Description
加えて、多軸骨固定装置には部品がわずかしかないため、製造コストが削減され、取扱が容易になる。スリットリングは圧力要素に一体的に形成されているので、スリットリングの紛失は起こり得ない。圧力要素を受け部本体内で固定して落ちないようにしてもよい。
Claims (22)
- ロッド(100)を受けて前記ロッドを骨固定要素(1)に結合するための受け部であって、前記受け部は、
上端(10)と、下端(11)と、前記上端および前記下端を通って延びる中心軸(M)とを有する受け部本体(5,5’)と、
前記ロッドを受けるための溝(13)と、
前記骨固定要素の頭部(3)を収容するための収容空間(12a,12b)とを備え、前記収容空間は、前記頭部を導入するための開口(16)を前記下端において有し、
少なくとも一部が前記収容空間に位置する、一体成形された圧力要素(6,6’,6”)をさらに備え、前記圧力要素は、前記受け部の上端に面する上端(61)と、前記受け部の下端に面する下端(62)と、前記頭部をクランプする可撓性部分(71,70,73)とを有し、
前記可撓性部分は、前記圧力要素の下端から一定の距離の場所にある少なくとも1つの第1のスリット(70,700,701)と、前記圧力要素の下端(62)から前記第1のスリット(70,700,701)の中まで延びる少なくとも1つの第2のスリット(73,703,704)とを含み、前記圧力要素が前記受け部本体(5)の中にあるとき、前記第1のスリットの一部が前記中心軸(M)の周りに延びており、
前記少なくとも1つの第1のスリット(70,700,701)と、前記少なくとも1つの第2のスリット(73,703,704)とにより、スリットリング(71,71’)が形成される、受け部。 - 前記スリットリング(71,71’)は、少なくとも1つの接続ストリップ(72,702a,702b)を介して前記圧力要素に一体的に接続され、前記頭部を側方から囲むように構成される、請求項1に記載の受け部。
- 前記スリットリング(71,71’)は、前記圧力要素(6,6’,6”)の前記下端(62)に向かって先細りになる先細り外面部分を有する、請求項1または2に記載の受け部。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第2のスリット(73,703,704)は、前記中心軸(M)と実質的に同軸方向に延びる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の受け部。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1のスリット(70,700,701)は、前記中心軸(M)を実質的に横断する方向にある、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の受け部。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1のスリット(70,700,701)は、前記中心軸(M)に対して垂直である、請求項5に記載の受け部。
- 1つの第1のスリット(70)と1つの第2のスリット(73)とが設けられる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の受け部。
- 2つの第1のスリット(700,701)と2つの第2のスリット(703,704)とが設けられる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の受け部。
- 2つの第2のスリット(703,704)が、互いに対向するように配置されている、請求項8に記載の受け部。
- ロッド(100)を受けて前記ロッドを骨固定要素(1)に結合するための受け部であって、前記受け部は、
上端(10)と、下端(11)と、前記上端および前記下端を通って延びる中心軸(M)とを有する受け部本体(5,5’)と、
前記ロッドを受けるための溝(13)と、
前記骨固定要素の頭部(3)を収容するための収容空間(12a,12b)とを備え、前記収容空間は、前記頭部を導入するための開口(16)を前記下端において有し、
少なくとも一部が前記収容空間に位置する、一体成形された圧力要素(6,6’,6”)をさらに備え、前記圧力要素は、前記受け部の上端に面する上端(61)と、前記受け部の下端に面する下端(62)と、前記頭部をクランプする可撓性部分(71,70,73)とを有し、
前記可撓性部分は、前記圧力要素の下端から一定の距離の場所にある少なくとも1つの第1のスリット(70,700,701)と、前記圧力要素の下端(62)から前記第1のスリット(70,700,701)の中まで延びる少なくとも1つの第2のスリット(73,703,704)とを含み、前記圧力要素が前記受け部本体(5)の中にあるとき、前記第1のスリットの一部が前記中心軸(M)の周りに延びており、
前記少なくとも1つの第2のスリット(73)は、周方向において前記少なくとも1つの第1のスリット(70)の一端に配置される、受け部。 - 前記圧力要素(6,6’,6”)の可撓性部分は、前記頭部(3)を収容するように構成された中空の球形内面部分(67)を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の受け部。
- 前記可撓性部分の大きさは、前記頭部に合わせて、前記頭部を摩擦によってクランプする大きさにされる、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の受け部。
- 前記圧力要素(6,6’,6”)は、前記ロッド(100)を収容するように構成された凹部(64)を前記圧力要素の上端(61)に有する実質的に円筒形の部分(63,63’)をさらに含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の受け部。
- 前記圧力要素が前記受け部の中に配置された後、前記圧力要素が前記受け部の上端の方向に移動できないようにする止め具(8a,69a,8b,69b;80,71,670;630a)が設けられる、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の受け部。
- 前記圧力要素は前記受け部本体の中で挿入姿勢を取ることができ、前記圧力要素が前記挿入姿勢のときには、スリットリング(71,71’)が前記収容空間内で側方に拡大することにより前記頭部を前記下端(11)の前記開口(16)を通して導入できるようにする、請求項2〜14のいずれか1項に記載の受け部。
- 前記収容空間は、実質的に円筒形(12a)であり、前記下端(11)の近傍に幅狭部分(12b)を有する、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の受け部。
- 前記幅狭部分は先細り形状または丸みのある形状である、請求項16に記載の受け部。
- 前記圧力要素はその外壁において幅狭部分を含む、請求項16または17に記載の受け部。
- 前記幅狭部分は、先細り形状または丸みのある形状であり、前記収容空間の幅狭部分と協働する、請求項18に記載の受け部。
- 請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の受け部と、シャフト(2)および頭部(3)を有する骨固定要素(1)とを備えた、骨固定装置。
- 前記頭部は球形外面部分を有する、請求項20に記載の骨固定装置。
