Description
該成分Bがポリエチレングリコールであり、
該成分Cがポリグリセロールエステルであり、
該成分Dが炭酸アルカリ土類金属塩であり、
該成分Eがフィロシリケートであり、
該成分Pがポリスチレン及び/又はその混合体である、
組成物である。
ポリグリセロールは、エーテル結合によって結合したグリセロール単位からなる。好ましいのは、ジグリセロール、トリグリセロール及びテトラグリセロールである。例は、α,α−ジグリセロール、α,β−ジグリセロール、β,β−ジグリセロールである。

−着色剤、ここで有機及び無機染料及び顔料が着色剤として可能である;有機顔料としては、アゾ又はジアゾ顔料、被覆アゾ又はジアゾ顔料又は多環式顔料を使用することが好ましい;好ましい多環式顔料は、ジケトピロロピロール、フタロシアニン、キナクリドン、ペリレン、ジオキサジン、アントラキノン、チオインジゴ、ジアリール又はキノフタロン顔料である;無機顔料としては、金属酸化物、混合酸化物、硫酸アルミニウム、クロメート、金属粉、パール効果顔料(マイカ)、発光顔料、酸化チタン、カドミウム−鉛顔料、酸化鉄、カーボンブラック、シリケート(成分E以外)、チタン酸ニッケル、コバルト顔料又は着色に好適な酸化クロムを使用することが好ましい;
−分散助剤、好適な分散剤は、C10〜C30アルコールの極性酸エステルである;
−シリカ、ゼオライト、ケイ酸塩、例えばケイ酸アルミニウム、ケイ酸ナトリウム、ケイ酸カルシウムなどの充填剤(成分D及びE以外);
−助剤、好ましくは金属石鹸、発泡剤、核剤(成分D及びE以外)、過酸化物;
−アルキルアミン、エトキシル化アルキルアミン、グリセリルエステル又はそれらの混合物(ブレンド);
−UV吸収剤及びヒンダードアミン光安定剤(HALS)化合物、スリップ剤、防曇剤、凝縮防止剤及び/又は懸濁安定剤、難燃剤;酸化防止剤又は他の慣用のプラスチック添加剤;イオン液体;
又はこれらの混合物。
モル質量分布Mnの決定は、DIN55672に従って、ゲル浸透クロマトグラフィー(GPC)によって行う。
1%、2%、5%又は50%水溶液の20℃での粘度の決定はISO6388に従って行う。
密度の決定はISO1183に従って行う。
200℃及び5kg加重でのMFRの決定はISO1133に従って行う。
引張弾性率の決定はISO527−1/−2に従って行う。
静的接触角の決定は、ポリスチレンシートの表面上に所定の容量の蒸留水の液滴を注意深く置くことによって実施される。固体/液体界面と液体/蒸気界面との間に形成される角度を、静的接触角θという。静止時間の5秒後に写真を撮影し、そして画像(図1)に示すように、静的接触角を、液滴の輪郭を観察し、そして固体と液滴輪郭との間において三相線での頂点と共に形成された角度を二次元に測定することにより、画像処理ソフトを用いて決定する。
成分B:28〜39mg KOH/gのヒドロキシル価及び3350g/molの平均分子量を有するポリエチレングリコール;
成分C:0〜2mg KOH/gの酸価、0〜2mg gI2/100gのヨウ素価及び約135mg KOH/gの鹸化価を有するポリグリセロール(3)モノステアレート;
成分D:5.5μmの統計的平均径を有する微粉化炭酸カルシウム;
成分E:6μmの統計的平均径を有するタルク、mg−ケイ酸塩、CAS14807−96−6;
成分P1:200℃/5kgで20〜28g/10分のMFR及び3000〜3400MPaの引張弾性率を有する多目的ポリスチレン単独重合体;
成分P2:200℃/5kgで4.0〜6.0g/10分のMFR及び1600〜2000MPaの引張弾性率を有する耐衝撃性ゴム変性ポリスチレン;
成分A(比較):C12〜C18アルキルスルホン酸ナトリウム。
成分Aの15部、成分Dの15部、成分Eの7.5部及び成分P1の62.5部を二軸押出機で一緒に均質化する(押出機の温度:220℃〜230℃)。マスターバッチMB1を得る。
成分Cの15部、成分Dの15部、成分Eの7.5部及び成分P1の62.5部を二軸押出機で一緒に均質化する(押出機の温度:220℃〜230℃)。マスターバッチMB2を得る。
成分Bの15部、成分Dの15部、成分Eの7.5部及び成分P1の62.5部を二軸押出機で一緒に均質化する(押出機の温度:220℃〜230℃)。マスターバッチMB4を得る。
成分Bの5部、成分Cの10部、成分Dの15部、成分Eの7.5部及び成分P1の62.5部を二軸押出機で一緒に均質化する(押出機の温度:220℃〜230℃)。マスターバッチMB5を得る。
成分Bの5部、C成分の10部、成分Dの15部、成分Eの7.5部、成分P1の32.5部及び成分P2の30部を二軸押出機で一緒に均質化する(押出機の温度:220〜230℃)。マスターバッチMB7を得る。
成分Aの21部、成分Dの20部、成分Eの5.0部並びに成分P1の34部及び成分P2の20部を二軸押出機で一緒に均質化する(押出機の温度:220〜230℃)。マスターバッチMB9を得る。
比較例1に記載したとおりに製造したマスターバッチMB1の10部をフラットフィルム押出機(Collin)で均質化し、そして成分P1の90部と混合させた。100rpmの回転速度及び220〜230℃の温度で100μmの厚さのフラットフィルムFF21を得た。
比較例2に記載したとおりに製造したマスターバッチMB2の10部をフラットフィルム押出機(Collin)で均質化し、そして成分P1の90部と混合した。100rpmの回転速度及び220〜230℃の温度で厚さ100μmのフラットフィルムFF22を得た。
実施例4に記載したとおりに製造したマスターバッチMB4の10部をフラットフィルム押出機(Collin)で均質化し、そして成分P1の90部と混合した。100rpmの回転速度及び220〜230℃の温度で厚さ100μmのフラットフィルムFF24を得た。
実施例5に記載したとおりに製造したマスターバッチMB5の10部をフラットフィルム押出機(Collin)で均質化し、そして成分P1の90部と混合した。100rpmの回転速度及び220〜230℃の温度で厚さ100μmのフラットフィルムFF25を得た。
実施例7に記載したとおりに製造したマスターバッチMB7の10部をフラットフィルム押出機(Collin)で均質化し、そして成分P1の90部と混合した。100rpmの回転速度及び220〜230℃の温度で厚さ100μmのフラットフィルムFF27を得た。
比較例9に記載したとおりに製造したマスターバッチMB9の7.14質量部をフラットフィルム押出機(Collin)で均質化し、そして成分P1の52.86部及び成分P2の40部と混合した。100rpmの回転速度及び220〜230℃の温度で厚さ100μmのフラットフィルムFF29を得た。
Claims (15)
- 成分B、成分C、成分D、成分E及び成分Pを含む組成物Zであって、
該成分Bがポリエチレングリコールであり、
該成分CがC 12 〜C 18 の鎖長の脂肪酸を有する脂肪酸のポリグリセロールエステルであり、
該成分Dが炭酸アルカリ土類金属塩であり、
該成分Eがフィロシリケートであり、
該成分Pがポリスチレン及び/又はその混合体である組成物。 - 前記組成物Zの総質量を基準にして、前記成分B、C、D及びEの合計を0.06〜90質量%含む、請求項1に記載の組成物Z。
- 前記組成物Zの総質量を基準にして、前記成分B、C、D、及びEの合計を1.25〜50質量%で含む、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物Z。
- 前記組成物Zが前記成分B及び前記成分Cを0.1〜10.0の成分B対成分Cの質量比で含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の組成物Z。
- 前記組成物Zが前記成分B及び前記成分Cを0.3〜1.0の成分B対成分Cの質量比で含む、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の組成物Z。
- 前記組成物ZがマスターバッチMBであり、かつ、該組成物Zの総質量を基準にして、
0.2〜20質量%の成分B、
0.4〜40質量%の成分C、
0.2〜20質量%の成分D、
0.1〜10質量%の成分E、
10〜99.1質量%の成分P
を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の組成物Z。 - 前記組成物ZがマスターバッチMBであり、かつ、該組成物Zの総質量を基準にして、
1.5〜20質量%の成分B、
3〜40質量%の成分C、
1.5〜20質量%の成分D、
0.75〜10質量%の成分E、
10〜93.25質量%の成分P
を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の組成物Z。 - 前記組成物Zがコンパウンドであり、かつ、該組成物Zの総質量を基準にして、
0.0167〜1.47質量%の成分B、
0.0333〜2.94質量%の成分C、
0.0167〜1.47質量%の成分D、
0.00835〜0.735質量%の成分E、
93.385〜99.92495質量%の成分P
を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の組成物Z。 - 前記成分Pがスチレン単独重合体、アルキルスチレン単独重合体又はスチレン共重合体である、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の組成物Z。
- 前記スチレン共重合体が、耐衝撃性ポリスチレン、スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレン又は合成ブチルゴムである、請求項9に記載の組成物Z。
- 前記成分Cがポリグリセロール−3−モノステアレート、ポリグリセロール−3−モノオレエート、ポリグリセロール−3−モノパルミテート、または、ポリグリセロール−3−モノラウレートである、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の組成物Z。
- 前記成分B、C、D、E及びPを一緒に混合させる、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の組成物Zの製造方法。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の組成物Zの、固体非発泡又は発泡ポリスチレンの吸収性物品を製造するための使用。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の組成物Zを含む固体発泡又は非発泡ポリスチレン物品。
- フィルム、シート又は容器、好ましくは食品トレーである、請求項14に記載の物品。
