Claims (4)
- ブロー成形用のプリフォームを搬送する搬送装置であって、
ネック部を下向きとした倒立状態で前記プリフォームを保持する搬送治具を備え、前記搬送治具と共に前記プリフォームを水平方向に自転させながら搬送ライン上を連続的に搬送する搬送手段と、
前記搬送手段による各プリフォームの搬送速度に合わせて前記搬送ラインに沿って移動可能に設けられ、前記プリフォームが前記搬送治具と共に自転しながら移動している状態で、前記プリフォームの外周部に設けられた凸部又は凹部と係合して前記プリフォームの自転を停止させて前記プリフォームの向きを所定の向きに整える係合手段と、を備える
ことを特徴とする搬送装置。 - 前記搬送ラインには、所定半径で湾曲する湾曲搬送部が設けられ、
前記係合手段は、前記湾曲搬送部の半径方向内側に、当該湾曲搬送部に沿って回転可能に設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の搬送装置。 - 前記係合手段は、転動部材を有し、該転動部材が前記搬送装置に形成された溝部を移動可能であるように構成され、前記溝部は所定位置で前記係合手段と前記プリフォームとの相対距離が長くなるように退避部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の搬送装置。
- 前記係合手段は、前記プリフォームに形成された凹部に係合するように形成された突出部をその一端に備える支持部を有し、
該支持部の他端は固定されて、かつ、前記一端が外側に付勢されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の搬送装置。
