Description

The present invention relates to a refrigerator including an indirect cooling chamber in which a cover part and a case part are combined.

Conventionally, refrigerators are provided with various storage rooms depending on the items to be refrigerated. For example, in addition to a refrigerated room with a door having the largest internal capacity, a vegetable room suitable for storing vegetables, a freezer room for storing frozen products, and the like are provided. In order to maintain freshness, a low-pressure chamber that places the chamber in a low oxygen state may be provided in the storage chamber (refrigerated chamber). The air in the low pressure chamber is exhausted by a vacuum pump or the like, and the pressure in the low pressure chamber is lowered.

An example of a refrigerator provided with such a low-pressure chamber is described in Patent Document 1. Specifically, Patent Document 1 includes a refrigerating chamber provided with a door, a low-pressure chamber in the refrigerating chamber, and a decompression means for depressurizing the low-pressure chamber, and the low-pressure chamber has an opening for taking in and out stored items. A chamber body, a low-pressure chamber door that opens and closes the food in / out opening, and pressure detection means for determining whether the low-pressure chamber is higher or lower than a predetermined pressure. There is described a refrigerator that stops the decompression means when a second predetermined time has elapsed after the means detects that the pressure is lower than the predetermined pressure. With this configuration, the pressure detection means uses, for example, a pressure detection switch, so that it is not necessary to use a pressure sensor, so that it is not necessary to use an expensive pressure sensor.

Japanese Patent No. 4940046

Conventionally, for example, in a main refrigeration room (storage room) provided above a refrigerator and having the largest internal capacity, a storage room (section) for cooling food at a temperature lower than the temperature in the refrigeration room may be provided. is there. Such a storage room (section) is referred to as a “chilled room”, for example. For example, a storage room that is kept at a lower temperature (for example, around 0 ° C.) than the refrigeration room, while the temperature of the refrigeration room is (about 3 to 5 ° C.) conventionally, is provided in the refrigeration room. There is. Such a storage room (section) is referred to as a “chilled room”, for example. A temperature range of about 0 ° C. is suitable for storing meat, fish, dairy products, kneaded products, pickles and the like.

It is necessary to actively cool the chilled room in order to lower the temperature than the other parts of the refrigerator room. Therefore, conventionally, in order to lower the temperature of the chilled chamber, cold air is blown out toward the chilled chamber, or a gap is provided in the chilled chamber to increase the amount of cold air flowing into the chilled chamber.

However, since the dry cold air flows into the chilled chamber, there is a problem that the moisture in the food in the chilled chamber is easily lost (the food is easily dried). If the amount of water evaporation is large, the flavor and appearance of the food may be impaired.

Here, in the low-pressure chamber as described in Patent Document 1, since the pressure is reduced while being sealed, there is an advantage that moisture hardly escapes from the low-pressure chamber and drying is easily prevented. However, in exchange for reducing the pressure, there is a problem that the structure of the low-pressure chamber itself and the structure in the vicinity of the low-pressure chamber must be strong enough to withstand the pressure reduction (solid structure) as compared with the case where pressure is not reduced. . Further, since the structure of the low-pressure chamber is strengthened, there is a problem that the internal volume of the low-pressure chamber is reduced as compared with a structure where pressure is not reduced. In addition, when putting stored materials into and out of the low pressure chamber, it is necessary to release the decompression first, and after the stored items are filled, it is required to close the door firmly so that the pressure can be reduced. There is also a problem that it may take time.

In view of the above problems, the present invention realizes providing an indirect cooling chamber that can be easily put in and out without giving a complicated structure in a storage chamber, having a high hermeticity and being difficult to dry food. To do.

In order to achieve the above object, the refrigerator according to claim 1 is movable in the front-rear direction, and includes a cooling unit that generates cold air and sends out the cold air, and a storage room that includes a blowout port that blows out the cold air generated by the cooling unit. A case part that accommodates a stored item, and a cover part that is provided above the case part and covers the case part when the case part is in a stored state. And an indirect cooling chamber in which the room is indirectly cooled by cool air around the cover portion, and an upper end edge portion in the left-right direction of the case portion and a lower end edge portion in the left-right direction of the cover portion, A first seal member that is attached as a part of the case part or the cover part and blocks a gap between an upper end edge part of the case part in a left-right direction and a lower end edge part of the cover part in a left-right direction; Including The upper end edge in the left-right direction of the cover portion is inclined so as to be higher toward the front side, and the lower end edge in the left-right direction of the cover portion corresponds to the upper end edge of the case portion. It was decided to be slanted so as to become lower.

According to this configuration, the upper end edge of the case portion in the left-right direction is inclined so as to be higher toward the front side, and the lower end edge portion of the cover portion in the left-right direction corresponds to the upper end edge portion of the case portion. Is slanted so as to be lower toward the back side. Thereby, the resistance of friction when the case portion is pulled out by the first seal member is reduced or eliminated immediately after the case portion is pulled out. In other words, the resistance due to friction between the first seal member and the upper edge R, L of the case part or the lower edge R, L of the cover part is reduced as the case part is pulled out. In addition, the resistance when the case portion is pushed in by the first seal member is maximized when the case portion is finally put into the retracted state, but the resistance during the pushing of the case portion (in the retracted state) Resistance due to friction between the seal member and the edge of the case portion or the cover portion can be eliminated. Therefore, the case portion can be smoothly inserted and removed while improving the airtightness of the indirect cooling chamber.

Further, in the refrigerator having the above configuration, the case portion or the cover portion is attached to one of the front side upper portion of the case portion and the front side upper portion of the cover portion as the case portion. A second seal member that closes a gap between the front side upper part of the cover part and the front side upper part of the cover part, and the front side upper part of the case part or the front side upper part of the cover part is You may make it contact | abut with the said 2nd seal member in the front-back direction.

With this configuration, the upper part on the front side of the case part or the upper part on the front side of the cover part is in contact with the second seal member in the front-rear direction (since it does not contact in the vertical direction). There is no friction between the seal member and the upper part on the front side of the case part or the upper part on the front side of the cover part. Therefore, the case portion can be smoothly put in and out. Also, if the cover part or case part is bent downward, the force that presses the seal member or the upper part on the front side of the case part or the upper part on the front side of the cover part works when the cover part or case part is bent downward. It becomes difficult to put in and out. However, since the contact is made in the front-rear direction, the case portion can be pulled out smoothly regardless of the downward deflection of the cover portion and the case portion.

Further, in the refrigerator having the above-described configuration, the case portion or the cover portion is attached to any one of the back side upper end edge portion of the case portion and the back side lower end edge portion of the cover portion as the part of the cover portion, A third seal member that closes a gap between a back side upper end edge of the case part and a back side lower end edge part of the cover part, and a back side upper end edge of the case part or a lower end of the cover part The edge may be in contact with the third seal member in the front-rear direction.

With this configuration, the back side upper end edge of the case part or the back side lower end edge of the cover part is in contact with the third seal member in the front-rear direction (since it does not contact in the vertical direction), so when the case part is put in and out, Friction does not occur between the third seal member and the back side upper edge of the case part or the back side lower edge of the cover part. Therefore, the case portion can be smoothly put in and out. Also, if they are in contact with each other in the vertical direction, when the cover part or case part bends downward, the force that presses the seal member or the back side upper edge of the case part or the back side lower edge of the cover part works. It becomes difficult to take in and out the part. However, since the contact is made in the front-rear direction, the case portion can be pulled out smoothly regardless of the downward deflection of the cover portion and the case portion.

Moreover, the refrigerator of the said structure WHEREIN: The partition shelf which partitions off the said storage chamber may be provided in the said storage chamber, and the said cover part may be attached to the said partition shelf.

With this configuration, even when a large amount of food is placed on the partition shelf and the partition shelf is bent due to weight, the case portion can be smoothly put in and out. In addition, since the partition shelf and the cover portion are provided separately, the amount of deflection of the cover portion and the case portion with respect to the amount of deflection of the partition shelf can be reduced, and the influence on putting in and out of the case portion is reduced, The gap between the cover part and the case part does not increase.

In the refrigerator configured as described above, the inclination angle of the upper edge portion of the case portion and the lower edge portion of the cover portion may be in the range of 5 degrees to 15 degrees with respect to the horizontal direction.

With this configuration, it is possible to achieve smooth insertion and removal without the cover portion being caught by the case portion when the drawer portion is pulled out while ensuring a sufficient internal volume of the case portion (indirect cooling chamber).

According to the refrigerator of the present invention, it is possible to provide a refrigerator that has a high sealing property and is unlikely to cause drying of food without giving a complicated structure to the storage chamber. Moreover, the refrigerator which contains the indirect cooling chamber which can be taken in and out smoothly in the storage chamber can be provided.

First, a cooler 71 and a compressor 72 connected to the cooler 71 are provided below the rear surface of the refrigerator 100. A condenser and an expander (both not shown) are connected to the compressor 72. A refrigerant such as isobutane is circulated by driving the compressor 72 to operate the refrigeration cycle. Thereby, cold air is generated by heat exchange in the cooler 71 on the low temperature side of the refrigeration cycle. The compressor 72 is driven when the indoor temperature of the refrigerator compartment 2 or the upper freezer compartment 4 or the lower freezer compartment 5 rises above the upper limit temperature on the high temperature side with respect to the set temperature, and when the lower limit temperature on the low temperature side with respect to the set temperature is reached. Stopped.

A first ventilation path 73 is provided behind the upper freezer compartment 4 and the lower freezer compartment 5. A cooler 71 is disposed in the first ventilation path 73. In addition, a second ventilation path 74 connected to the first ventilation path 73 is provided behind the refrigerator compartment 2. The generated cool air is supplied to each chamber through the first ventilation path 73 and the second ventilation path 74.

A first blower 75 is disposed in the first ventilation path 73. The cold air generated by the cooler 71 is sent out by the first blower 75. For example, the cold air sent out by the first blower 75 is supplied to the ice making room 3, the upper freezer room 4, and the lower freezer room 5 through the first ventilation path 73.

The first ventilation path 73 is connected to an ice making chamber outlet 81 provided on the back surface of the ice making chamber 3 and an upper freezer compartment outlet 82 (see FIG. 3). The cold air generated by the cooler 71 is sent up to the ice making chamber 3 by raising the first ventilation path 73 as shown by an arrow A (see FIG. 3) by driving the first blower 75. Further, the cold air generated by the cooler 71 rises through the first ventilation path 73 as shown by an arrow B (see FIG. 3) by driving the first blower 75 and is sent out to the upper freezer compartment 4. Thereby, the ice making room 3 and the upper freezer room 4 are cooled.

Then, a lower freezing room 5 is connected to the ice making room 3 and the upper freezing room 4. The cold air that has passed through the ice making chamber 3 and the upper freezing chamber 4 also flows into the lower freezing chamber 5. Thereby, in addition to the ice making chamber 3 and the upper freezer compartment 4, the lower freezer compartment 5 is also cooled. A return ventilation path 76 (see FIG. 2) is provided in the lower rear part of the lower freezer compartment 5 to guide the air and return the cool air to the cooler 71 of the first ventilation path 73. Then, the cool air returns to the cooler 71 through the return ventilation path 76.

A second blower 77 is disposed in the second ventilation path 74. The cold air generated by the cooler 71 is also sent out by the second blower 77. For example, the cold air sent out by the second blower 77 is supplied to the refrigerator compartment 2, the chilled compartment 1, and the vegetable compartment 6 through the second ventilation path 74.

The upper part of the first ventilation path 73 is connected to the second ventilation path 74. A cold room damper 78 is provided between the first ventilation path 73 and the second ventilation path 74. The cold air branched in the direction of the second ventilation path 74 in the upper part of the first ventilation path 73 passes through the second ventilation path 74 as shown by an arrow C (see FIG. 3) through the refrigerator compartment damper 78 by driving the second blower 77. Flowing. The second ventilation path 74 is connected to a plurality of refrigerating room outlets 83 on the back side of the refrigerating room 2. Thereby, the cold air flowing through the second ventilation path 74 is blown into the refrigerator compartment 2.

Further, the second ventilation path 74 is connected to an outlet 80 provided on the back side of the chilled chamber 1. Thereby, the cold air flowing through the second ventilation path 74 is also blown out from the rear of the chilled chamber 1 as indicated by an arrow D (see FIG. 3).

A return port 9 is provided at the lower back of the refrigerator compartment 2 to collect the cold air below the refrigerator compartment 2 and send it out toward the vegetable compartment 6. The return port 9 is connected to the vegetable compartment 6 by a vegetable compartment ventilation path 79 (see FIG. 3). Thus, the cold air led to the second ventilation path 74 flows into the vegetable compartment 6 after passing through the refrigerator compartment 2 and the chilled compartment 1. The cold air that has flowed into the vegetable compartment 6 flows through the vegetable compartment 6 and returns to the cooler 71 via the ventilation path 76. When the refrigerator compartment 2, the chilled compartment 1, and the vegetable compartment 6 are cooled and reach a set temperature, the refrigerator compartment damper 78 is closed.

In the refrigerator 100 of the embodiment, the ice making room 3, the upper freezer room 4, and the refrigerating room 2 are arranged in parallel in a cold air circuit (see FIG. 4). Further, the ice making room 3 and the upper freezer room 4 are arranged in series with the lower freezer room 5. The vegetable compartment 6 is arranged in series with the refrigerator compartment 2. And the cooler 71, the compressor 72, the 1st air blower 75, the 2nd air blower 77, and various ventilation paths generate | occur | produce cold air in the refrigerator compartment 2 or the chilled chamber 1, and function as a cooling part which sends out cold air.

(Outline of chilled room 1)
Next, the outline | summary of the chilled chamber 1 of the refrigerator 100 which concerns on embodiment is demonstrated using FIG. 5, FIG. FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the chilled chamber. FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing a state in which the partition shelf 24 at the top of the chilled chamber 1 is removed.

As described above, the chilled chamber 1 is provided on the right side in the space between the lowermost partition shelf 24 in the refrigerator compartment 2 and the bottom surface 2a of the refrigerator compartment 2. In other words, the chilled chamber 1 is provided in the refrigerator compartment 2. Unlike the conventional one, the chilled chamber 1 in the present embodiment is a storage chamber that improves hermeticity and performs refrigeration by indirect cooling. Specifically, the temperature in the chilled chamber 1 is lowered not by cooling the interior of the chilled chamber 1 by flowing cool air into the chilled chamber 1 but by cooling with ambient cool air (by indirect cooling).

Specifically, the chilled chamber 1 accommodates stored items (foodstuffs), is provided in the front and rear direction of the case part 11, and below the partition shelf 24 and above the case part 11, and stores the case part 11. And a cover portion 12 that covers the case portion 11 (covers the case portion 11). As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the cover 12 has a box shape with an open bottom surface. The case 11 also has a box shape with an upper surface opened.

The case part 11 can be pulled out in the front / rear direction (front-rear direction), or after being pulled out, the case part 11 can be pushed into a retracted state. A handle portion 13 for hooking a finger is provided below the front portion of the case portion 11 for inserting and removing the case portion 11.

And the case part 11 is made into a retracted state so that the clearance gap between the lower end part of the cover part 12 and the upper end part of the case part 11 may be lose | eliminated. Therefore, the size seen from the up-down direction of the lower end edge part of the cover part 12 and the upper end edge part of the case part 11 is made the same.

Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, when the case unit 11 is in the retracted state, the cover unit 12 prevents the inflow and outflow of cold air between the case unit 11 and the cover unit 12. Cover. More specifically, the length of the side of the lower end edge portion 12F of the front portion (front portion) of the cover portion 12 is equal to the length of the side of the upper end edge portion 11F of the front portion (front portion) of the case portion 11, or Is almost equal. Further, the length of the side of the lower end edge portion 12B of the back surface portion (rear portion) of the cover portion 12 and the length of the side of the upper end edge portion 11B of the back surface portion (rear portion) of the case portion 11 are equal or substantially equal. . Further, the lengths of the sides of the lower edge portions 12R and 12L of the left and right side portions (left and right portions) of the cover portion 12 and the lengths of the sides of the upper edge portions 11R and 11L of the left and right side portions (left and right portions) of the case portion 11 are also shown. The lengths are equal or nearly equal.

In the case portion 11, the case portion side facing portion (upper edge portions 11 </ b> R and 11 </ b> L in the present embodiment) facing the cover portion 12 in the left-right direction of the case portion 11, and the cover portion 12 among the cover portion 12. The case portion 11 is stored such that there is no gap between the cover portion side facing portions (in this embodiment, the lower edge portions 12R and 12L) facing the case portion 11 in the left-right direction. Further, in the case portion 11, the case portion side facing portion (the upper end edge portion 11 </ b> F in the present embodiment) facing the cover portion 12 on the front side of the case portion 11, and the cover portion 12, the front side of the cover portion 12. Thus, the case part 11 is stored so that there is no gap between the cover part side facing part (in this embodiment, the lower end edge part 12F) facing the case part 11. Further, in the case portion 11, the case portion side facing portion (the upper end edge portion 11 </ b> B in this embodiment) facing the cover portion 12 on the back side of the case portion 11, and the cover portion 12, the back side of the cover portion 12. Thus, the case portion 11 is stored such that there is no gap between the cover portion side facing portion (in this embodiment, the lower end edge portion 12B) facing the case portion 11.

In addition, when the case part 11 is set in the retracted state, a seal member 14 is provided so that there is no gap between the cover part 12 and the case part 11 (details will be described later).

Further, the cover portion 12 is attached to the partition shelf 24. Therefore, in the refrigerator compartment 2, the cover part 12 will be in the state hung by the partition shelf 24. FIG. For example, a plurality of engaging claws (not shown) for fitting are provided on either the upper surface of the cover portion 12 or the lower side of the partition shelf 24. And the engaging part (not shown) in which an engaging claw is engage | inserted is provided in either other. Thereby, the cover part 12 is fixed and supported so that the cover part 12 is positioned at a fixed position with respect to the partition shelf 24, the refrigerator compartment 2, and the case part 11.

(Indirect cooling of chilled chamber 1)
Next, details of indirect cooling of the chilled chamber 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. 7 and 8. FIG. 7 is an explanatory view showing an example of a wall surface portion 2 b of the refrigerator compartment 2 on the back side of the chilled chamber 1. FIG. 8 is a schematic right side sectional view of the chilled chamber 1 portion.

As shown in FIG. 7, an outlet 80 (which can be said to be a kind of the refrigerator compartment outlet 83) is provided in the wall surface portion 2 b on the inner side of the refrigerator compartment 2 on the inner side of the chilled chamber 1. The width of the blower outlet 80 in the left-right direction can be determined as appropriate (for example, about one-tenth to one-tenth of the width of the chilled chamber 1). Further, the number of outlets 80 is not limited to one, and two or more outlets 80 may be provided while providing an interval.

A return port 9 is provided on the right side of the air outlet 80 in the wall surface portion 2 b of the refrigerator compartment 2 on the back side of the chilled chamber 1. As shown in FIG. 7, the return port 9 can be provided with a fan 91 that sends out the cold air in the refrigerator compartment 2 toward the vegetable compartment 6 and the cooler 71.

And as shown in FIG. 8, the blower outlet 80 provided in the back side of the chilled chamber 1 blows cold air toward the back surface of the cover part 12 (chilled chamber 1). This cold air indirectly cools the chilled chamber 1. Since cold air collects at the return port 9, the cold air blown out from the plurality of cold room outlets 83 to the cold room 2 above the chilled room 1 also descends around the chilled room 1, Cool indirectly.

As shown in FIG. 8, it is provided between the partition shelf 24 and the cover portion 12, is in contact with the upper surface of the cover portion 12 (using the upper surface of the cover portion 12 as the wall surface of the passage), and cool air from the outlet 80. Is provided from the back side to the front side of the chilled chamber 1. In addition, in FIG. 8, the flow of the cold air which blows off from the blower outlet 80 and is transmitted through the 1st channel | path 15 is illustrated with a white arrow.

Specifically, a space between the partition shelf 24 and the upper surface of the cover portion 12 is used as the first passage 15. As a result, the first passage 15 is formed over (substantially) the entire top surface of the cover portion 12. In other words, a flat portion of the upper surface of the cover portion 12 is used as the first passage 15. Thereby, the upper surface of the cover part 12 contacts the cold as a whole. Therefore, the chilled chamber 1 can be efficiently cooled.

Here, as shown in FIG. 8, the cold air sent to the front side of the chilled chamber 1 while in contact with the upper surface of the cover portion 12 flows downward from the side surface of the chilled chamber 1. In other words, the first passage 15 causes the cold air flowing into the first passage 15 to flow to the side surface of the chilled chamber 1.

Specifically, a guide wall 16 is provided at the edge portion of the upper surface of the cover portion 12 for flowing the cold air flowing into the first passage 15 to the side surface of the chilled chamber 1 (see FIG. 6). The guide wall 16 is provided on the left and right edge portions of the upper surface of the cover portion 12. The guide wall 16 extends from the upper surface of the cover portion 12 toward the partition shelf 24 and is in contact with the partition shelf 24 or a gap is provided between the guide wall 16 and the partition shelf 24.

The guide wall 16 is erected between the left and right edge portions of the upper surface of the cover portion 12 from the back surface to the end point position 16a provided on the front side rather than the center position in the front-rear direction. Thereby, after a certain amount of cold air is sent to the front (front side) of the chilled chamber 1 (cover portion 12), the left and right side surfaces of the chilled chamber 1 (right side direction of the refrigerator compartment 2 and the egg case 26 and the chilled chamber 1). Between). As described above, since the area where the cold air is in contact with the chilled chamber 1 is obtained, the interior of the chilled chamber 1 can be sufficiently cooled even by indirect cooling.

Further, as shown in FIG. 8, it is provided between the lower surface (bottom surface) of the refrigerator compartment 2 and the case portion 11 (provided below the case portion 11), and is in contact with the lower surface of the case portion 11 (the case portion 11 has The lower surface is used as the wall surface of the passage), and a second passage 17 through which cool air passes from the front side of the chilled chamber 1 toward the return port 9 is included. In FIG. 8, the flow of cold air from the entire surface side of the chilled chamber 1 toward the return port 9 is indicated by a shaded arrow.

Specifically, a space between the lower surface (bottom surface) of the refrigerator compartment 2 and the case portion 11 is used as the second passage 17. Thereby, the second passage 17 is formed on the lower surface of the case portion 11. In other words, a flat portion of the case portion 11 is used as the second passage 17. Thereby, the lower surface of the case part 11 can also be made to contact cold air. Therefore, the chilled chamber 1 can be efficiently cooled.

In addition, in order to mount the case part 11 while providing the 2nd channel | path 17, a part of bottom face 2a of the refrigerator compartment 2 is good also as a raised shape. The case portion 11 is placed on the raised portion, and the case portion 11 can be stored in a stable state.

The air outlet 80 is provided on the back side of the chilled chamber 1 and above the return port 9. Further, the air outlet 80 is provided to the left of the center of the chilled chamber 1, and the return port 9 is provided to the right of the center of the chilled chamber 1. Thereby, the cold air blown out from the outlet 80 can flow on the upper surface of the cover portion 12 in an oblique direction with respect to the direction in which the case portion 11 is put in and out (front-rear direction). In other words, it is possible to flow cool air while gaining a surface area in contact with the cover portion 12, and the chilled chamber 1 can be indirectly cooled efficiently.

When the air outlet 80 is provided on the right side of the center, the return port 9 may be provided on the left side of the center of the chilled chamber 1.

<Sealing of gaps at the left and right sides of the chilled chamber 1>
First, the sealing of the gap between the cover portion 12 and the case portion 11 at the left and right side portions of the chilled chamber 1 of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.

First, as shown in FIGS. 10A and 10B, the chilled chamber 1 of the present embodiment includes a cover at the lower end edge portions 12R and 12L (cover portion side facing portions) in the left-right direction of the cover portion 12. It is attached as a part of the portion 12, and gaps between the upper edge portions 11R, 11L (case portion side facing portion) in the left-right direction of the case portion 11 and the lower edge portions 12R, 12L in the left-right direction of the cover portion 12 are formed. First sealing members 14R and 14L for blocking are provided. The first seal members 14 </ b> R and 14 </ b> L are packings that prevent the inflow and outflow of air into the chilled chamber 1.

The first seal members 14R and 14L have a U-shape (concave shape), and the recessed portions are fitted into the lower end edge portions 12R and 12L (cover portion side facing portions) of the cover portion 12. Thus, the first seal members 14R and 14L are attached to the cover part 12 as a part of the cover part 12.

The first seal members 14R and 14L may be attached to the upper edge portions 11R and 11L (case portion side facing portions) in the left-right direction of the case portion 11 as a part of the case portion 11 (first seal member). 14R and 14L may be attached to the case 11 side). In addition, in FIG. 10 (a), (b), an example at the time of providing the 1st seal member 14R, 14L in the case part 11 side is illustrated with the broken line.

When the case part 11 is in the retracted state (when the cover part 12 covers the case part 11) by these first seal members 14R and 14L, the side part of the chilled chamber 1 is inserted into the chilled chamber 1. Inflow of air and outflow of air from the chilled chamber 1 are prevented. Therefore, the hermeticity of the chilled chamber 1 can be improved.

Here, upper end edges 11R and 11L (case portion side facing portions) in the left-right direction of the case portion 11 are inclined (inclined shape) so as to be higher on the front side and lower on the back side. . Corresponding to the inclination of the upper edge portions 11R, 11L of the case portion 11, the lower edge portions 12R, 12L (cover portion side facing portions) in the left-right direction of the cover portion 12 are slanted so as to become lower toward the back side. It is slanted so as to be higher toward the side (inclined shape).

The angle of inclination can be determined as appropriate. In the refrigerator 100 of the present embodiment, the inclination angle is not caught by the cover part 12 when the case part 11 is pulled out, and in order to secure a sufficient storage amount, an angle of about 5 to 15 degrees with respect to the horizontal plane. Is done. More preferably, the inclination is about 7 to 9 degrees with respect to the horizontal plane.

If the upper end edges 11R, 11L (case part side facing part) of the case part 11 and the lower end edge parts 12R, 12L (cover part side facing part) of the cover part 12 are horizontal (the pulling direction of the case part 11) If they match, the first seal members 14R, 14L and the upper end edges 11R, 11L of the case portion 11 rub against each other and a strong force is required for pulling out due to the frictional force. However, since the upper end edges 11R, 11L in the left-right direction of the case part 11 and the lower end edge parts 12R, 12L in the left-right direction of the cover part 12 are inclined, it is necessary to apply the greatest force when pulling out the case part 11. However, the upper end edges 11R, 11L of the case part 11 in the left-right direction and the lower end edges 12R, 12L of the cover part 12 in the left-right direction are not in contact with each other if the case 11 is moved from the retracted state. Therefore, the state in which the first seal members 14R and 14L and the upper end edge portions 11R and 11L of the case portion 11 are rubbed does not continue, and the case portion 11 can be pulled out smoothly with a light force. Further, the first seal members 14R and 14L are not easily deteriorated by friction. Further, the first seal members 14R and 14L are not detached from the lower end edges 12R and 12L of the cover portion 12 due to friction.

Further, if the upper end edges 11R, 11L (case part side facing part) of the case part 11 and the lower end edge parts 12R, 12L (cover part side facing part) of the cover part 12 are horizontal (the direction in which the case part 11 is pulled out) If they match, the first seal members 14R, 14L and the upper end edges 11R, 11L of the case 11 rub against each other until the case 11 is returned to the retracted state. Then, it is necessary to push with a strong force until it returns to the retracted state due to the frictional force. However, since the upper end edges 11R, 11L in the left-right direction of the case part 11 and the lower end edge parts 12R, 12L in the left-right direction of the cover part 12 are inclined, when the case part 11 is returned to the stored state, the stored state Although it is necessary to put in force immediately before, the upper edge portions 11R, 11L in the left-right direction of the case portion 11 and the lower edge portions 12R, 12L in the left-right direction of the cover portion 12 are immediately before the storage state. Do not touch. Therefore, the state in which the first seal members 14R and 14L and the upper end edge portions 11R and 11L of the case portion 11 are rubbed does not continue, and the case portion 11 can be smoothly returned to the retracted state with a light force. Further, the first seal members 14R and 14L are not deteriorated by friction. Further, the first seal members 14R, 14L are not detached from the lower end edges 12R, 12L of the cover part 12 due to friction.

<Seal for gaps in front of chilled chamber 1>
Next, the sealing of the gap between the cover portion 12 and the case portion 11 at the front portion of the chilled chamber 1 of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 9 and 11.

First, as shown in FIG. 11, the chilled chamber 1 of the present embodiment is attached as a part of the cover part 12 to the upper part on the front side of the cover part 12 (cover part side facing part), and the front of the case part 11. A second seal member 14 </ b> F is provided that closes a gap between the side upper portion (case portion side facing portion) and the front side upper portion of the cover portion 12. Specifically, the second seal member 14 </ b> F is attached to the front side lower edge 12 </ b> F of the cover part 12 as a part of the cover part 12. The second seal member 14 </ b> F is also a packing that prevents inflow and outflow of air into the chilled chamber 1.

The second seal member 14 </ b> F has a U-shaped (concave) shape, and the recessed portion is fitted into the front side upper portion of the cover portion 12 (front side lower end edge portion 12 </ b> F, cover portion side facing portion). Thus, the second seal member 14F is attached to the cover part 12 as a part of the cover part 12.

The second seal member 14F may be attached as a part of the case portion 11 to the front side upper portion of the case portion 11 (the front side upper edge portion 11F of the case portion 11 and the case portion side facing portion). 2 seal member 14F may be attached to the case part 11 side). In addition, in FIG. 11, an example at the time of providing the 2nd seal member 14F in the case part 11 side is illustrated with the broken line.

When the case portion 11 is in the retracted state by the second seal member 14F (when the case portion 11 is covered with the cover portion 12), the front portion (front portion) of the chilled chamber 1 enters the chilled chamber 1. Inflow of air and outflow of air from the chilled chamber 1 are prevented. Therefore, the hermeticity of the chilled chamber 1 can be improved.

Here, the front side upper portion (upper edge portion 11F, case portion side facing portion) of the case portion 11 is in contact with the second seal member 14F in the front-rear direction. In other words, the front side upper part (upper edge part 11F) of the case part 11 is in contact with the front side upper part (lower edge part 12F, cover part side facing part) of the cover part 12 via the second seal member 14F. In addition, when the 2nd seal member 14F is provided in the direction of the front side upper part (upper end edge part 11F) of the case part 11, the front side upper part (lower end edge part 12F) of the cover part 12 is the 2nd seal member 14F. It will come in contact with the front and rear direction.

A partition shelf 24 for partitioning the refrigerator compartment is provided in the refrigerator compartment, and the cover 12 is attached to the partition shelf 24. Then, when the stored items (foodstuffs, cooked foods, etc.) are placed on the partition shelf 24, the partition shelf 24 may bend. Basically, since the left and right ends of the partition shelf 24 are supported, for example, the left and right ends of the partition shelf 24 are placed on convex portions provided in the refrigerator compartment, the central portion of the partition shelf 24 is generally the largest. Bend.

The shape of the cover part 12 may also bend downward (a part of the cover part 12 swells downward) due to the influence of the deflection of the partition rack 24 (the load on the partition rack). However, since the upper part on the front side (upper edge part 11F) of the case part 11 and the upper part on the front side (lower edge part 12F) of the cover part 12 are in contact in the front-rear direction via the second seal member 14F, the case part 11 The force required for pulling out is almost the same regardless of the deformation of the shape of the cover portion 12.

More specifically, when the front side upper part (upper end edge part 11F) of the case part 11 and the front side upper part (lower end edge part 12F) of the cover part 12 are in contact with each other via the second seal member 14F in the vertical direction. The downward deflection of the cover portion 12 serves as a force for pressing the second seal member 14F and the case portion 11 downward. For this reason, in order to pull out the case portion 11, it is necessary to increase the force for pulling out the case portion 11 than when the cover portion 12 is not bent. Further, if the case portion 11 is forcibly pulled out, a large force is applied to the second seal member 14F, which may cause strange deformation and may lead to damage of the second seal member 14F. Further, the second seal member 14 </ b> F may come off from the front side upper part (upper edge part 11 </ b> F) of the case part 11 or the front side upper part (lower edge part 12 </ b> F) of the cover part 12. However, the front side upper portion (upper edge portion 11F) of the case portion 11 and the front side upper portion (lower end edge portion 12F) of the cover portion 12 are in contact with each other via the second seal member 14F in the front-rear direction. Does not occur.

Further, when the upper part on the front side (upper edge part 11F) of the case part 11 and the upper part on the front side (lower edge part 12F) of the cover part 12 are in contact with each other via the second seal member 14F in the vertical direction, the cover part When 12 is bent downward, it may be a hindrance when the case part 11 is in the retracted state. If the cover portion 12 is bent downward and is in contact with the vertical direction, the upper end edge portion 11F of the case portion 11 hits the second seal member 14F when the case portion 11 is in the retracted state. In this case, the case portion 11 is difficult to be completely stored (not easily closed).

If the case part 11 is pushed in forcefully, the 2nd seal member 14F will be damaged, and peeling from the cover part 12 of the 2nd seal member 14F will arise. As a result, the hermeticity of the chilled chamber 1 cannot be maintained. Further, if the case portion 11 is left in an incompletely stored state just because it is difficult to push in, the hermeticity of the chilled chamber 1 cannot be maintained, and the stored items in the chilled chamber 1 are dried. However, the upper end edge portion 11F on the front side of the case portion 11 and the lower end edge portion 12F on the front side of the cover portion 12 are in contact with each other via the second seal member 14F in the front-rear direction, so that these problems do not occur.

<Seal of gap at the back of chilled chamber 1>
Next, the sealing of the gap between the cover portion 12 and the case portion 11 at the back surface portion of the chilled chamber 1 of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.

First, as shown in FIG. 12, the chilled chamber 1 of the present embodiment is attached as a part of the cover portion 12 to the back side lower end edge portion 12 </ b> B (cover portion side facing portion) of the cover portion 12, and the case portion 11. A third seal member 14B is provided to close the gap between the upper end edge portion 11B (case portion side facing portion) on the back surface side and the rear lower end edge portion 12B of the cover portion 12. Specifically, the third seal member 14 </ b> B is attached to the back side lower end edge portion 12 </ b> B of the cover portion 12 as a part of the cover portion 12. The third seal member 14 </ b> B is also a packing that prevents inflow and outflow of air into the chilled chamber 1.

The third seal member 14 </ b> B has a U-shape (concave shape), and a recessed portion is fitted into the back side lower end edge portion 12 </ b> B of the cover portion 12. Thereby, the third seal member 14 </ b> B is attached to the cover part 12 as a part of the cover part 12.

The third seal member 14B may be attached as a part of the case portion 11 to the rear side upper edge 11B (case portion side facing portion) of the case portion 11 (the third seal member 14B on the case portion 11 side). May be attached). In addition, in FIG. 12, an example at the time of providing the 3rd seal member 14B in the case part 11 side is illustrated with the broken line.

When the case portion 11 is in the retracted state by the third seal member 14B (when the case portion 11 is covered with the cover portion 12), the back portion (rear portion) of the chilled chamber 1 enters the chilled chamber 1. Inflow of air and outflow of air from the chilled chamber 1 are prevented. Therefore, the hermeticity of the chilled chamber 1 can be improved.

Here, the upper end edge portion 11B of the case portion 11 is in contact with the third seal member 14B in the front-rear direction. In other words, the upper end edge portion 11B of the case portion 11 is in contact with the lower end edge portion 12B of the cover portion 12 via the third seal member 14B. In addition, when the 3rd seal member 14B is provided in the direction of the upper end edge part 11B of the case part 11, the lower end edge part 12B of the cover part 12 will contact | connect the 3rd seal member 14B in the front-back direction.

As described above, when a stored item (foodstuff, cooked food, or the like) is placed on the divider 24, the divider 24 may be bent. Since the left and right ends of the partition shelf 24 are supported, generally, the central portion of the partition shelf 24 is bent most greatly.

The shape of the cover part 12 may also bend downward (a part of the cover part 12 swells downward) due to the influence of the deflection of the partition rack 24 (the load on the partition rack). However, since the upper end edge portion 11B of the case portion 11 and the lower end edge portion 12B of the cover portion 12 are in contact with each other in the front-rear direction via the third seal member 14B, the force required to pull out the case portion 11 is There is almost no change regardless of the bending of the shape.

More specifically, the upper end edge portion 11B (case portion side facing portion) of the case portion 11 and the lower end edge portion 12B (cover portion side facing portion) of the cover portion 12 are in contact with each other via the third seal member 14B in the vertical direction. Then, the downward deflection of the cover portion 12 works as a force for pressing the third seal member 14B and the case portion 11 downward. For this reason, in order to pull out the case portion 11, it is necessary to increase the force for pulling out the case portion 11 than when the cover portion 12 is not bent. In addition, if the case part 11 is forcibly pulled out, a large force is applied to the third seal member 14B, which may cause strange deformation, leading to damage to the third seal member 14B. Further, the third seal member 14B may come off. However, since the upper end edge part 11B of the case part 11 and the lower end edge part 12B of the cover part 12 contact | connect via the 3rd seal member 14B in the front-back direction, these problems do not arise.

Further, when the upper end edge portion 11B (case portion side facing portion) of the case portion 11 and the lower end edge portion 12B (cover portion side facing portion) of the cover portion 12 are in contact with each other via the third seal member 14B in the vertical direction, When the cover part 12 is bent downward, it may be a hindrance when the case part 11 is in the retracted state. If the cover portion 12 is bent downward and is in contact with the vertical direction, the upper end edge portion 11B of the case portion 11 hits the third seal member 14B when the case portion 11 is in the retracted state. In this case, the case portion 11 is difficult to be completely stored (not easily closed).

If the case portion 11 is pushed in forcibly, the third seal member 14B is damaged or the third seal member 14B is peeled off from the cover portion 12. However, the upper end edge portion 11B on the back side of the case portion 11 and the lower end edge portion 12B on the back side of the cover portion 12 are in contact with each other via the third seal member 14B in the front-rear direction, so these problems do not occur.

In this manner, the refrigerator 100 according to the present embodiment generates cold air and cools the cool air (the cooler 71, the compressor 72, the first blower 75, the second blower 77, the first ventilation path 73, the second An air passage 74), a storage room (refrigeration room 2) including a blowout port for blowing out the cold air generated by the cooling unit, a case unit 11 that is movable in the front-rear direction and accommodates stored items, and an upper part of the case unit 11 And the cover portion 12 that covers the case portion 11 when the case portion 11 is stored, and is provided in the storage chamber, and the room is indirectly cooled by the cool air around the case portion 11 and the cover portion 12. One of the indirect cooling chamber (chilled chamber 1), the upper edge 11R, 11L in the left-right direction of the case 11 and the lower edge 12R, 12L in the left-right direction of the cover 12 is provided in the case 11 Or cover part 1 The first seal members 14R and 14L are attached as a part of the first seal members 14R and 14L, and close the gaps between the upper edge portions 11R and 11L in the left and right direction of the case portion 11 and the lower edge portions 12R and 12L in the left and right direction of the cover portion 12. The upper edge portions 11R, 11L in the left-right direction of the case portion 11 are slanted so as to be higher toward the front side, and corresponding to the upper edge portions 11R, 11L of the case portion 11, The lower edge portions 12R and 12L in the left-right direction are inclined so as to be lower toward the back side.

Accordingly, the frictional resistance when the case portion 11 is pulled out by the first seal members 14R and 14L is reduced or eliminated immediately after the case portion 11 is pulled out. In other words, the resistance caused by friction between the first seal members 14R, 14L and the upper edge portions 11R, 11L of the case portion 11 or the lower edge portions 12R, 12L of the cover portion 12 becomes lighter as the case portion 11 is pulled out. Further, the resistance when the case portion 11 is pushed in by the first seal members 14R and 14L is maximized when the case portion 11 is finally put in the retracted state, but the case portion 11 is pushed in (set in the retracted state). ) Resistance due to friction between the first seal members 14R and 14L and the edge of the case portion 11 or the cover portion 12 in the middle can be eliminated. Therefore, the case part 11 can be taken in and out smoothly while improving the airtightness of the indirect cooling chamber.

Further, the refrigerator 100 has either the case part 11 or the cover part 12 on the front side upper part (upper edge part 11F) of the case part 11 and the front side upper part (lower edge part 12F) of the cover part 12. A second seal member 14F, which is attached as a part and closes the gap between the front side upper portion (upper edge portion 11F) of the case portion 11 and the front side upper portion (lower end edge portion 12F) of the cover portion 12; In addition, the front-side upper part (upper edge part 11F) of the case part 11 or the front-side upper part (lower edge part 12F) of the cover part 12 is in contact with the second seal member 14F in the front-rear direction. Since the upper part on the front side of the case part 11 or the upper part on the front side of the cover part 12 is in contact with the second seal member 14F in the front-rear direction (not in the vertical direction), when the case part 11 is put in and out, the second part There is no friction between the seal member 14F and the front side upper portion (upper edge portion 11F) of the case portion 11 or the front side upper portion (lower end edge portion 12F) of the cover portion 12. Therefore, the case part 11 can be taken in and out smoothly. In addition, when the cover portion 12 and the case portion 11 are bent downward, when they are in contact with each other in the vertical direction, a force that presses the seal member and the upper portion on the front side of the case portion 11 works, and the case portion 11 is difficult to put in and out. However, since it contacts in the front-rear direction, the case part 11 can be pulled out smoothly regardless of the downward deflection of the cover part 11 and the case part 12.

In addition, the refrigerator 100 includes the case portion 11 or the cover portion on either the back side upper end edge portion (upper end edge portion 11B) of the case portion 11 or the back side lower end edge portion (lower end edge portion 12B) of the cover portion 12. 12, and a third seal member 14 </ b> B that closes the gap between the rear-side upper edge 11 </ b> B of the case portion 11 and the rear-side lower edge 12 </ b> B of the cover portion 12. The side upper edge 11B or the back side lower edge 12B of the cover 12 is in contact with the third seal member 14B in the front-rear direction. The back side upper end edge 11B of the case part 11 or the back side lower end edge part 12B of the cover part 12 is in contact with the third seal member 14B in the front-rear direction (because it does not contact in the vertical direction), so the case part 11 is put in and out. At this time, there is no friction between the third seal member 14B and the rear-side upper edge 11B of the case part 11 or the rear-side lower edge 12B of the cover part 12. Therefore, the case part 11 can be taken in and out smoothly. Further, when the cover portion 12 and the case portion 11 are bent downward, the seal member, the back side upper end edge portion 11B of the case portion 11 and the back side lower end edge portion 12B of the cover portion 12 are contacted in the vertical direction. The pressing force works to make it difficult to put the case part 11 in and out. However, since it contacts in the front-rear direction, the case portion 11 can be pulled out smoothly regardless of the downward deflection of the cover portion 12 and the case 11 portion.

Further, the refrigerator 100 is provided with a partition shelf 24 for partitioning the storage chamber (refrigeration chamber 2) in the storage chamber, and the cover 12 is attached to the partition shelf 24. Even if many foods are put on the partition shelf 24 and the partition shelf 24 is bent due to the weight, the case portion 11 can be smoothly put in and out. In addition, since the partition shelf 24 and the cover portion 12 are provided separately, the amount of deflection of the cover portion 12 and the case portion 11 with respect to the amount of deflection of the partition shelf can be reduced, and the influence on the putting in and out of the case portion 11 can be reduced. In addition to being reduced, the gap between the cover portion 12 and the case portion 11 does not increase.

Further, the inclination angles of the upper end edges 11R, 11L of the case portion 11 and the lower end edges 12R, 12L of the cover portion 12 are in the range of 5 to 15 degrees with respect to the horizontal direction. Accordingly, it is possible to realize smooth insertion and removal without the cover portion 12 being caught by the case portion 11 when being pulled out while ensuring a sufficient internal capacity of the case portion 11 (the chilled chamber 1 and the indirect cooling chamber).

Next, another embodiment will be described. In the above embodiment, the chilled chamber 1 has been described as an example of the indirect cooling chamber. However, it is not limited to the chilled room 1, but a storage room (for example, a storage room of about several degrees below freezing) provided in another refrigerator 100 may be used as an indirect cooling room.

The embodiment of the present invention has been described above, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to this, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention.

The present invention can be used for a refrigerator provided with an indirect cooling chamber.
