Claims (14)

前記シリンジ本体から前記ねじ山を選択的に結合解除するように構成された、前記プランジャに対して結合されたハンドルと、
を備え、
前記ハンドルは、
トリガ部分と、
スリーブ部分と、
前記トリガ部分と前記スリーブ部分との間に配設された第1のレバー部分と、
を備え、
前記プランジャの方向に前記スリーブを圧迫することにより、前記シリンジ本体から前記ねじ山が結合解除されるように構成され、
前記トリガおよび前記スリーブは共に、前記ねじ山を結合解除するように作動可能であり、
前記プランジャに関して前記スリーブに対してのみ印加される力が、前記ねじ山を結合解除するように構成される、膨張デバイス。 - 前記第1のレバー部分は、前記スリーブに対して印加される力を前記トリガ部分に伝達する、請求項1に記載の膨張デバイス。
- 前記トリガ部分と前記スリーブ部分との間に配設された第2のレバー部分をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の膨張デバイス。
- 前記第1のレバー部分により前記ねじ山の結合解除における機械的利点の1つの要因がもたらされて、前記ねじ山の結合解除のための出力の力が前記ハンドルにかかる入力の力より大きい、請求項1に記載の膨張デバイス。
- 前記ねじ山は、長手方向における前記プランジャの移動を制約し、前記ねじ山を結合解除することにより、前記長手方向における前記プランジャの自由な移動が可能となる、請求項1に記載の膨張デバイス。
- 医療用デバイスと流体連通状態にある流体を変位させるように構成された膨張デバイスであって、
シリンジ本体と、
前記シリンジ本体内に配設されるように構成されたプランジャであって、複数のねじ山により前記シリンジ本体に対して選択的に結合される、プランジャと、
前記シリンジ本体から前記ねじ山を選択的に結合解除するように構成された、前記プランジャに対して結合されたハンドルと、
を備え、
前記ハンドルは、
作動されると、前記ねじ山を結合解除するように構成されたトリガ部分と、
スリーブ部分と、
前記トリガ部分と前記スリーブ部分との間に配設されたレバー部分と、
を備え、
前記レバー部分は、前記スリーブに対して印加される力を前記トリガ部分に伝達し、それにより前記ねじ山を結合解除する、膨張デバイス。 - 前記トリガ部分と前記スリーブ部分との間に配設された第2のレバー部分をさらに備える、請求項6に記載の膨張デバイス。
- 前記両レバー部分により前記ねじ山の結合解除における機械的利点の1つの要因がもたらされて、前記ねじ山の結合解除のための出力の力が前記ハンドルにかかる入力の力より大きい、請求項7に記載の膨張デバイス。
- 前記スリーブに対して印加される前記力は、前記両レバー部分により前記トリガ部分に伝達される結果的に得られる力とは逆方向のものである、請求項6に記載の膨張デバイス。
- 膨張デバイスのプランジャ部分を変位させる方法であって、
シリンジ本体、前記シリンジ本体内のプランジャ、および前記プランジャに対して結合されたハンドルを備える膨張デバイスを入手するステップであって、前記ハンドルは、前記シリンジ本体との間で前記プランジャを選択的に結合および結合解除するように構成される、ステップと、
前記シリンジ本体に対して近位方向に前記ハンドルの第1の部分を変位させることにより、前記シリンジ本体から前記プランジャを結合解除させるように、前記ハンドルを作動させるステップと、
前記シリンジ本体に対して前記プランジャを変位させるステップと
を含み、
前記ハンドルは、前記第1の部分と環境物体との間における接触により前記第1の部分に対して力を印加することによって作動される方法。 - ユーザは、片手のみが前記膨張デバイスに対して接触状態になる、請求項10に記載の
方法。 - 前記ハンドルは、前記シリンジ本体に対して遠位方向に前記ハンドルの第2の部分を変位させることにより作動される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記ハンドルは、ヒトの手により前記第1の部分の方向に前記第2の部分が引き絞られることにより、前記第2の部分が前記第1の部分の方向へと変位され、前記第1の部分が前記第2の部分の方向へと変位されることによって作動される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記ハンドルを作動させる前記ステップは、前記シリンジ本体に対して前記プランジャを選択的に結合させるように構成されたねじ山を変位させる、請求項10に記載の方法。
