Description
ハイドロゲルを製造するために使用されるプロテインは、α-ラクトアルブミン(以下でa-Laと示す)、特にウシ類由来のa-Laである。このミルクプロテインは、特にホエー中により存在する。それゆえ、ミルクプロテインは、チーズがミルク“カード(curds)”(カゼイン(caseins)が沈殿し及びホエーが除去されたもの)から得られるため、チーズ産業で大量に入手し得る天然プロテインであるという有用性を有する。
ハイドロゲルは、水に当初可溶であるが、架橋後不溶になるポリマー鎖のネットワークである。ハイドロゲルは、高吸収性天然又は合成ポリマーである(それらは99%以上の水を含み得る)。また、それらは、高含水量であるため、天然組織とかなり類似した範囲の柔軟性を有する。それらの物理特性、透過性及び生体適合性は、それを分子輸送及び再生医学を含む医学用途に使用されるバイオマテリアルとしての優れた候補物とし得る。ハイドロゲルは、横結合性に依存して、2つのカテゴリーに分けられる:共有結合で架橋する一般的な方法から得られる化学ゲル及び巨大分子(macromolecule)(例えば、炭水化物又はプロテイン巨大分子)の自己集合から得られ、分子の絡み合い(entanglements)及び/又は弱い結合(疎水性結合、イオン結合、水素結合及びファンデルワールス力)により互いに保持されたネットワークを構成する物理ゲル;これら物理ゲルの分子相互作用は、温度、pH、イオン強度、光又は更にある生物学的分子のような環境変化により分離させ得る。よって、ゲル化は、1以上のこれら刺激に対して可逆的である。
ミルクプロテインゲルの中で、まずカゼインのゲルを挙げることができる。このゲルは、種々の条件下で得ることができる:酸性度pH4.6通して;レンネット(rennet)(この活性成分はキモシン(chymosin)であり、ミセルの凝集を導くたんぱく質分解を行いかつプロバイオテック(probiotic)バクテリアのカプセル化のために使用される酵素である)の作用を通して(Heidebach, Forst et al. 2009a);トランスグルタミナーゼ(プロテインの重合に寄与するある種のアミノ酸(特にグルタミン酸及びリジン)を架橋しかつプロバイオテック細胞のマイクロカプセル化にも使用される酵素)の作用を通して(Heidebach, Forst et al. 2009b);腸内での分子の制御された輸送(酸性pH(胃)でのハイドロゲルの縮小及び中性pHでの膨潤そして活性成分の放出(腸))用のゲニピン(genipin)(天然プロテイン-架橋剤)(Song, Zhang et al. 2009)を通して、得られ得る。
しかし、150mMのNaClで得られたゲルが特徴付けられた:それらはせん断減粘性化挙動を有する;記載されたそのようなゲルがチクソトロピー性挙動を示しうることがこの論文で示唆されておらず、及びそのような挙動がこの文献から推論できない。
せん断減粘性化(又は擬塑性)流体は、それに付与されるせん断応力又は歪み速度を増加させると、粘度が減少する流体である (実施例2の前文参照)。
せん断減粘性化流体は、必ずしもチクソトロピー性ではなく、これは例えばカーボポールゲルについて事実であることを明記すべきである(Piau 2007; Tokpavi, Jay et al. 2009)。
これら研究に関して、出願人は、降伏点を有しかつチクソトロピー性であるせん断減粘性化α-ラクトアルブミンハイドロゲルの開発を試みた。
一般的に認められているチクソトロピーの定義を下記する(Mewis 1979; Pignon, Magnin et al. 1998):十分長い期間の休止状態から開始して、一定のせん断速度が印加された時、その粘度が時間と共に減少し、その構造が変化するならば、その材料はチクソトロピー性と一般に称される。可逆的な様式で、せん断が阻害されると、粘度が再び上昇し、次いで、材料が徐々に静止状態で有する粘稠性(consistency)及び構造を回復する(図1)。
a) 60mMより少ないか等しい、好ましくは50mMより少ないイオン強度、及びより好ましくは30mMの値を有する酸性水溶液中でα-ラクトアルブミンを懸濁させる;前記懸濁は本質的には:
(a1) 合計:(g/lで表現される数値Ca-La)+10により定義されるmMで表現されるプロトンの濃度を有する酸性水溶液を用意し;
(a2) 前記酸性水溶液中にα-ラクトアルブミンを懸濁させ;及び
(a3) 必要に応じて、1.5と2.5との間、好ましくは1.8と2.2との間の値にpHを、より好ましくは2.0のpHに調整することであり;
b) 工程a)の終わりに得られた前記α-ラクトアルブミン懸濁液からゲルを形成する;前記ゲルの形成が以下の条件下:
- 60℃より下、好ましくは35と55℃の間の温度で;
- 37と1000の間、好ましくは300と500との間のレイノルズ数によって規定された強さの撹拌で;
- 10時間から1週間(168時間)、特に48と96時間の間、及び
- 前記α-ラクトアルブミン懸濁液から水の蒸発なし
で行う、
ことを含むα-ラクトアルブミンの水性懸濁液から5と60mg/mlとの間のCa-La濃度でα-ラクトアルブミンハイドロゲルを製造する方法に関する。
驚くべきことに、a-Laハイドロゲルを製造するために使用された水溶液のイオン強度が低い又はゼロにもかかわらず、出願人は、それでもチクソトロピー性ハイドロゲルを得ることが可能であり、このハイドロゲルが経時的に十分な安定性を示していることに気付いた;事実、出願人は、低イオン強度であるハイドロゲルが、高イオン強度(>60mM)で得られたもの(これは経時的に粘稠になる)より、経時的に安定であることを観測している。更に、極低塩量であるハイドロゲルの製造は、例えば、食品テキスチャード加工(texturing)剤としての用途で有用である。
α-ラクトアルブミンは、14kDaの小球状金属プロテインであり、4つのジスルフィド橋を有し、リゾチームと構造的に相同であり、機能的構造にカルシウムの存在を必要とする。それはヒトホエーにおいて最も豊富なプロテインであり、牛ホエーb-Lgに次いで豊富なプロテインである。それは、正確な条件下で、特定の部分的に折り畳まれた(folded)状態:溶融乳球(molten globule、MG)状態を取ることができるため、フォールディング(folding)研究におけるモデルプロテインの1つである(Permyakov and Berliner 2000)。
ホエー中でa-Laを富化する又はa-Laを精製する多くの方法;膜ろ過;カラムクロマトグラフィ(IEX, SEC, HIC);膜ろ過と組み合わせた、カゼイン又はb-Lgを分解する酵素加水分解、あるいはa-Laを沈殿させるために熱処理と組み合わせた等電沈殿が、工業的スケールで使用されている(Kamau, Cheison et al. 2010)。
本発明による方法の実行に関して、使用されるα-ラクトアルブミン源は、少なくとも85%、有利には少なくとも90%の純度を有することが好ましい。α-ラクトアルブミンが豊富で、少なくとも45重量%のα-ラクトアルブミン量を有するホエーで本発明による方法を行うことも可能である。
望ましくは、工程a)の終わりに得られたα-ラクトアルブミン懸濁液はろ過される。このろ過は、カットオフ閾値を有するフィルターを用いて行うことができ、そのフィルターは、20kDaより小さいか等しい分子量を有する物質、例えばa-Laプロテイン、を通過し得るが、微生物及び他の汚染物質を保持し;使用されるものは0.5μmより小さいか等しいカットオフ閾値のフィルター、例えば市販の0.22μmフィルター製でありうる。
工程b)の間に行われるα-ラクトアルブミン懸濁液の撹拌も撹拌容器にわたって均一であることが必要である。
容器及び攪拌機の幾何学的形状及び大きさとは独立して、弱いがゼロではない撹拌強度を特徴づけるために、出願人は、本発明による方法を行うのに適しているレイノルド数の数値範囲を決定し;よって、レイノルド数は37と1000との間であることが必要であり、300と500との間であることが好ましい。レイノルド数を測定するためのモードは、以下の実施例1で詳説する。
a-Laゲルは、MG形態に好適であり、それゆえプロテインのフィブリル化に好適である酸性pHで形成される。pH値は、例えば、pH3では可能でないので、ゲルの形成に極めて重要である(Kavanagh, Clark et al. 2000)。
本発明による方法の工程(a1)の実施の間に、ハイドロゲルの形成に要求される酸性pHを得ることを可能にするプロテインの量が、強酸、例えばHClで得ることができる。
a-Laを懸濁させる工程(a2)の前に工程(a1)による酸性化を行うことが必須である。
水性a-La溶液の塩濃度は、所望のイオン強度に応じて当業者により普通に測定される。
以下の実施例2は、本発明の方法により得られたa-Laハイドロゲルのレオロジー特性を示している。
また、本発明は、本発明の方法により得られるα-ラクトアルブミンハイドロゲルに関する。
それらは、より具体的に、5と60mg/mlとの間のα-ラクトアルブミン量;1.5と2.5との間のpH、好ましくは1.8と2.2との間のpH、より好ましくは2.0のpH;60mMより少ないか等しいイオン強度、好ましくは50mMより少ないか等しい、及びより好ましくは30mMの値を有するハイドロゲルである。
ミルクやホエーのような天然源から製造されるので、本発明によるα-ラクトアルブミンハイドロゲルは、持続可能な開発の範囲内に入る。製品は、天然物であり、それゆえ生分解性、生体適合性、非毒性であり、及びGARS(generally recognized as safe)であると見なされる。更に、製造プロセスは、溶媒や架橋剤を使用しないので、グリーンケミストリープロセス、即ち環境を保全するマイルドケミストリーと相性がよい。
- それらの物理化学的性質は知られている:構造、安定性、溶解性、金属との親和性、疎水性等;
- プロテインの自己集合が、ナノテクノロジーの基礎の1つである、ファイバーの形態で生じる;
- それらは高い栄養価値を有する;
- それらは、それの蛋白質分解に由来するペプチドを使用することで特に観察された種々の生物学的効果を示す
を有する(Madureira, Pereira et al. 2007)。
- それらの原料、ホエーは安価である;
- 工業的スケールでホエープロテインを精製する方法は既に知られている;
- 利用できる量が多い:まず、ホエーに含まれるa-La量のため(牛ホエー中1g/lより多い)及び、第2に、チーズ産業の副産物であり、活用すべき物質であるので、入手可能なホエーの量のため
の理由で好適である。
世界中で入手可能なホエーの量はかなり多い。フランスでは、150億リットルのホエーが、ウシのチーズ生産により年毎に生じている。回収法の欠如により、家畜により自己消費されなかったホエーは、川に廃棄され又は野原に撒き散らされ、自然環境に有害な影響:水路、湖と地下水の汚染、及び臭気汚染、を与えている。この汚染は、主に、ホエーの有機物(ラクトース及び窒素性物質)の発酵及び許容閾値以下への水の溶存酸素量の減少による。事実、この廃棄物の化学的酸素要求量及び生物学的酸素要求量(COD及びBOD)が高く(50〜70g/lのCOD)、それは深刻な汚染物質を形作る。ホエーの回収及び再生を目的とした経済的に許容可能な装置の設置は、現在、この環境ダメージを低下させるために必要とされている。
出願人は、5と60mg/lとの間のα-ラクトアルブミン含量を有し、酸性のpH、即ち1.5と2.5との間、好ましくは1.8と2.2との間、より好ましくは2.0のpHで製造されるa-Laハイドロゲルが、どのようなイオン強度でも、せん断減粘性であり、降伏点を有し、かつチクソトロッピクであることを実証している。
これらハイドロゲルは、その製造の終わりに酸性のpHを有している場合でも、ハイドロゲルを提供することを望む用途に適合させ、同時にそれらのレオロジー性を保持するためにpHを増加させることが可能である。
可食性製品から構成されるので、a-Laハイドロゲルは、食品製造業の分野で特に多くの用途を見い出されている。
上で要約したα-ラクトアルブミンの性質により、本発明のハイドロゲルは、バイオマテリアルの製造に特に適している。用語"バイオマテリアル(biomaterials)"は、生体の種々の組織、器官又は体液と、診断、予防又は治療目的で、一時的又は恒久的に接触することを意図する材料を意味することを意図し、;バイオマテリアルは、生体に移植されることも意図した材料を含む。
それゆえ、本発明は、5と60mg/mlとの間のα-ラクトアルブミン含量を有する少なくとも1つのチクソトロピー性α-ラクトアルブミンハイドロゲルで構成されたドレッシングに関し;1つの特定の変形によれば、これらのハイドロゲルは、0と60mg/mlとの間、好ましくは50mMより小さいイオン強度であり、及び有利には30mMの値を有する。任意に、ドレッシングは、少なくとも1つの活性化合物、例えば治療剤や抗微生物剤、を含む。

速度V(m/s)と回転速度N(rpm)との間の関係は次に示される:
混合流体(アルファ-ラクトアルブミン粉末+水性懸濁液)は、アルファ-ラクトアルブミン粉末の濃度が、水に添加された時、懸濁液の粘度を大きく変化させないほど十分低いので、水とかなり近い粘度を有し:結果として、懸濁液の初期混合の間、撹拌された懸濁液の粘度及び密度は水と等しい値、即ちρ = 1000K/μ3、μ = 10-3Pa.sを取るであろう。
使用した磁気棒のサイズは、長さd = 6×10-3mである。
下の表は、アルファ-ラクトアルブミンの懸濁液からチクソトロピー性ゲルを得るために推奨される混合物の好適なレイノルド数の値の例をまとめている。
2.1. - 精製a-Laから製造されたハイドロゲル
精製プロテイン"牛乳タイプIIIからのα-ラクトアルブミン、カルシウム減損(depleted)≧85%"(シグマによりカタログリファレンスL6010として販売されており、凍結乾燥されている)は、NaClを任意に含むHClの水溶液に再懸濁させる。
HCl濃度はa-Laの最終濃度に依存する。それは望むa-Laの濃度の数値に10を加えることによりmMとして計算される。
例えば、それが40mg/mlのa-Laを有することを望む場合、それを再懸濁させるためのHCl濃度は40 + 10 = 50mMとなる。
プロテインは規定された体積のHCl溶液に溶解され、そしてpHが2、3(few)のマイクロリットルの1M HClにより2.0±0.1に調整される。溶液は、磁気棒を使用する磁気撹拌に付され、37〜45℃の範囲とし得る温度で一晩保温される。翌日、即ち約16時間後、ゲルが形成されている。
2.2.45%濃縮a-Laを有するホエーから製造されたハイドロゲル
先の手順が、カンパニーアーマープロティンズ(company Armor Proteines)により供給された、45重量%濃縮a-Laを有する乳清を使用して、再実施される。
レオロジーの概念
レオロジーは、物体の流れ又は歪を、それらに加えられる応力の影響下で、研究する物理学の一分野であり、これら応力の付与速度又はより一般的に経時でのそれらの変動を考慮されている
高濃度α-ラクトアルブミンで、アミロイド繊維の形成は、溶液の粘度の増加を伴う。繊維が形成されたなら、それらは相互作用してゲルを形成する。この粘度の増加は、レオメトリーによりモニターされている。レオメトリーに配置されたサンプルは、付与されたせん断速度
- τと
- 逆に、τと
を有し得る。
材料の粘弾性特性は、フックの法則による動粘度係数を測定することにより得られる:
3.1.流体測定
a-Laゲルのせん断流下での挙動の特徴付けは、ロータリーレオメトリーにより行われた。測定は、応用-トルクロータリーレオメーター(ARG2、TAインスツルメンツ、78ギュアンコート(Guyancourt)、フランス)を使用して行われた。使用されたジオメトリは、チタン製円錐-プレートジオメトリである(角度4°、直径20mm、切稜(truncation)113μm)。測定の間のサンプルの蒸発を防ぐために、サンプル周辺の雰囲気を水で飽和させた。調和せん断での測定のために、予備的研究は、歪及び最適周波数のレベルを規定することを可能にし、測定は線形状態の範囲の部分である。この範囲内で、印加された調和せん断応力は、懸濁液のレオロジー挙動を変化させず、かつそれらを乱すことなくゲルの粘弾性係数を単に調査する。0.1Hzの周波数は、加えた歪及び試料の再形成時間に関わらず線形状態の部分であるとして規定された。従って、調和せん断時の全ての測定は、この0.1Hzの周波数で行われる。再形成のモニタリング時に、0.01の歪γもまた、G'及びG"の測定を妨げないように規定され、試料の再形成をモニタリングするために系統的に使用される。
3.2.1.小歪での挙動
調和せん断による粘稠性モニタリング手順は、与えられた濃度及びイオン強度条件下で、種々のサンプルについて設定し、系統的に使用した。
図2は、以下の表Iに記載された歪振幅条件による、a-Laゲル(20mg/mlのa-La - 30mMのNaCl)の調和せん断の遷移を示す:
工程2及び4の間、歪振幅の緩やかな増加により、先のせん断によりもたらされるゲルの破壊をモニターすることが可能にする。歪振幅の増加時に、弾性係数G'と粘性係数G"は、それを超えるとレベルが大きく落ちる臨界歪(cまで規則的に減少し、ゲルの破壊と弾性挙動から粘性挙動への変化(G'がG"より小さくなる)を証明する。
工程3及び5の開始時での粘稠性の回復は、経時のG'とG"の増加により特徴付けられ、ゲルのチクソトロピー性挙動を明確に証明する。再形成の間、約300sである粘稠性の強い回復と共に再形成される短い時間Tr1、続いてその間にG'とG"の増加がより遅い動態(kinetics)に続くより長い時間Tr2があることを指摘し得る。
同様の観察が、上記最初の3つの工程をa-Laの45重量%濃縮ホエーから製造されたハイドロゲルに適用する時に、なされ、それゆえ、得られたゲルがそれ自体でもチクソトロピー性である。
より大きな振幅の歪でのチクソトロピー性挙動を証明するために、大きな歪の単純(simple)せん断を付与し、続いて、経時のゲルの粘稠性の回復をモニターするために、小さい歪の調和せん断を付与した。到達する破壊のレベル及び再形成動態に対するせん断速度の効果を証明するために、種々の大きな歪せん断速度を付与した。
1000min(16hを超える)にわたる再形成の長いモニタリングに続いて、歪振幅が増加することで周波せん断の破壊手順が再度適用され(工程7)(図4参照)、小歪で粘稠性の回復が続いた(工程8)(図4参照)。
図6に表わされていることは、歪振幅の増加時の調和せん断での破壊の工程(工程7)の間に測定される歪の関数としての粘弾性係数の変化である。それを超えると、ゲルが流動を開始する臨界歪γcは、G'とG"との交差点により示され、約0.2であることが証明されている。
a-Laゲルの再形成-破壊の動態及び達成された粘稠性のレベルのNaClイオン強度の関数としての差を評価するために、表Iに表されているものと同一の手順が、a-Laの種々の懸濁液で行われている。結果は、図7〜9で得られる。
この試験の目的は、C. Blanchet等により記載された手順により得られるa-La懸濁液を再現し、そのレオロジー性質を特徴付けることである。
実験は、論文の203頁に記載された条件下かつ手順により行われ:a-Laプロテイン(30mMのNaClと共に10mg/ml)は懸濁液中に入れ、この懸濁液のpHは2に調整され、懸濁液はエッペンドルフ管に入れ;管を40℃で撹拌する(撹拌条件は本発明によるハイドロゲルを製造するためのものが使用される)。
図13の左側のイメージは、得られたハイドロゲルの外観を表している(文献による(B)と本発明による(A)):ハイドロゲル(B)はハイドロゲル(A)より低い均質外観を有する。
これら2つのハイドロゲルは、それらが撹拌された場合、同じ挙動を有していないことも観察されており:図13の右のイメージが撹拌後のこれら2つのハイドロゲルを示している。そのチクソトロピー性挙動のために、本発明によるハイドロゲル(A)の粘度が、撹拌の間に低下し、ゲルがエッペンドルフ管の底部で流動し;逆に、撹拌は、ハイドロゲル(B)に何らかの流れを引き起こすことはなく、ゲルはエッペンドルフ管の頂部(円錐端)に残存していた。
この試験の目的は、Kavanagh, G.M., A.H. Clark, et al. (2000) "Heat-induced gelation of beta-lactoglobulin/alpha-lactalbumin blends at pH 3 and pH 7." Macromolecules 33(19): 7029-7037に記載されたハイドロゲルを再現すること、そしてそのレオロジー性質を特徴づけることである。

ゲルは80℃で1〜2h後に観察される。

a-La濃度は、Nanodrop(商標)ND-1000 分光光度計(LabTech)を使用し、溶液の280nmの吸収を測定することにより確認し:測定は、5倍にそれぞれ希釈されたプロテインの3溶液:A1 = 61;A2 = 62;A3 = 61で行われる。a-La濃度は、ビア-ランバート(Beer-Lambert)法A = ε C l (式中、ε= 27880L・mol-1・cm-1及びl = 1cm)により測定される。よって、a-La溶液のモル濃度Cは、10.9mMであり、154mg/mlの重量濃度に対応する(a-Laの分子量は14150g.mol-1である)。
1時間より短い時間で、ハイドロゲルが80℃に置いた管内で形成された。得られたゲルは硬く、先端をゲル中に押し込むことができなかったが、ある程度の弾性を示している。管の形状を保ちつつモールドから除去することも可能である。このことは、本発明によるハイドロゲルでは事実ではなく、より柔らかい粘稠性を有している。
こうして得られたハイドロゲルは、より透明な外観を有し、本発明によるハイドロゲルは不透明である(それらは散乱光を透過しうるが、物体をこれらハイドロゲルを通して区別できない)。最後に、それを強く振ると、形状が変化せず、それは不可逆である。
よって、ここで製造されたハイドロゲルは、本発明の方法により製造されたチクソトロピー性ゲルの外観及び物理性質のいずれも有していない。
Claims (14)
- 以下の工程:
a) 60mMより少ないか等しいイオン強度を有する酸性水溶液中でα-ラクトアルブミンを懸濁させる;前記懸濁は本質的には:
(a1) 合計:(g/lで表現される数値Ca-La)+10により定義されるmMで表現されるプロトンの濃度を有する酸性水溶液を用意し;
(a2) 前記酸性水溶液中にα-ラクトアルブミンを懸濁させ;及び
(a3) 必要に応じて、1.5と2.5との間の値にpHを調整することであり;
b) 工程a)の終わりに得られた前記α-ラクトアルブミン懸濁液からゲルを形成する;前記ゲルの形成が以下の条件下:
- 60℃より下の温度で;
- 37と1000の間のレイノルズ数によって規定された強さの撹拌で;
- 10時間から1週間(168時間)の間、及び
- 前記α-ラクトアルブミン懸濁液から水の蒸発なし
で行う、
ことを含むα-ラクトアルブミンの水性懸濁液から5と60mg/mlとの間のCa-La濃度でα-ラクトアルブミンハイドロゲルを製造する方法。 - 前記レイノルズ数が300と500との間である請求項1の方法。
- 前記温度が35と55℃の間である請求項1又は2の方法。
- pHが1.8と2.2の間である請求項1〜3のいずれか1つの方法。
- 工程a)の終わりに得られたα-ラクトアルブミンがろ過される請求項1〜4のいずれか1つの方法。
- 5と60mg/mlとの間のα-ラクトアルブミン含量、1.5と2.5との間のpH、及び60mMより少ないか等しいイオン強度を有する、降伏点を有し、かつチクソトロピー性であるα-ラクトアルブミンせん断減粘性化ハイドロゲル。
- 食品テクスチャード剤としての5と60mg/mlとの間のα-ラクトアルブミン含量、1.5と2.5との間のpH、及び60mMより少ないか等しいイオン強度を有する、降伏点を有し、かつチクソトロピー性であるα-ラクトアルブミンせん断減粘性化ハイドロゲルの使用。
- 5と60mg/mlとの間のα-ラクトアルブミン含量、1.5と2.5との間のpH、及び60mMより少ないか等しいイオン強度を有する、降伏点を有し、かつチクソトロピー性であるα-ラクトアルブミンせん断減粘性化ハイドロゲルを含む食品生産物。
- 傷の処置及び/又は治療用の5と60mg/mlとの間のα-ラクトアルブミン含量、1.5と2.5との間のpH、及び60mMより少ないか等しいイオン強度を有する、降伏点を有し、かつチクソトロピー性であるα-ラクトアルブミンせん断減粘性化ハイドロゲル。
- 5と60mg/mlとの間のα-ラクトアルブミン含量、1.5と2.5との間のpH、及び60mMより少ないか等しいイオン強度を有する、降伏点を有し、かつチクソトロピー性であるα-ラクトアルブミンせん断減粘性化ハイドロゲルを少なくとも1つ、及び任意に、治療剤又は抗菌剤のような活性化合物を少なくとも1つ含むドレッシング。
- 化粧組成物製造用の5と60mg/mlとの間のα-ラクトアルブミン含量、1.5と2.5との間のpH、及び60mMより少ないか等しいイオン強度を有する、降伏点を有し、かつチクソトロピー性であるα-ラクトアルブミンせん断減粘性化ハイドロゲルの使用。
- 5と60mg/mlとの間のα-ラクトアルブミン含量、1.5と2.5との間のpH、及び60mMより少ないか等しいイオン強度を有する、降伏点を有し、かつチクソトロピー性であるα-ラクトアルブミンせん断減粘性化ハイドロゲルを少なくとも1つ含む化粧組成物。
- 塗料製造用の5と60mg/mlとの間のα-ラクトアルブミン含量、1.5と2.5との間のpH、及び60mMより少ないか等しいイオン強度を有する、降伏点を有し、かつチクソトロピー性であるα-ラクトアルブミンせん断減粘性化ハイドロゲルの使用。
- 5と60mg/mlとの間のα-ラクトアルブミン含量、1.5と2.5との間のpH、及び60mMより少ないか等しいイオン強度を有する、降伏点を有し、かつチクソトロピー性であるα-ラクトアルブミンせん断減粘性化ハイドロゲルを少なくとも1つ含む塗料。
