example, the
Further, the
Furthermore, the
支持部材7を各第1ヘッダーに対して着脱可能に構成するには、必ずしもボルト9を用いる必要はない。例えば、係合構造により支持部材7が各第1ヘッダーに対して着脱可能となっていてもよい。
In order to configure the
